After having lunch at Salon Ginza Sabou, I went up the escalator to B1F to visit "Kyuseifukushoten". This was not my first visit, but this time I decided to get the takeout version of their dishes known for making rice taste delicious. I chose the following items: - Grilled salmon with chunks - Blissful moment adult salmon roe and cod roe - Blissful moment adult mackerel roe. As for the rice to accompany them, I selected "Milky Summer", a low amylose rice from Ishigaki Island in Okinawa, known as "the most delicious rice in the southernmost part of Japan". I am looking forward to dinner. (^^)

First visit in August 2021 (No. 2888). I was in the Ginza area looking for material for my blog, but I didn't have enough content for the day so I decided to visit this place to make up the numbers. This is one of the brands of "Sun Xeal Co., Ltd." founded in 1979, a large company with over 140 stores nationwide. Their concept is "The Japanese Gourmet Store," offering a variety of delicious items from all over Japan. I purchased the following item that caught my eye at the store: Fluffy Daruma Age (Camembert Cheese Flavor) for 421 yen. This product is made by "Nanakoshi Seika," founded in 1984 in Saitama Prefecture. It's a fluffy fried senbei with a hint of Camembert flavor, although the flavor is not very strong. Overall, it's a delicious product. Thank you for the meal.

My hobby is thinking about food. I'm not good at eating a lot, so I prefer watching food shows, reading food magazines, and visiting restaurants. I like places like Kyuseifuku Shoten, Akomeya, and Fukushima-ya. I recently visited Kyuseifuku Shoten and bought gifts for a friend who loves rice and another friend who loves sake. I got to sample some of the products and learned different ways to enjoy them. I really admire the buyers at Kyuseifuku.

This is an original food and carefully selected Japanese ingredient shop from all over the country. I wanted to try the bonito flakes potato chips, so I remembered seeing them at Shinano-ya and went there, but they said they didn't have them anymore. I searched online and found them here. I stopped by while having lunch in Ginza. They had them! I bought the regular, plum, and wasabi flavors. I also bought some seasonings that I was running out of. The bonito flakes potato chips are 330 yen each (excluding tax). You shake the bag with the bonito flakes attached to mix them in before eating. After opening the bag, it seemed like most of the bonito flakes had fallen to the bottom, so I transferred them to a bowl before eating. The plum flavor had a nice sourness to it and I enjoyed the taste. The combination of the bonito flakes' aroma and umami made the potato chips a step above the rest. They would be a great snack with sake. However, I felt that you could easily make something similar by sprinkling good bonito flakes on slightly thicker potato chips. The salt ponzu was light and okay. It would go well with dishes like hot pot. I've been trying out various tasty ponzu sauces, but recently, I think Chayonoya's ponzu with pulp has been a hit. I also selected some snacks and canned goods as small gifts, and had them put in a 300 yen box (same price regardless of size). The box was quite sturdy. While waiting, I had a taste of Kyuseifuku's original dashi, which had a rich and delicious flavor. The staff at the store were very attentive and kind. I forgot to bring the shipping address and ended up paying around 8000 yen for a large package to take home. On a side note, when I went to a nearby delivery service, I witnessed a scene of power harassment where a colleague was being yelled at to move out of the way. It was disturbing to see the lack of self-control from the staff, and it made me wonder what kind of terrible things were happening behind the scenes at that workplace.

"久世福商店" (Kusefuku Shoten) located in Ginza Tokyu Plaza is a shop that offers a selection of delicious items from all over Japan. They aim to spread Japan's proud traditional food culture to the world. The shop is filled with a variety of mouth-watering products from all over Japan, making it a fun place to browse. I tried the Kusefuku Shoten Original Keema Curry, which is a retort pouch curry. It was a bit pricey for a retort pouch, but I had high hopes for its taste. The pack contains 180g, which was more than I expected. It was labeled as level 4 in spiciness (out of 5), and it was indeed quite spicy. However, it wasn't just spicy, it also had a great umami flavor. The curry had plenty of meat in it and was well-made. Overall, it was delicious, and I would definitely buy it again. Oh, I always used to come to Tokyu Plaza. I see, Kusefuku was on the basement floor. This Kusefuku might be a hidden gem. I didn't know about it before. I got some items like the an butter, seaweed butter (one to give to a friend, one for myself), adult-style mentaiko, bottled rice condiments, burdock salad, potato butter, rice crackers, and spicy cod roe with egg. These are for sharing at work. And the spicy cod roe with egg might be a good snack for drinking. I don't drink alone at home, but it's good to have these on hand for guests. Sometimes I end up eating them before guests arrive. Haha. It might be because of the nice weather this week. They didn't come again. Well, it was delicious dining alone.

Niagara Blanc 2021, thank you for the meal♪ Located in Tokyu Plaza Ginza B1F directly connected from Ginza Station. I visited around 6 pm on a weekday. I was choosing a souvenir for an acquaintance. This time, I purchased Niagara Blanc 2021, a fruity sweet wine with a muscat aroma. They were pleased with it, which made me happy.

Impulse purchase I visited the store in search of a product that was featured on TV. The other day, I saw a product being introduced on a show I often watch and thought I'd like to try it. According to the show, it seems to be a very popular product, with many people buying several at a time. If it's that delicious, I thought, and bought some too! ◆Adult Salmon Roe Flake 580 yen ◆Rich Fruity Marionberry Jam 580 yen ・Adult Salmon Roe Flake A rumored popular product for adults, and I understand why it's called "adult" after eating it! It's not just salmon flakes, the spiciness of the roe is a really nice touch! I sprinkled it on steamed potatoes with a little butter, as introduced on the show, and it was a delicious snack that goes well with non-alcoholic beer haha. ・Rich Fruity Marionberry Jam I underestimated the sweetness... I thought it was just berry jam, but it really has a complex taste like a mix of berries. A very luxurious flavor spreads in your mouth. And the sweetness is just right, with a good acidity! Truly, the "Queen of Berries". If it were sold in a regular supermarket, I would buy it every time. It was a very good impulse purchase. Thank you for the meal (^^)

Kyoseifuku Shoten is a select shop that gathers delicious items from all over Japan. They offer products such as dashi packs that make it easy to extract broth, "eatable dashi soy sauce" perfect for rice, and original jams made without sugar. This time, I purchased healthy tofu donuts called "otofu donuts". They are fried in oil, so the surface can be a bit sticky, but when you bite into it, the inside is not too oily, with a standard dough density and fluffy texture. However, it was a bit dry, and I wished it was a bit more moist. These health-conscious donuts are lightly sweetened and made with domestic wheat and tofu, with a plain one containing only 145kcal, making it a low-calorie option. Compared to Mister Donut's Old Fashioned donut at 293kcal, it is recommended for those on a diet looking for a snack. However, personally, I still think Mister Donut has the best donuts.

I bought some souvenirs before going back to my parents' house, along with some tea snacks for myself. The taste was quite ordinary, but I couldn't resist buying something so cute like this. It was a manju cake shaped like a dojou scooping in Shimane.

I killed time by wandering around Tokyu Plaza. I found some bone senbei at a place on the basement floor. I've bought sardine bone senbei before, but I've never tried kissing bone senbei, so I bought it. One pack is 95g. It's sprinkled with white sesame seeds, making it crispy and delicious.
