I was able to come to Chicken Packer after a long time! The fried chicken here is always delicious, so I love it! They also have charcoal-grilled dishes, but I always end up ordering the fried chicken. The prices are a bit high, but the satisfaction is worth it. They offer a mini size of the chicken bowl for 360 yen. The regular size chicken bowl costs 610 yen and comes with rice topped with sauce, seaweed, pickles, and two pieces of chicken. It's a simple bowl, but the fried chicken is so tasty. You can add an extra piece of chicken for 240 yen, so this time I added one more, making it a triple! However, I got a bit carried away with the triple order. It was delicious though. The Teri-Chicken Burger Set costs 900 yen and comes with your choice of burger, chicken breast fried, and small fries. I usually order a rice bowl here, but the burger set that my friend ordered was also very delicious. The fried chicken plate comes with fried chicken, namul, potato salad, and rice for 800 yen, but it's only available on weekdays (I haven't tried it yet, haha). The Charcoal Chicken Bowl is also limited to lunchtime. As always, the food was delicious and did not disappoint. Thank you for the meal!

This is a chicken specialty store. The charcoal-grilled chicken and fried chicken are delicious. This visit has been a long time coming. This time, I ordered a serving of charcoal-grilled chicken, salad, and a cola. I feel like the charcoal-grilled chicken has less fat than the fried chicken. While a certain chicken specialty store is also delicious, this place is not inferior. Next time, I might challenge the burger menu. Charcoal-grilled chicken, healthy, thank you, Coca-Cola.

Today in Sapporo, the hottest temperature in recorded history was reached at 36 degrees Celsius for this season. Despite such extreme heat, I had a tough day attending a seminar from morning till night. So, I came to Chicken Pecker to enjoy their cold soup. It was reliably delicious. Last year's chilled edamame soup was also tasty, but the potato soup was the best!

I usually take out, but today I decided to eat in. The reason is that it's too hot to eat at home, and I end up drinking too much beer like a fool. However, it was a mistake. Even eating in, I still wanted beer. The charcoal-grilled chicken was juicy and perfectly salted. I should have just eaten at home... But, charcoal-grilled chicken is just the best, isn't it?

My work will be on summer break starting tomorrow. Tonight, I felt like eating something like yakitori, so I stopped by on my way home. Last time I had charcoal-grilled, so this time I got karaage. The smell of the chicken in the car on my way home is making me impatient to get back quickly! This is honestly amazing. I really like the way it's fried and the balance of salt. Today, I paired it with Sapporo Beer's Five Star and a local sake from Asahikawa City, called Horafuki from Takasago Shuzo. It goes well with both beer and sake, and I think it's delicious on its own too. Give it a try! I'll probably go buy it again, thank you for the meal.

Next to the shop, there are about four parking spaces. It was full on Saturday after 1 pm, so I had to drive around the shop twice before finally getting in. They offer fried and grilled chicken, both priced at 1000 yen per serving. Both were delicious, with the chicken having a nice balance of saltiness and a mild spiciness that even kids would enjoy. Personally, I prefer the grilled chicken for its smoky flavor. While takeout is an option, I highly recommend dining in at the shop to fully enjoy the chicken. I'm also curious about their hamburgers and soups.

I didn't go to the beach, but I stopped to eat ramen, buy something, and head home. Ended up getting some snacks! I got the charcoal-grilled chicken from Chicken Pecker. The smell of yakitori in the car on the way back is so good, can't wait to get home! Let's have a home drinking party. The drink with the charcoal-grilled food is Sapporo Black Label and Sapporo's sake, Chitosetsuru Hitotsu-me Junmai Namazake. The chicken has just the right amount of charcoal-grilled flavor and seasoning, with the excess oil cooked off. It goes well with both beer and sake. Next time, I want to buy some karaage.

I recommend Chicken Pecker, a restaurant located about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Sapporo Station, for those who want to enjoy delicious chicken in a simple way. The specialty of the restaurant is charcoal-grilled young chicken and fried chicken. My top recommendation is the charcoal-grilled young chicken! The young chickens, raised with high-quality feed at a contracted farm in Nakasatsunai Village, are carefully grilled over Hokkaido charcoal. The skin is crispy, while the inside is tender and juicy, with a hint of charcoal flavor and perfect saltiness. I recommend enjoying this dish fresh at the store, biting into it with your hands to fully savor the deliciousness of the chicken. It's a must-try for enjoying the full flavor of chicken at 120%! In addition to the charcoal-grilled chicken, they also offer fried chicken, hamburgers, and rice bowls. Thank you for the delicious meal.

It is located along Atsubetsu Chuo Street near Shin-Sapporo Station, making it easy to find even by car. I first ordered the Teri Chiki Burger. I took it home for takeout and placed it on a plate to take a picture, but the buns had shrunk and looked unappetizing. I couldn't even see the chicken. It is recommended to buy and eat it on the spot. The charcoal-grilled dish costs just under 2,000 yen for two servings. One serving includes three types of chicken parts, which pairs well with beer.

