Visited by reservation. Trattoria is always reliable and you can eat with peace of mind wherever you go. This time, I ordered my favorite dishes and they were just right in terms of price and portion. For those visiting Trattoria for the first time, I personally recommend a store with a good view. The atmosphere is nice, so I recommend using it for dates, etc. Thank you for the meal.

I had a list of yakiniku restaurants I wanted to visit, but couldn't make a reservation at any of them. I was craving yakiniku so much that I decided to visit Toraji, a reliable chain restaurant known for its delicious food, clean interior, and overall sense of security. We visited without a reservation around 4:30 PM with a party of two. We ordered Toraji salad, kimchi assortment, garlic tempura, green onion, white tongue (salt), kalbi (salt), harami (sauce), premium skirt steak (miso), cold noodles, and kupa. The staff was very attentive, even bringing some dishes in separate portions without us having to ask, as well as changing the grill and providing hot towels. The service was friendly and we were able to enjoy our meal comfortably. It was also nice to be served warm tea and vanilla ice cream after the meal. I would definitely visit again when I crave yakiniku.

Located about a 5-minute walk from JR Shinbashi Station, this restaurant (Corridor Street) was visited with a reservation at 7pm on a weekday. Enjoyed a leisurely private room experience and ordered a la carte items such as tongue, sirloin, kalbi, and hormone, all of which were delicious. The Corridor Street was bustling on a Friday night.

Located in a building just off the Outer Moat Street from Shinbashi Station, this is a branch of the Toraji restaurant chain. The underground shop offers only private rooms, while the second floor has private rooms and banquet halls. This time, we used a private room in the basement on a weekday night. At the entrance, there was hand sanitizer available, and the staff wore masks and rubber gloves. We ordered a course meal for 11,000 yen per person (excluding tax). The draft beer was served in a chilled glass and tasted delicious. The appetizers were brought out all at once, including a kimchi assortment, salad with fried pumpkin, and a selection of five hors d'oeuvres. The marinated raw beef dish had a sweet sauce that overpowered the natural flavor of the meat. The Chanja dish was very tasty, and the boiled pork Posam with perilla leaves was a nice touch. The sirloin and ribeye sushi were tender and bite-sized. The grilled meat selection included various premium cuts, with the thick-cut tongue being particularly delicious. We ordered an additional vegetable platter and beef tenderloin. The vegetables were fresh and tasty, and the gochujang sauce had a mellow flavor. The meal also came with a choice of ultimate small bowl rice with sirloin and rich egg or cold noodles, which we opted for. The cold noodles had chewy thick noodles in a light soup. For dessert, we had coconut milk pudding, and coffee and tea were included. They had a variety of red wines available, and we ended the meal with oolong tea. Overall, the private rooms and thorough sanitization measures made dining here a pleasant experience, especially during these times. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I came here because it's open until late at night and I felt like having yakiniku after drinking. I was surprised by the size and thickness of the thick-cut tongue! The tongue has a satisfying texture. Overall, everything was delicious, but the tongue is highly recommended.

This is a recommended chain restaurant for yakiniku, with a clean and somewhat upscale atmosphere. The menu is refined, and the yukkejang noodles are delicious. If you become friendly with the staff, they may recommend off-menu meat options. The kimchi, namul, and cold noodles are also good choices, and you can customize your order with options like half portions. The ability to take leftovers home is convenient, although there may not be much to take home. The option to take home raw meat is not available.笑

It's open until midnight and has various types of booths, so it's convenient when you don't want to show your face, when there are a lot of people, etc. There are many types of meat and all the branches are delicious since they expanded the chain. The traji salad is a good portion to share between two people, and even when foreign staff come, they are considerate and well-trained, which I appreciate.

