The inside of the store is clean, and it seems like a place that could change the concept of Shinbashi. The drinks and food are solid, but with good value for money, making it easy to visit alone. If this place was near my house, I would make it my regular spot! The staff also pay attention to their surroundings and maintain a comfortable distance, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere.

On a hot day, I casually walked in and had a cold beer, ahh! Eating meat miso bean sprouts is so satisfying! And the chicken skewers are delicious too! As I continued drinking, I could also enjoy some sake slowly. This place even offers bottle keep for sake, which is amazing!

A trendy and stylish Chinese bar that may seem a bit pretentious at first, but the food is actually really good! The dim sum has a thin and fluffy skin with a rich flavor. The Inca potato fries are also delicious, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with a sweet taste. They go well with a highball... I will definitely come back again!

Shinbashi Drinking [Tabelog 3.14] As of 2022/10/08, when bar hopping in Shinbashi, this is a highly recommended spot!! This place has a bar-like atmosphere where you can enjoy gyoza, shumai, beer, and sake at a great cost performance! This time, we ordered smashed cucumber, shiso gyoza, and shumai, and all of them were incredibly delicious. Among them, the shiso gyoza was especially tasty, so I highly recommend it! There are many types of beer available, and you can also select various types of sake to order yourself! Next time, I want to try the sake too when I go. .... #Tokyo #Shinbashi #Izakaya #Bar #TokyoGourmet #ShinbashiGourmet #TokyoDrinking #ShinbashiDrinking #StandClassic #ShinbashiBranch #TabelogFan #TabelogPopularShop #HighRating #BeerLover #GyozaLover #IzakayaLover #DrinkingLover #SakeLover #Foodie #Delicious #DeliciousFood #DeliciousRestaurantHere #A certain weekday dinner #Salaryman'sFoodDiary #Salaryman'sDayOff #WorkingAdult'sDayOff #MeticulousLiving

The preconception was not good... The interior looks expensive, but that's about it. I don't eat gyoza much, so I'm not sure, but they served mini gyoza. My companion said it was delicious. It felt cheap that all orders were done through a touch panel. It's a shame. There were only about 3 groups of customers since opening. No smoking inside. There are about 15 seats at the counter, 5 table seats, and also 2-person table seats available.

I revisited the place because I had work nearby. I had pineapple juice since I was driving. I enjoyed some shiso dumplings with miso sauce and snacked on spicy peanuts. They were delicious. I had never tried their ramen before, so I decided to order it this time. It was surprisingly delicious. I found out that both the soup and noodles are homemade. Some customers come here just for the ramen, and I can see why. I will definitely be one of those customers from now on.

The first impression is cheap, delicious, and stylish. It's rare to find a place that ticks all three boxes. You can come here with anyone without hesitation. It beats the temptation of the cabaret clubs along the way. Let's fill our stomachs here and then lose on the way back. Even if you eat to your heart's content, it's cheaper than a set meal. I didn't expect Kobe miso and dumplings to go so well together. Oh, let's wait a bit for the juicy pan-fried soup dumplings to cool down before taking a bite.

There is a private cellar with a selection of sake, wine, and good whiskey. The bottles are color-coded with seals, and you can try a shot of the ones that catch your eye. Sake ranges from 390-590 yen for a half cup, draft beer is 390 yen, and Dewar's highball is also 390 yen. There may not have been a cover charge. The location is a bit tucked away, so there weren't too many people, and it was a moderately quiet and enjoyable place to drink. Bringing friends for a second round might earn you some points! ^_^

A friend took me to this shop that I wouldn't have found on my own because it's located in a narrow alley. The specialty here is standing-style hand-rolled sushi, which is a unique concept. The hand-rolled sushi is small but of high quality, making it a place worth revisiting. The drink selection is also impressive, with rare sake brands like Juyondai and a variety of whiskies including Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Hibiki (although they are pricey). The shop is not very big and standing-only, making it a good choice for a quick and enjoyable experience with a small group.