Arrived at 11:00 on Sunday. The store opens at 10:00. No customers before, one group arrived after. Visiting for the first time in about 2 years. It's Christmas, so let's buy some chicken before going to my parents' house! Checked the website and found out that they don't take reservations for Christmas, only selling in-store. A few cars waiting in the parking lot. Parking attendants at the entrance and parking lot. Thought there would be a line, but it was completely empty. Today, they only sell "charcoal-grilled" and "fried chicken" for takeout. Ordered the "charcoal-grilled (2 servings)" (1960 yen). Wasn't kept waiting and received a pre-made package. They were grilling a lot in the kitchen, so if the timing is right, you might get freshly grilled ones. Opened it at my parents' house and ate with my mother. 3 pieces of breast, thigh, and wing. Even though it had cooled down, it was delicious!!! The perfect balance of saltiness and charcoal flavor was light and exquisite! It was the most delicious I've had here! Plain was tastier... Maybe the price is reasonable for a half chicken? It's the same price at "Naruto" too. Will definitely come back!

I visited the popular restaurant Chicken Pecker in Shin-Sapporo after a year. It was a Sunday and just before noon, so there was only one other customer, making it easy to place our order. I ordered the Tatuta Chicken Burger, while my companion ordered the Torikara Don. We sat at the counter on the second floor, which had large windows. The system here is to order on the first floor and have your food brought up to you on the second floor. Our orders arrived after a short wait. The Tatuta Chicken Burger was delicious with its crispy fried chicken, sweet vinegar, and crunchy lettuce sandwiched between special buns. I also tried some of the Torikara Don, which had crispy fried chicken with a sweet and salty sauce, and the flavor of seaweed. The quality of the rice bowl was also excellent, so I might try that next time. We also bought some charcoal-grilled chicken for takeout and enjoyed it at home. The chicken had a nice charcoal aroma and a simple, light flavor that brought out the deliciousness of the chicken. Thank you for the meal, it was delicious. I would definitely like to visit again when I'm in the area.

I visited a place in Shin-Sapporo for work around 1 pm on a weekday. I ordered a great value burger set, which includes a burger of your choice, half a fried chicken, potatoes, and a drink. I chose the Becker Jamburger and iced tea for my drink. The chicken used in the set is from famous Tokachi's Nakasatsunai, and it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, not heavy at all. They use carefully selected grain oil. The chicken in the burger was equally delicious. The buns were soft but substantial, and the sauce had a hint of garlic, making it very flavorful. I was worried if it was okay to go to a client after eating this, haha. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal! #Sapporo's right answer

In September in Sapporo, I bought Chicken Pecker for my companion who visited from Honshu and thought they should try it. The store is located in Shin-Sapporo and has two branches - the main store and a Deli counter in Sun Plaza. They mainly offer chicken dishes made with young chickens from Nakasatsunai, Hokkaido, with their popular items being the young chicken fried and grilled dishes. I personally prefer the main store, but it's also convenient to just grab some for takeout. The fried chicken has a thin coating but has a great flavor. It's not as heavy as KFC, allowing you to enjoy the texture and flavor of the meat. The grilled chicken, on the other hand, is simple yet flavorful. Both dishes highlight the tenderness and flavor of the young chicken, with a juicy finish. My companion from Honshu also enjoyed it and found it delicious. I think people of all ages can enjoy the dishes here. Thank you for the meal!

Consadole supporters' Yokohama expedition also ended safely. I thought it would be affected by Typhoon 14, but it was almost unaffected and enjoyable. So my wife picked me up at Shin-Sapporo Station, and we celebrated by having a charcoal-grilled set at the famous Chicken Pecker restaurant. It's been a while since we ate at the restaurant. It was freshly grilled and piping hot. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal. Of course, we will come back again!

It had been a while since I last visited, but instead of a hamburger, I had the Chicken Rice Bowl with sauce and the seasonal soup. I also ordered the chilled edamame soup. The soup was amazing and I was surprised! It seems like they have various types of soups, so I plan to try different soups along with my main dish next time.

I visited around 17:15 on Sunday. There were 3 customers already. I ordered the Mini Tori Karaage Don for 360 yen. The chicken was bone-in, not too oily, and very delicious. It came with a side of pickled eggplant, which was not too strong in flavor. I also had the Colorful Vegetable Salad for 300 yen, with a choice of either grated vegetable dressing or Caesar dressing.

A restaurant where you can enjoy dishes made with chicken from Nakasatsunai, famous for its chicken. It is located close to JR/Subway Shin-Sapporo Station. Many customers take out, but during lunchtime, you can enjoy hamburgers and rice bowls for dine-in. This time, I ordered the Pecker Burger & Drink set with an additional charcoal-grilled chicken. It cost over 2,000 yen, but if you want to enjoy plenty of chicken, you'll definitely want to try the charcoal-grilled chicken. When I mentioned that I wanted to dine in, they suggested that they could prepare a freshly made meal in 30 minutes, so I gladly accepted. I want to express my gratitude for the staff's accommodating service, even though it was not during peak hours. When I went up to the second floor of the dine-in space, I was greeted by wooden tables and open windows. Since seating is open, I chose to sit at the counter. There is also self-service water available, so you could potentially stay for a while. This restaurant operates like MOS Burger, preparing orders upon receiving them, so the food was served in less than 10 minutes. The burger, made by a chicken specialty store, was of high quality. The gochujang sauce with onions was delicious. The side dishes of potatoes and chicken nuggets were also good. The charcoal-grilled chicken, which was brought out shortly after, was too hot to touch but incredibly juicy and flavorful. Each part of the chicken had a different taste, making me consider having it with beer or white wine. Overall, including the option for takeout, this restaurant would be perfect if it were located nearby.

