The monk wanted to eat sushi, so we went to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant! Since 100 yen is for going with friends, we went to a different place called Uoya Michi! It's not 100 yen, but it's delicious. The monk has already eaten 15 plates, but it seems like he's not done yet! He says it's not like the 100 yen sushi. How cheeky! But it's consistently delicious. When will he finish eating?

Rotating sushi restaurants are usually frequented by places like Hamazushi and Kurasushi, but occasionally it's nice to try something different. So, I decided to visit Uogashi Yokocho, which is part of the Sushiro Group. I made a reservation in advance through EPARK and was able to get in smoothly. The prices vary depending on the color of the plates. When you order using the touch panel, the total is automatically calculated, and if you take something from the conveyor belt, the staff will count the plates for you. I tried the limited-time early summer three-piece nigiri set (560 yen) which included medium fatty tuna, horse mackerel pressed sushi, and live conger eel, all of which were quite delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Lunch near the Tamagawa Josui. The restaurant is part of the Skylark Group, a sushi restaurant with a conveyor belt system. The place was not too crowded, with a few customers already seated when I arrived. The interior seemed spacious from the outside, but the seating area was not very large, especially the counter which was almost full with around 10 people. Sushi plates start from around 100 yen each, and there are set menus available on weekdays for around 1000 yen with a variety of options. I ordered a sushi lunch set which included 8 pieces of sushi. The sushi was made by hand, not by a machine, and the quality was good for a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. The salad was also included and had a nice variety. The portion size was reasonable and satisfying. (February 2022)

Lately, I've been enjoying Toto drinks. When I can make it in time for happy hour, I feel like going to Uoya Road. It's reliable and comforting. I thought a glass of beer wouldn't be enough, but it goes well with sushi. At the regular price of 480 yen, I hesitate, but at 210 yen, I can order without worry. I'll definitely go again. Thank you for the meal.

Always delicious!! Today's sushi was great again (´∩ω∩`♡ I went to a fish market and got to try some rare fresh nodoguro! It was delicious, truly a high-quality fish. The medium-fatty tuna sushi was consistently tasty as well. So happy~ What a delightful lunch! The salmon was also incredibly flavorful and melted in my mouth!

This is a revolving sushi restaurant a little away from Tachikawa Station, part of the Sushiro chain. You sit at the counter and place individual orders while the staff prepares the sushi and places it on the conveyor belt. I started with an order of three types of tuna and a 5-piece mixed plate. Delicious! I thought this place might offer high-quality sushi, so I also ordered items like blowfish and globefish, but they were disappointing. The fried oysters were okay. It seems like this place specializes in tuna, so I decided to try the affordable plate of raw tuna. It was really good! I was full by the end of the meal, and the total bill came to around 2500 yen. Maybe I should have just stuck to the tuna dishes.

Visited with 2 people during a weekday around noon. We were able to choose our seats, so we used a booth seat (for 6 people) and were able to enjoy our meal leisurely without it being crowded, despite it being lunchtime. The lunch sushi set is affordable, especially the 640 yen (excluding tax) set which has a good amount of food and decent quality, making it a great deal. I didn't expect to get so much for this price. On the other hand, the Hokkaido Fair set priced at 1040 yen didn't impress me much, lacking in volume and leaving me a bit unsatisfied. The additional order of the marinated mackerel for 260 yen was really good, with a creamy texture that was worth more than its price. Among the marinated mackerels I've had recently, this one was the best (although the others were all from revolving sushi restaurants in the 100 yen range). The steamed oyster battleship sushi for 260 yen had large, delicious oysters. During weekday lunches, miso soup is all-you-can-drink self-service. The seaweed miso soup with green onions was unexpectedly tasty, my mother even got a refill. I've been to this fish market sushi restaurant a few times since it opened. I used to live in Sakimachi, Tachikawa City, a few years ago. Back then, it seemed overpriced and not very tasty compared to other revolving sushi places, so I stopped going. But it seems to have made a comeback recently. If the food is good, customers will come even if it's a bit pricey, so I hope they keep up the good work (at least my parents are regulars). The number of staff members was appropriate, making it easy to place orders. By the way, there was one restroom each for men and women.

It's been a while, but I was disappointed to see that it has changed completely.

I ate a little bit of everything. It was all delicious in a normal way. Fussa wasn't very tasty, and the portions were clearly small. Why is there such a big difference? The surf clam was alive, it was moving.

It's a revolving sushi restaurant, but it's not 100 yen per plate. It's quite expensive and not that delicious.

