It's been a while since I went to Shabusen. I ordered the usual snow set with a king crab side dish. They had added more appetizers to the menu. The sesame sauce here is really delicious. I like to pour lots of chili oil on it. And some green onions too. The meat in the snow set is really tasty. It's not too fatty and goes perfectly with the sesame sauce. I also tried the miso-marinated grilled Japanese beef, which was flavorful and delicious. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely go back again!

My companion cannot eat fatty meat, so I asked the waiter to choose a light meat option for us. Our order included: - Domestic beef top sirloin 180g set - Japanese beef thigh meat 140g set - Horse meat shabu-shabu 80g - Thinly sliced radish - Clear broth soup Both meats had a good amount of fat, allowing us to enjoy the natural flavors of the meat. We ate them with a refreshing yuzu-flavored ponzu sauce and a spicy sesame sauce. It would be even better if they provided extra sauce bottles as the sauces tend to dilute while eating. The new symbol spot Kabukicho Tower is a bit hard to find, but just a little distance away is the fantastic Sukiyabashi version of Jomon! The meat and broth were both delicious and satisfying. We could enjoy our meal in a semi-private room, perfect for a night out in Kabukicho. After eating, we disappeared into the neon lights of Kabukicho...lol.

The restaurant has been renovated with a clean interior and private rooms. Being a Seryna brand, the food is moderately good, there is a wide variety of drinks, making it very convenient for business dinners in Kabukicho. It would be even better if they treated customers a bit more specially.

Since the start of the pandemic, I went to a shabu-shabu restaurant for the first time! I took a picture of the most expensive meat that came out first and got so absorbed in eating that I realized I only took this one photo! This restaurant is a shabu-shabu establishment operated by the well-known yakiniku chain, Seryna. People are saying that the second most expensive meat is the most delicious! It's true that considering the balance of fat, it's refreshing to eat! Personally, I'm the type who just eats shabu-shabu without touching the vegetables and I want to come back for more! I used to go to this restaurant a lot before it moved. Since the relocation, they have divided one room into two with roll curtains, so the seats are close together and it can be noisy if you have loud neighbors. As a result, I have been going there less frequently. Today, I ordered the Matsusaka set for 6000 yen and added on Wagyu mix for 3250 yen, pork belly for 1150 yen, snow crab for 4040 yen, and kuzukiri noodles for 510 yen. I forgot to order the Yukke! My favorite is the premium loin - it's delicious and makes me happy! The marbled beef is recommended for those who like fatty cuts. The crab has a slight frozen taste, but it's still delicious. The Wagyu mix that was recommended was a bit lacking in flavor... but when paired with the umami salt, both the tongue and crab tasted great! I think the umami salt is a chemical seasoning. The staff has changed to foreign staff, but I've gotten used to it. And now, even the udon at the end of the meal is self-serve... I visited during the pandemic and they still made it for me, but it seems they have changed. This is a great place to enjoy high-quality marbled beef! Also, the crab shabu-shabu is a must-try! The pork has become a bit mediocre. The smoking room next to the entrance and register is the best!

The meat is thin, so you can eat it without feeling heavy! It was delicious. I think the premium meat in the photo is the most delicious! The combination of crab and Japanese beef is luxurious, eating it with salt is delicious. You can probably get crab elsewhere, not necessarily here.

I went to a high-end shabu-shabu restaurant and had an indescribably amazing experience. First, the Japanese-style interior of the restaurant was incredibly beautiful, with a calm atmosphere. When I was led to a private room separated by sliding doors, I felt luxurious. The seating was spacious enough, and I was able to relax comfortably. The crab set I ordered was amazingly fresh and delicious. In particular, the premium loin, which costs 2530 yen for 100g, was worth every penny. I used it for dinner. Originally, it seems to have been a sister store of Jomon, and the quality of the meat was very good. Also, the salad was very similar to Jomon salad, and the seasoning was also similar. The payment method is only credit card, which is the same as Jomon (I would like to be able to use QR payment if possible...). There was also free Wi-Fi, but it was very slow and I couldn't even open Google.

On this cold night when it seemed like it might snow for the first time in a while, I went to Shabu Jo. As always, the quality at Shabu Jo was consistent and reliable. This time, I tried the Shabu Jo special with added crab, scallops, and meatballs, but it was just average. The beef shabu shabu is still the best recommendation.

Sister restaurant of Gyunyuya, a shabu-shabu place. Not sure why it's called "Gyunyuya," but the meat is definitely good quality! The atmosphere is fancy with only private rooms, giving off a high-end vibe. Great for business meetings and such. The meat is top-notch, with a light fat content that makes it easy to eat and delicious. I might even prefer this over yakiniku! They also have beef tongue shabu-shabu, but...hmm...it's salt-based and could use a bit more flavor punch. Finished with the udon, and overall, I'd give it a thumbs up!

The quality of the meat was good and surprisingly there was hardly any scum when making the hot pot. The individual dishes are also delicious. Even though the shabu-shabu portion was quite large, I ended up eating too much. We were in a private room, but the partitions between tables were hanging type, so we could hear the conversation from the next table.

Ordered items: Lamp & Ichibo (mixed) shabu-shabu, Uni with soy sauce, Tamagoyaki with Zuwai crab Impressions: The Ichibo was incredibly delicious, with a meaty flavor that also had a hint of sweetness from the fat. It had a chewy texture while still being tender, creating a perfect balance of flavors. The sesame sauce here is amazing! I recommend adding chili oil to the sesame sauce for a spicy kick! Definitely give it a try. The Uni with soy sauce in the Tamagoyaki was also very tasty. I'll try making Tamagoyaki with Uni soy sauce at home!

This is a shabu-shabu specialty store at Jomon-en. Located in a mixed building in Kabukicho. The meat quality is top-notch as expected from Jomon-en. It's just shabu-shabu, neither more nor less, just good quality meat shabu-shabu. The private rooms make it suitable for business entertainment. The salad is the reliable Jomon-en salad. They also offer tongue shabu-shabu, which is dipped quickly in the broth and eaten with salt. It was very delicious.

A convenient shabu-shabu restaurant in Kabukicho! I've been going there for about 10 years now. It's easy to make a reservation, the prices are not too high, and the seats are semi-private, making it very user-friendly. The Matsus set is 5,720 yen and includes an appetizer, Jomon salad, 120g of premium Japanese beef loin, a vegetable platter, choice of udon or rice, and ice cream. Located right in the heart of Kabukicho, it's a great place to enjoy a little bit of luxury shabu-shabu.

I thought the place might be small, but it was actually quite spacious with all private rooms and even a smoking room. This time, we tried the snow course. It was a satisfying amount for four adults, and the vegetables were delicious. Shabu-shabu is healthy and tasty after all.
