Today, I decided to come here. I was worried that the food might come out quickly since there were quite a few customers the day before, but it seems to be okay today. I was seated at the counter. Since it's teppanyaki, I thought it would be nice to chat with the chef and sit at the counter, but I recently learned the term "silent eating." I'll keep that in mind. I had already decided on the menu. I ordered the 300g hamburger for 2800 yen (including tax, 3080 yen). There was also a 150g hamburger with seafood, but since I came all this way, I decided to go for the hearty option. The Zuwai crab salad and consomme soup arrived. The amount of crab in the salad was good, and the thin, crispy fried vermicelli-like texture was nice. The salad portion was generous, allowing me to enjoy it until the main course arrived. It came with bread, and I scooped up the remaining dressing and enjoyed it. When I finished the consomme soup, I was offered a refill, which was a nice gesture. On the teppan grill, there were only the items I ordered, so I didn't have to look at anything else. I'm the type who regrets when I see a steak and wishes I had ordered it. The vegetables were arranged, and I had never seen such long and thick eggplants before. They were not just bigger eggplants, but something special. There was also asparagus, which was thick and long, not sold in supermarkets. One was grilled on the teppan just for me. The rice was also grilled on the teppan - it looked delicious. "It's a sauce based on onions. Would you like some cheese on top? Would you like a little more?" they asked, and I nodded. One side had cheese, and the other side of the hamburger had a sunny-side-up egg - perfect. The salad had cumin mixed in, which was delicious. The mashed potatoes, watercress, and asparagus added a nice touch of color. The hamburger is eaten with chopsticks. There was no meat juice, and the medium-rare cooking was perfect. The hamburger had a good quality meat and wasn't heavily seasoned. Different sauces mixed together, making it a luxurious experience. I could feel the nutmeg in the hamburger, and the flavor was not too strong. I wanted to try one without sauce, just with salt. "Would you like us to bring some bread or something?" they asked, but I had enough garlic rice, so I was fine. I ate a lot of meat and was full. There was dessert included, and I thought about ordering coffee, but they asked, "Would you like coffee or tea?" The dessert was canele and ice cream with Taiwanese pineapple. The dessert was luxurious as well. There were salty, fine cookies around the ice cream. The pineapple was sweet. It was around 800 yen for one at the supermarket, so I had just given up on it, but I was happy to be able to eat it. A French pastry that I haven't had since the canele boom. Was it this kind of taste? Not too sweet, so I had it with the ice cream. It was a satisfying lunch. Next time, I want to try the steak.