I called around 6 pm on Friday night just before visiting, and they said they could reserve a table for two, which was great! I've been to other branches of Toraji a few times before, but this was my first visit to this location. Toraji always has consistent quality meat at reasonable prices, so it's a good choice! We ordered a red meat assortment, harami sushi, sirloin sushi, thick-cut eringi mushrooms, and salted beef tongue, among other things. The red meat assortment was decent, not incredibly delicious but had a good amount. The thick-cut beef tongue was really thick and had a great texture. The harami sushi was incredibly delicious, and the sirloin sushi we splurged on was also very tasty! It was melt-in-your-mouth kind of meat. The service was very polite, better than other branches in my opinion. If I had to nitpick, the interior was a bit disappointing compared to other branches, giving off a chain izakaya vibe. However, my friend who came with me also enjoyed the meal, and it was a wonderful dinner! Thank you for the meal! ✩°。⋆⸜(*˙꒳˙* )⸝

The other day, I visited Toraji in Ginza late at night because I was craving for yakiniku. I had the impression that it's hard to find delicious yakiniku late at night unless you're in a lively area like an entertainment district. I didn't know they were open late, but I found out and decided to go. It seems that the entrance is limited during late night hours. I tried the recommended beef tongue, tansukune, 3 types of sashimi, harami sushi, and bibimbap. Everything was delicious and satisfying. Considering the late night hours, I think it's a reliable choice. However, in terms of special experience and cost performance, I might prioritize other places if they are available at earlier times. Nevertheless, the food was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Today, for some reason, I had high expectations for the new menu at Toraji... But I was disappointed to see that the pig's feet, which was my favorite meat at Toraji, had disappeared from the menu. The 8mm tongue salt was spicy, the harami was average for its price, and the sirloin steak for 6000 yen was not worth it (would be worth it if it was 2000 yen). The special lean meat was recommended by the waiter, but I questioned why it was recommended. The tsukune was okay. The almond jelly was the best dish of the day. Maybe because it was busy or because the waiters were foreigners, there were too many order mistakes. I was surprised when 5 plates of sirloin steak arrived! There's no way one person could eat more than one piece!

When it comes to chain yakiniku restaurants, this place is the one. It's a reliable choice, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere even though it's not high-end. I think the quality of the meat is high at this chain. Each store may have a slightly different feel when it comes to the meat. Of course, we start with champagne for a toast. The first glass is always delicious. As for the meat, the thick-cut tongue salt is a must-try. Also, harami, mino, and loin are all delicious choices. Among them, the thick-cut tongue salt is amazing! It's thick and juicy. I recommend eating it a bit rare in the middle. Lately, I've been getting heartburn from eating too much kalbi, so I generally prefer lean meat, especially harami. It's refreshing and easy to eat. When I'm not sure where to go for yakiniku, I usually go to Toraji since they have stores in most major areas in Tokyo.

This is my second visit. A foreigner came to Japan and I entertained them for the first time, and they requested the same place for the second time so I came back. They kept praising the juicy and tasty Diamond Cut steak as they ate it. I also think that the Diamond Cut steak is delicious and reasonably priced. The spicy Ox Tail Soup and Ox Tail Risotto are also very tasty. I was so satisfied that I even took some photos. However, if someone drinks a lot of alcohol, it can get expensive. Personally, I really like the soup and risotto. The regular meat dishes are decent for the price.

When Traji entered the yakiniku industry, it was gaining attention as a good restaurant, a delicious restaurant, and a restaurant that people wanted to visit. At that time, my junior at work really wanted to go, so we went after work once. The prices were a bit high, but the quality of the meat was good and worth it. Because of my job, I often go to yakiniku restaurants for entertaining clients, and I had also been to places like Kusanoya and Shinbashi Tokusu. Naturally, I couldn't help but compare the taste, but when I was served such high-quality meat, I felt that it was hard to choose the best as they were all excellent. In the end, I felt like the deciding factor would be the dipping sauce.

Because it's a private room, you can relax. The food is also delicious. It's often crowded so advance reservations are necessary. It's not suitable for a quiet gathering because it's too lively, but it's a good restaurant.

CP is also a good restaurant. I heard that they have unique menu items that you can only find at this restaurant. The rooms are separated, which is great for going with a group of people.

Anything you eat here is amazing. I can easily eat 100 pieces of sirloin and halibut sushi. The private rooms make it very safe during the pandemic, so I enjoyed my meal without any worries. The almond jelly dessert with coconut milk flavor is the perfect way to end the meal.

The beef tongue and skirt steak were delicious. When the fire got too big, a staff member quickly came to help, which was a relief.

It was delicious in a normal way. The jjajang was quite spicy and tasty. It's a shame they don't have the usual thin noodles.

Late-night yakiniku. This time, we went to Toraji to have a farewell party for a colleague who is transferring. Even though we only had a few drinks, Toraji is delicious and reliable, so I love it. However, it has been a while since I last went, so I'll leave it at that for this time.