Half a year ago, I was summoned by a friend to Shinbashi and we wandered around looking for a place to eat at a station soba shop. Finally, we stumbled upon Stand Classic, a standing bar with a few seats available. The interior had a stylish bar-like design and a nice atmosphere. We were quite thirsty from all the walking, so I ordered a beer and my friend got a highball. The drinks arrived quickly and we toasted to our tired selves. The Raisin Butter had a sophisticated taste, with a nice blend of buttery richness and sweetness from the raisins. The Chicken Skin Senbei was a bit on the smaller side, but the crispy fried texture with a slightly spicy kick was delicious. The 5-item platter (I may have gotten the name wrong) turned out to be a selection of sake accompaniments, which paired well with our drinks. We also tried the Atago no Matsu, a hot sake served in a unique duck-shaped tokkuri. It was a comforting drink on a cold day, warming us up from the inside out. Overall, the food was tasty and the atmosphere was lively as more people started to fill up the place. The staff were friendly and managed to keep up with the busy crowd. We didn't eat much, but the dishes were enjoyable. We had a fun time drinking and chatting, and as our appetites grew, we decided to move on to the next spot for more food and drinks.

A standing bar where you can enjoy a variety of foods such as grilled skewers and sushi. The drinks are of high quality, including refreshing highballs and tasty long cocktails. You can choose your own sake or wine from the cellar. It's easy to drop by since you can stand instead of sitting. The grilled skewers are cooked well on the grill and delicious. Sushi is hand-rolled, making it easy to eat like finger food. The atmosphere is nice and the cost performance is high. A must-visit place in Shinbashi! Thank you for the meal.

Ar. And. Bee Moppari, a limited company that operates various restaurants in Kobe, has expanded to Shinbashi. They are now running a standing bar on the site where the famous taimeshi used to be in Uwajima. A staff member from a nearby sake store mentioned that they also have a good selection of sake here. On our first visit, after drinking quite a bit at a work gathering, we decided to stop by for a little more. Each of us, being quite drunk, just wanted to choose our favorite sake. The staff allowed us to pick any sake from a refrigerated room that looked like a wine cellar, with about 20 different types of sake laid out. I chose the Rikyuu Hassenn Junmai Ginjo. We chatted and enjoyed our favorite drinks while making silly jokes, and then called it a night. The bill for just one drink was less than 500 yen per person, which seemed to stick in our drunken heads. So, on our second visit, on a day when work ended early, we arrived around 6 pm. The interior of the bar had a stylish and calm atmosphere, with a counter seat in the middle, standing tables for about 4 people near the entrance, and two-seater chair seats along the wall. Each spot at the counter had a small protrusion to clearly mark each person's standing position. We managed to secure a spot at the counter and chose the recommended Atago no Matsu Honjozo Senretsu Karakuchi sake. It was a refreshing and dry sake. Since it's a standing bar, there are no appetizers served. For snacks, they offered sashimi, yakitori, and sushi. The prices were a bit higher compared to other standing bars, but the quality of the snacks was worth it. We ordered the duck prosciutto and smoked saury. The duck was drizzled with olive oil, herb pepper, and balsamic vinegar, while the smoked saury had a smoky flavor with olive oil and herb pepper. Both were delicious. We also visited the refrigerated room twice to try Shimofuriro Man Junmai Ginjo and Hououbita Hatsushibori Junmai Ginjo sake. The staff poured the sake into small masu cups, serving 90ml each. The pricing of the sake was reasonable considering the quality. The atmosphere, good selection of sake, and tasty snacks make this place perfect for a pre-meeting drink or a quick last drink before heading home.

I was running late, so I ended up combining drinks with my work colleagues for a meeting. There are many small izakayas in this area, which is attractive, but I still lack the courage to just walk into one. I prefer places with glass windows where you can easily see inside. This new place has a wide selection of Japanese sake. The variety is extensive, but quite traditional, and I'm happy to see reasonably priced cold sake. The small dishes are more like accompaniments for the drinks, but the ham katsu is crispy and quite delicious.

