On this day, I received an invitation to a year-end party in Tokyo in the Nishi-Tokyo area. After silently completing two rehearsals, the long-awaited main party venue was "Gyushige." Gyushige is a yakiniku chain restaurant operated by Gyushige Dream System, which has over 120 stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Their catchphrase is "Safe and Secure! If you want delicious domestic beef, it's here. A yakiniku chain that focuses on quality and craftsmanship." Speaking of catchphrases, old celebrities always had catchphrases, right? For example, Minako Nakamura's catchphrase was "A slightly naughty Milky girl." The first idol I saw live was actually Minako Nakamura. Naoko Kawai, who awakened me to big breasts, was known as "The refreshing Canary girl." Akiko Wada is strongly associated with mabo harusame, but her catchphrase was "The queen of Japanese rhythm & blues." Among men, Hidetoshi Nishiki, known for Vermont Curry, was "A wild 17-year-old." Kenji Shinnuma, who was familiar from Kin-chan's show, was "A pleasantly sad man." There are many different catchphrases, but they all seem a little embarrassing, don't they? Now, at the main venue, about 30 people gathered, including men and women. We were divided into tables of 4 to 6 people, and the party started! My table was with G, who had just returned from Singapore, and other viewers T&R. The menu for the day was a 3500 yen course (with all-you-can-drink): - Kimchi, Namul - Chorogi salad - Tongue - Pork belly - Loin - Kalbi - Tsurami - Liver - Hormone - Rice (served forcibly) - Dessert (Almond jelly) The meat and rice were all decent, but the drink service was too slow. In the end, I only had one glass of draft beer and one glass of shochu on the rocks for the all-you-can-drink option. I understand that they were short-staffed due to the year-end rush, but they should have prepared better to handle it with a small staff. The organizer barely sat down due to the poor service and continued to stand and sulk. There were other surprising issues, but I will omit them here. I can't give this experience a good rating this time. I hope they can redeem themselves in the future as I may visit again. Time to move on to the next place! Thank you for reading.
