I made a reservation and visited on Friday night. It was not too crowded for a Friday night, which was a relief as I'm not a fan of the typical "izakaya" atmosphere. The place used to operate as a cafe during the day, so the interior has a nostalgic cafe feel. It's like having motsunabe in a cafe setting. Before the motsunabe arrives, they serve a salad, water dumplings, and kimchi. They all make great accompaniments to beer. While enjoying these snacks, we waited for the motsunabe to be ready. The staff checked on the pot regularly and advised us when to start eating. They also magically appeared to take our drink orders whenever our glasses were empty. The motsunabe had a classic broth and the motsu melted in your mouth! After finishing the motsu, there was pork belly and ramen to enjoy as well. The portions were generous, so we discussed with the staff to adjust the amount. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Since there are a lot of fatty dishes, it would be nice to have something like grated daikon radish on the menu. They are also open to hearing customers' requests, so I recommend this place for office gatherings and the like.

This restaurant is used for company banquets. It's a unique type of place that operates as a cafe during the day and a hot pot specialty restaurant at night. The atmosphere is like a cafe, giving off the impression that they are just temporarily using the space for business. The location in Otemachi is convenient. The menu mainly consists of motsu nabe and a few types of hormone sashimi. The liver sashimi was fresh and delicious. The motsu nabe was average, not particularly memorable. For those who don't eat motsu often, it has a standard and easy-to-eat mild flavor. Due to its prime location and reasonable prices, it seems to be doing well, so there are hopes for further improvements in the future.