- Visit date and congestion We visited around 10 pm on a Saturday with 2 people. Perhaps due to its lack of popularity or the timing, there were only a few customers present. - Atmosphere Located in a side street off an area filled with many izakayas, this restaurant has a large glass door at the entrance, allowing you to see inside from the outside. The interior is all standing, with a stylish dimly lit ambiance and wooden counter. The counter has a bar that you can lean on, creating a comfortable atmosphere and providing a good separation from the person next to you. The refrigerated room next to the counter is filled with a variety of sake, shochu, whiskey, and wine, making it a pleasant sight to behold. Since it was a quiet time with few customers, we were able to enjoy a very elegant time. - Service The staff are dressed stylishly and know just the right amount to engage in our conversation. Drinks are made quickly right in front of you. With such an extensive menu, we will definitely try the food next time. - Cost performance Draft beer ranges from ¥390 to, Dewar's highball ¥390, shochu ¥390, and sake ¥390 and up, making it a very reasonable price range. The prices of the drinks in the refrigerated room are set separately, with prices ranging from ¥390 to every 100 yen increment based on the color of the label. It's quite surprising to find such prices in such a stylish bar. - Drinks They have a wide selection of drinks. Although there seemed to be few cocktail options, it felt like they would make one if requested. All types of alcohol in the refrigerated room are stored at the same temperature, which might be considered unconventional by connoisseurs.

I drank quite a bit at the third bar in Shinbashi, a stand-style bar with a good atmosphere. It was my first time visiting this place. I had a Scotch whiskey Dewar's with soda. It was the third place we visited, but we had a great time. Next time, I want to enjoy the variety of Japanese sake they have. It seems like a place that specializes in kushikatsu, but even without ordering any food, we had a great time. Thank you for a fun time.

Second visit. From the outside, it looks stylish and dark. Inside, there are counters and tables, all for standing. Each counter is separated for one person, which is unusual. There are many types of delicious drinks available, including the option to choose sake from the cellar. The food portions are small but tasty. A recommended place to casually drop by.

I'm Tsukada, the editor-in-chief of Tokyo Gyoza Communication. While on a work trip in Shinbashi, I stumbled upon a restaurant with "Gyoza" written prominently on the sign. It didn't look like a typical Chinese restaurant. A quick search online revealed that it was a branch of "Stand Classic," a popular and stylish standing bar in Sannomiya, Kobe. They also operate a gyoza izakaya called "Gyoza Akaboshi." The Shinbashi branch of Stand Classic was promoting Kobe miso sauce gyoza. The atmosphere inside was calm and inviting. Since I was alone, I sat at the counter. The menu featured various gyoza options, including garlic/no garlic (ginger-flavored), shiso gyoza, fried gyoza, boiled gyoza, and even grilled xiaolongbao and negi wonton. The shumai was also popular. The details about the Kobe miso sauce gyoza were intriguing, with different theories about its taste. The drink prices were reasonable, starting at 429 yen for a draft beer. The beer was served ice-cold, which was perfect for the upcoming season. I ordered mapo tofu as an appetizer before diving into the gyoza. The staff warned me about its spiciness, so I played it safe with a moderate level of heat. The mapo tofu was authentic and flavorful, made with doubanjiang. As I enjoyed my beer, the gyoza arrived. I chose the ginger-flavored gyoza without garlic. The gyoza was perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior and a juicy filling of pork, cabbage, and a hint of ginger. I dipped it in the Kobe miso sauce with added chili oil for a spicy kick. The combination was delightful. I even used the mapo tofu sauce as a dip, which added an extra layer of flavor. Stand Classic also offered a variety of Japanese sake for tasting. I tried "Kido Natsu no Shippu" from Heiwa Shuzo in Wakayama, a light and refreshing sake perfect for summer. I also ordered some pickled ginger to cleanse my palate before savoring the sake. I had to stop at one glass to avoid overindulging. I look forward to trying different sake varieties next time.

The exterior was nice, so I decided to pop in and it turned out to be a fantastic restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious, so I plan to go back again. Right now, it's not just a standing bar, you can also sit down.

Ordered shiso dumplings and mapo tofu! You can choose the spiciness level of mapo tofu from 5 options. It's full of ingredients, has a strong flavor with a hint of sansho pepper, and makes you crave for white rice. They also have a recommended sake selection!

I thought it was just sake and gyoza, but the ramen I ordered at the end was also delicious! It was on the level of opening a ramen shop! I like spicy sake too!