The restaurant is famous for its chicken and I visited on a weekday at 12:00. It is located within walking distance of Shin-Sapporo Station. The restaurant is two stories high, and the interior is decorated with uniforms and autographs of Consadole Sapporo players. The atmosphere inside is somewhat stylish with a woody fast-food restaurant vibe. You need to order and pay on the first floor. They have a weekday special which includes a chicken plate with a drink. The chicken plate comes with 3 pieces of chicken, potato salad, namul, and salad. The chicken, which is the specialty, is juicy and delicious with a light crispy coating. It is simple and you can taste the natural flavor of the chicken. The side dishes are decent, but the rice was a bit dry which was disappointing. The overall value for money is okay. If the rice was better, I would have a better opinion. Overall, the chicken was delicious as rumored, so I would like to try the popular grilled chicken or fried half chicken next time. I am also interested in trying the popular hamburger.

I felt like eating KFC, but then someone told me, "Oh, this place is really good!" and bought it for me (*^^*). I was curious but hesitant to go in, and when I saw the takeout prices at the Sanpiazza store, I thought it was expensive! The fried chicken doesn't get greasy even after some time, it stays crispy. The grilled chicken tastes like yakitori as soon as you put it in your mouth (lol). It's cooked over charcoal so you can enjoy the aroma, it's delicious and the best. They also have hamburgers, so I want to eat here again! It was a great meal, thank you *(^o^)/*

I finally had the chance to visit Chicken Pecker, a place I had been curious about since my college days. My wife, my little one, and I went there after visiting the Forest Park Hot Springs. It seems like the location of the shop has changed since my college days. The Tatsu Tachi Chicken burger set was delicious, with the sweet and spicy sauce on the chicken and the crispy fluffy buns. My wife ordered the fried chicken plate, and the chicken was crispy and lightly seasoned, very tasty! The fries were also good. Our little one ordered a medium fries. They also shared my wife's chicken. The open and airy dining space was like having the place to ourselves. We had a wonderful time there.

About a decade ago, when I used to work around this area, I often visited or took out lunch from Chicken Packer. Coming back to this area after a long time and looking for a lunch spot, I noticed that many of the places I used to frequent for lunch like Cafe Haiti, Tori Shogun, Ooyuki-an, Tonkatsu Club (500 yen donburi lunch), Colombo Curry 2nd store, Sublead, and the Japanese restaurant in the back of Hokunoville basement (can't remember the name) are now gone. It's a pity... Thank you for all the good times I had there. Amidst this, I found comfort in the fact that this place is still lively and operating. Having a strong takeout option that is less affected by the pandemic is a big advantage. I also want to show respect to other popular places that are still going strong like Torihisa, Steak Gannen, Shoyuya, Ryuryu, etc. It's great to see places like Onigiri Sengokuya and Zareba Standing Soba "Ryogoku" still around too! In the past, I used to often choose between various hamburgers and fried chicken, or the Chicken Don with a crispy texture for 620 yen. When I didn't have much of an appetite, the Mini Torikara Don for 360 yen was very handy. While the hamburger sets may seem like the main attraction at first glance, the real star for me is definitely the fried chicken. The crispy skin, juicy and tender meat from Satsuma chickens, and perfect seasoning are just amazing. And if you have a cold beer with it, there's nothing better! This time, instead of the usual choices, I opted for the Vegetable Fried Chicken Plate for 800 yen, considering my health and the passage of time. You can also add soup for an additional 340 yen, but I decided to skip it this time. I remember choosing the cold potato soup during the summer months. After paying, receiving the number tag, I headed to the second-floor dining area. There were two groups of customers ahead of me, but the seating area was relatively empty compared to the queue at the register. It seems like takeout is more popular. I settled in a seat overlooking the entire room by the stairs and waited for about 10 minutes before the plate arrived. I was excited to see the three pieces of my favorite fried chicken, and I started with the cabbage with Caesar dressing. The fried chicken, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, was delicious even without any sauce. The seasoning was just right! The rice was a bit firm, which I liked. The potato salad, carrot, and bean sprout namul were also a nice touch. I enjoyed the second piece of fried chicken with the oil-drizzled chicken sauce. It was so delicious, especially with the rice! I finished the third piece with the sauce as well. The rice was gone in no time! Despite being a light eater, I had no problem finishing the generous portion of rice. The taste and quality for 800 yen was definitely worth it. I will definitely come back for more! As expected from the beloved Chicken Packer, it was delicious as always. I was completely satisfied. Thank you for the meal! Next time, I'll take out the Charcoal-Grilled Chicken for 980 yen and enjoy it with a beer at home. I'll definitely be back soon for another visit!
