Visited a newly opened restaurant. The half-basement space had an open terrace seating area with a few large plants, creating a nice atmosphere. Inside, there were sofa seats separated by steps, giving it an open feel. In the center, there was a pillar adorned with bottles that would look great in photos. The restrooms were shared, located not too far away. We ordered a Caesar salad, potato fries, roast beef, and a bottle each of red and white wine for three people, totaling around 5900 yen per person, which was quite reasonable. The food tasted as good as it looked, without any strong flavors, making it suitable for a group gathering. The potato fries had a strong garlic flavor that went well with the wine. The portion of roast beef was generous and delicious. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

Tokyo Station, Meat Bistro "THE ROAST Kobe Meat House" opened on the B1F of Tokyo Building TOKIA on the 31st of this month. You can enjoy the allure of meat, including roast dishes, through a collaboration with the meat master Chef Wachi Tetsu from Mardigla. The flagship menu item is the "Proud Roast Beef" served with wasabi BBQ sauce and gravy sauce. The restaurant is operated by MYU Corporation, which also manages other establishments such as CHEESE KITCHEN RACLER Shibuya, Omotesando Wine Dining Den, MALT BAR DEN Omotesando, and ANTHEMBLE by My Humble House. The lunchtime menu includes options such as Bacon and Onion Carbonara Soup Pasta, Roast Beef Bowl, Rich Hashed Beef Rice, and a Brand Pork "Hitachi no Kagayaki" Cutlet Sandwich. The cutlet sandwich apparently takes some time to prepare. In the midst of the recent trend of lunchtime struggles around Tokyo Station, the opening of a new restaurant is a welcome development, and I visited the establishment promptly. I ordered the "Chicken and Salsiccia Cajun Soup Pasta" with an additional drink. The meal also included a "Green Salad" with romaine lettuce, tomato, and bacon chips, as well as an "Iced Coffee" as a post-meal beverage. The pasta dish was a Cajun-style soup from Louisiana, featuring a tomato-based soup with vegetables, chicken, salsiccia, and thin pasta noodles. It had a slightly spicy kick and was quite enjoyable. Overall, the experience was delightful, and I believe the restaurant will attract a lot of businesspeople in the Marunouchi area, especially during the evening. The terrace seating option might be particularly pleasant during this refreshing season.

I went for lunch on a regular day. It's recommended to go on a day when you have some time to spare and can relax. The pasta is delicious, but the tonkatsu sandwich is huge. I also tried a bit of the roast beef bowl, and it was delicious!

The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the roast beef is definitely delicious. Everything else is decent. This place is good for enjoying wine and roast beef at a reasonable price in the area.