It's been a while since I had conveyor belt sushi☆ I happened to pass by, so two friends and I decided to go☆ We were seated at a table and the staff was very friendly, which left a good impression☆ We ordered: 160 yen for tuna, 260 yen for horse mackerel, 210 yen for sardine, forgot the price for steamed oysters☆, 160 yen for natural spear squid, 310 yen for natural bigfin reef squid, 420 yen for sea urchin battleship, 310 yen for scallops, 260 yen for fatty salmon, 260 yen for sweet shrimp, 360 yen for snow crab, 210 yen for salmon, and 210 yen for whelk☆ Everything was fresh and delicious! I haven't eaten sardine sushi much, but it was the best laugh. However, the prices overall might be a bit high, but I will come back again☆ Thank you for the meal☆

The weather was like after the rainy season, so I got off at Tamagawa Josui Station and stopped by here. It's convenient because it's close to the station. I think it's relatively delicious among conveyor belt sushi, but the nigiri is too sweet and the shari falls apart. I was thirsty so I ordered a beer first. Beer in the middle of the day is the best. They were having a Tohoku Fair, so I ordered the seasonal three-piece set (flounder with kelp, fresh whitebait battleship, seared golden mackerel) from the board menu. I also ordered hiramasato and toro nigiri from the regular menu. Finally, I ordered sake and ordered simmered flounder and scallop grilled with seaweed. The simmered flounder had a good flavor and the scallop was grilled right in front of me. I ended up feeling like I came to drink alcohol rather than eat sushi, but I'm satisfied (^_^;)

On 22nd May 2015, revisited the restaurant and enjoyed Yellowtail, Black Rockfish, Thread-sail Filefish, and Grouper from Yamaguchi. On 24th August 2013, revisited and had Pike Conger, Fresh Shirasu, Seared Three Pieces, and Seasonal Three Pieces. On 24th February 2013, revisited and had Spring Five Pieces, Spring Three Pieces, Seared Three Pieces, Shellfish Three Pieces, and Seasonal Three Pieces. On 11th December 2012, went for sushi lunch with my child. Celebrating my return after being sick. Still recovering, wondering if it's okay to eat raw food. Sat at a table feeling anxious. Arrived at 11:50 am and 70% of the seats were filled. Targeting vinegared rice today. Let's have some refreshing vinegar and wasabi. But eating is a struggle. Shots are on the small side. Miso soup is served during lunchtime, with seaweed and white onion. First attacked the trio: Maguro Three Pieces Nigiri, Shellfish Three Pieces Nigiri, and Mini Three Pieces Nigiri. Sweet sauce glistening. Seared scallop, direct from the source, with Himalayan salt. Tried some unusual ones too. Fatty tuna roll, a nostalgic delight. Ended with a dessert: Deep-fried sweet bun. Hot inside, crispy outside. Sweet bean paste simmered to perfection. Everything was delicious. Ate a variety but didn't keep track. Will come back when I'm feeling better. Overall, enjoyed the fresh whole fish sliced on the spot and lightly seasoned with Himalayan rock salt. Thank you for the feast.

Theme: Sushi Lunch
I planned to go to my usual "Choshi Maru" sushi restaurant, but I stumbled upon a new sushi restaurant and decided to try it out this time. The restaurant is similar to the usual 100 yen per plate sushi restaurants, and we were able to sit at a table this time. And now, I will only be posting the photos I took.
Let's dig in!
- Miso soup
- Grilled gizzard shad
- Gizzard shad
- Extra large conger eel
- Lean tuna
- Fatty tuna
- Seared salmon
- Conger eel with camembert cheese
- Kettle-cooked whitebait battleship sushi
- Thick grilled egg
The miso soup was delicious and it was a free service. All the nigiri sushi was tasty, but especially the grilled gizzard shad, fatty tuna, and seared salmon were exceptionally delicious. I had never tried seared gizzard shad before, and it really brought out the flavor of the fish. The fatty tuna had a firm texture, and the seared salmon was just perfect. The freshly grilled egg was fluffy and delicious.
I was satisfied with the meal. When I asked for the bill and received the receipt, I noticed the logo of Skylark Group. I didn't know until I left the restaurant that this was a part of the Skylark Group, which also operates restaurants like Gusto and Bamiyan. It's amazing that they also have a sushi restaurant. I wonder when I'll visit next.

When I felt like having a beer, I found this shop with a calm atmosphere. The staff were polite and the service was good. The medium fatty tuna and yellowtail were not very fatty, but the fresh amberjack was excellent. The negitoro was also delicious, showing the quality of a chain restaurant. The lunch came with free refills of miso soup, which was a nice touch. The tea selection included green tea, roasted green tea, and cold barley tea, which was appreciated. The pickled ginger was also tasty.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while. When I entered around 6:30 in the evening, there were already a few groups waiting, but I was able to be seated after a 20-minute wait. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice, and the sushi was delicious. However, I noticed that one of the staff members, who seemed to be a manager, handled customer complaints in a friendly manner, saying "I'm sorry about that" to the customers. I observed this staff member and noticed that they always stayed near a microphone, which they used to take orders. When a customer at the counter near the microphone ordered tuna, the staff member asked in a loud voice, "Fresh? Frozen?" and responded confidently with "Frozen." It gave off a slightly assertive vibe, which may come off as intimidating to some, but it seemed to create an authentic Edo-style sushi restaurant atmosphere. If you don't mind this kind of demeanor, I think it's a decent place to eat. I personally won't be going back though (laughs).

A casual sushi restaurant on Fishmonger Street that I like to visit with friends. The parking lot is spacious and easy to access, but it gets very crowded on weekends. The interior is clean and spacious, and the fish is fresh. They make the sushi right in front of you, so you can enjoy the freshest sushi. My favorite is the extra-large grilled eel! It has a rich flavor and is very satisfying to eat. I definitely want to visit again. It's a reasonably priced and delicious conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Thank you for the meal!
