I used it for a meal with about 20 relatives. 3-hour all-you-can-drink alcohol, salad bar, and drink bar included for 3500 yen including tax. The menu includes: - Fresh vegetable salad bar - Today's soup (soup bar) - Assorted two appetizers (seafood marinade, prosciutto) - Healthy French fries made with rice oil - Colorful vegetable bolognese (spicy) - Roast pork - Assorted two desserts for the day I wasn't expecting much from the taste because the price was low, but all the dishes were reasonably delicious, and the salad bar was more luxurious than I expected. The vegetables were quite fresh, and I was happy to see tuna and mixed beans included. The amount of food was slightly small for men, but with the rich salad bar, everyone filled up by getting refills many times. In this kind of course, desserts like ice cream or sherbet are often not that great, but we were satisfied until the end with moist and delicious petit cakes. It's also a nice service that each person can take home one soft drink. There were negative comments about the service in other reviews, but at least on this day, we received very pleasant service, and it was a fun meal with relatives. Thank you very much. Thank you for the meal.

It was just before 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, a bit of an odd time, but I was feeling a bit peckish and looking for a place to eat. Despite the small entrance, the inside of the restaurant was spacious. It was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. I opted for the cake set for 1200 yen, which included Earl Grey chiffon cake and iced coffee. There were also a variety of tea options and craft cola available, making it fun to choose a drink. Although I didn't see it this time, it seems like they also have a wide selection of food menu items. I felt like I had found a great place to take a breather in the middle of Shinjuku. Thank you for the meal!

Despite it being a busy night, it was easy to enter smoothly! There were plenty of seats available and it didn't get too crowded... Located right in the middle of Kabukicho, it seems very convenient to use! The lasagna had a lot of sauce, so it would have been nice if we could have ordered extra bread to go with it. The salad was also generous in portion, and considering the location, price, capacity, and cleanliness, I am satisfied.

In the early afternoon, I visited Common Cafe for the first time as a meeting place with a long-time friend. It is located on the second floor of an APA Hotel right in front of the Kabukicho Tower. During lunchtime, there were many pairs of women, and there was also a drink bar, so there were many customers, like us, who stayed for a long time chatting. You can order lunch until 3 pm, and the salad bar and drink bar buffet closes at 3:30 pm, so if you go in the afternoon, it's a great time setting where you can get your money's worth. The food was delicious, and I would like to use it again.

I really liked it. Especially the roast beef. Sorry for taking only prosciutto and roast beef. But as you can see in the picture. I'm not picking randomly like that. It's really delicious. I'm happy that I can eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. When living alone, I tend to eat less vegetables. If I don't consciously make an effort to eat them, I prioritize filling my stomach. Buffets are great. You can try vegetables that you wouldn't normally buy. There are more foreigners now. Please spend a lot of money.

We visited with 12 girls for weekend lunch. It was nice that we could eat for about 2000 yen with a salad bar and soup included! I chose pasta, but everyone said the meat and rice bowls were delicious too. There weren't many staff, so it took a while for our drink orders to be taken.

APA Hotel seems to have many guests. There were also a lot of business people. Looking around, it seemed like I was the only one who wasn't staying at the hotel at that time on that day. You can tell by looking at the signs on the tables. There was a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, but more on the Western side. The bread selection was impressive. You can even toast it yourself. They had a good selection of processed meats. I had seconds of roast beef and prosciutto. That made me happy. You could customize your miso soup by adding seaweed and green onions yourself, so I added lots of green onions. That also made me happy. There were tables where you could charge your devices. There were also many businessmen during coffee time. A new building has been built next door, so I wonder if this area will continue to change.

