<Impressions>
After visiting the Imperial Palace, we were looking for a dinner restaurant and came across the word "game"! I may not have a refined palate, but if I can enjoy seasonal dishes, that year will be a happy one. It's a bit of a walk from Yurakucho Station, located on the upper floor of a building, so be careful not to miss it. When you get off the elevator, you may be momentarily confused by the entrance. (Don't worry, once you open the door, you'll find the restaurant you're looking for.) Inside the restaurant, there is a counter to the left as you enter. In front of it, there are tables and another table for two. We were guided to the table for two, which is surrounded on three sides, with the toilet next to it. So, I couldn't see the space at the back. However, I could hear the loud voices and laughter of the girls, so it seems like there is space to enter. Upon entering, the staff explained that if it gets crowded, we should leave in 2 hours. In this time of the Corona recession, if a restaurant urges you to leave in 2 hours, you can't help but applaud silently. (I really mean it) The seats were just for a couple, but the table for two surrounded on three sides by a vinyl sheet screen in the center of the table. The first thing that came out with drinks was bread with Raclette cheese. It makes you want to go for wine right from the start. In the end, my first drink was beer (*´ω`) My husband can't drink much, so he had red house wine from the first glass. The first dish that appeared was "Smoked Salmon Carpaccio". Carpaccio-like dishes are my favorite, so I always order them at any restaurant. "Smooth Chicken Liver Pate with Baguette" is a dish that may get a bit boring for two people to share, but the slightly sweet seasoning makes it enjoyable even for those who are not fond of liver. "Smooth Chicken Liver Pate with Baguette" has a slightly sweet taste, making it easy to eat. I think it would be popular with women. This time we were two people, so the portion was a bit large. (It's just right for sharing with 3-4 people) The main dish, "Game Assortment," included deer, boar, duck, and lamb, I think. I was looking forward to it too much when I heard the word "game". It's a seasonal dish, so I felt a little disappointed. The "Freshness Outstanding! Lamb Tataki" is a dish to be eaten with garlic and soy sauce. When you dip it in garlic soy sauce, the taste is strong, and the meat is a bit overwhelmed, which is a bit disappointing. ("Not because you dipped too much (;´Д`A```)) The "Cheese Assortment" consists of easy-to-eat cheeses. It's perfect for nibbling in between conversations. The staff were very humble and provided good service. As a COVID-19 measure, even at tables for two, there is a vinyl sheet divider in the center. We were just a couple, but we thought, "We want to stick together," (*´ω`) We were told in advance, "If it gets busy, we ask for a time limit." I couldn't see the back seats, but it seemed lively. There was a constant turnover of customers even at the counter. Although it's located on the top of a building, I realized that it's a popular restaurant. If you plan to visit, it's better to make a reservation for peace of mind.
