Pursuing the basic concept of Chinese food "food is medicine," the soup is blended with dozens of Chinese medicinal ingredients. Only those who have been given the title of "hot pot master" can make the hot pot soup at Little Fat Sheep. Located a 3-minute walk from Ginza Station on the 5th floor of the Ginza 269 Building. The interior concept is "Modern China," with numerous paintings on white walls and dim lighting, resembling restaurants abroad.
I ordered the most basic Little Fat Sheep course due to its generous portion.
I chose the mildly spicy white soup and spicy hot pot soup. For the finish, we ordered a mix of noodles and porridge (for 4 people).

First, the hot pot is brought out, with Chinese medicinal ingredients like leeks, jujube, garlic, longan, floating in the soup. Looking at the menu, it also contained ginger, tangshen, wolfberry, caoguo, danggui, and licorice, among others. This seems like it will warm you up from the inside!
Soon, slices of lamb and chicken are brought out, thinly cut like shabu-shabu. Exciting!
As we chat, the vegetables keep coming. Even though it's almost full, the dishes are served quickly!
Cabbage, spinach, red core radish, nagaimo, red bell pepper, and pumpkin were cut into large pieces. Colorful and visually appealing. Additionally, my favorites like wood ear mushrooms, brown enoki, buna shimeji, and cotton tofu were included.
Such a generous amount of meat and vegetables, a delightful menu for dieters.
The soup quickly started boiling, and everyone began enjoying the shabu-shabu time!
I'm lazy, so I quickly threw all the veggies and mushrooms into the soup! Or rather, all in!! With 4 people, someone will surely help out (laughs)
For drinks, we toasted with herbal sangria (red)!
First, we shabu-shabu the chicken in the white soup. The umami of the meat blends perfectly with the herbal soup! The vegetables and mushrooms can be eaten as is since the herbal soup has a strong flavor. Absorbing the essence of Chinese medicine, the vegetables disappear in the stomach. It feels like I'm getting all my daily vegetables in one go.
For the spicy soup, even though it's mildly spicy, the heat that comes later is intense! Many people were coughing! But you can't stop, the addictive spiciness. My friend said she's a bit sensitive to the unique smell of lamb, but shabu-shabu in the spicy soup made it easier to eat.
The volume is incredible. It gets quite challenging towards the end. We took a short break before eating the noodles, porridge, and almond tofu dessert.
A fun time gathered around the hot pot. I love this kind of atmosphere.
[Overall]
The price is reasonable, and the portion is generous. Perfect for year-end parties. Recommended for girls' gatherings, dieters, and people who do strength training.
One thing to be cautious about is the smell. Is it the scent of Chinese medicine? It doesn't linger until the next day, but it has a distinct smell, so it's better to go in casual attire if possible (laughs)