The course at Common Cafe Marunouchi Center Building branch was convenient, so this time I decided to use the Shinjuku branch. I made a reservation through Ikyu again. The only surprising thing is that while the Ginza branch had a 4-hour stay course, the Shinjuku branch offers a 3-hour stay course. The drink service includes a choice of salad buffet, main dish, and a complimentary drink. For the toast, I chose lemonade to be a good listener, but it was impossible to avoid becoming talkative even without alcohol. Other options include wine and cocktails. The drink bar offers coffee, tea, oolong tea, orange juice, etc. The salad buffet with a combination of citrus dressing and sesame dressing was successful. The appetizer platter included prosciutto, smoked salmon, and cheese. The Parmigiano cheese had a strong umami flavor and was delicious. For the main course, I chose the roast pork, which was large and served with a flavorful mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes. The pasta was a meat sauce, but I was already full before it arrived. The dessert consisted of a chocolate cake and cheesecake with berry sauce, but ordering an additional dessert led to disappointment as it overlapped with the original dessert. The dishes were better at the Shinjuku branch, but the 4-hour stay at the Ginza branch is also appealing. Both locations have a good atmosphere.

A cafe attached to an Apa Hotel in Shinjuku. I stumbled upon it while looking for a place where I could work on my laptop. I didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be great! They had a salad bar, a drink bar, it was affordable, not crowded, and just perfect! I forgot to take a picture of the main dish, but I had the daily chicken steak, which was delicious. You can eat plenty of salad, drink juice and coffee, it's fantastic! I will definitely use it again. I was able to work on my laptop too, so it was great. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this cafe during lunchtime on a regular weekday while staying at an APA Hotel. Despite being located in a busy area, the cafe inside the hotel was not crowded. It is open to non-hotel guests as well. The interior is bright, clean, and well-maintained, with thorough COVID-19 measures in place. Lunch options are generally priced below 1000 yen, and for an additional 350 yen, you can enjoy the salad bar and drink bar. On this day, the soup offered at the drink bar was miso soup and quite authentic. The main dish was also decent, with a good portion size suitable for elderly customers. I think this cafe is a hidden gem.

I went to eat with my friend after shopping in Shinjuku! The food came out quickly after ordering, so I was very happy. The staff's customer service was good, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxing! I had the daily special for lunch, and I was satisfied with both the taste and the price! Thank you for the meal! I will definitely go back again!

For an additional 350 yen, you can add a salad bar and more. They offer a salad bar, drink bar, and daily soup. I love the seafood salad. The daily soup can be hit or miss - I was disappointed when it was a simple vegetable soup after a seafood one. They usually skimp on grill or roast sauces, but will add more if you ask. The taste is good and I think it's a good value for the price. There are plenty of seats and it's spacious, perfect for this time of year.

I stopped by to work and concentrate. The atmosphere inside was very quiet, and even a small conversation could be heard clearly. The BGM was also quiet, making it easy to focus on work. I ordered a lemonade with tapioca. It was a cold day in winter, but there was an excessive amount of ice. It felt like they poured the drink over as much ice as possible... When I removed the ice, it reduced to 1/3 of the original volume. I should have ordered it with less ice.

This is a shop on the 2nd floor of APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower! Here, you can enjoy meals that consider your health, as they do not use margarine or shortening in their bread! ✨ This time, I ordered the 100% beef original hamburger! I opted for rice and a drink for free, and the cafe latte I received had cute latte art♡ The hamburger was made with 100% beef and was delicious with a rich meaty flavor! And now, the rice!! This rice was incredibly delicious...! It was soft, chewy, and each grain of rice was firm! It was top-notch among all the rice I've ever eaten✨ Apart from what I had this time, I was also interested in trying the bread and cakes, so I want to go back and try them again!

I made a reservation and went there! It was raining that day, so there were fewer customers. I made it in time for lunch and ordered the hamburger set. The drink came first in a cute container, which made me excited. The hamburger arrived a bit late and was warm, but it felt like it was microwaved. The silverware was inside the table, which was a bit disappointing. The restaurant itself was cute and well-decorated, so maybe my expectations were too high. Thank you for the meal. Next time, I'll try a recommended cafe instead!

Near the Godzilla in Shinjuku! A cafe inside an Apa Hotel♪ You can make a reservation with GOTO Eat♪ It was crowded, probably because of that! Each seat had a humidifier-like device! Amazing! It was raining so I couldn't use it, but the open terrace looked nice and relaxing♪ The parfait and coffee had a nice bitterness to them, delicious♪ The coffee was also delicious♪ Thanks to GOTO Eat, I discovered this place, so happy! It seems like a great place for a little break, chatting with friends over tea♪

I entered a shop on a whim during a break. Surprisingly, they checked my temperature, which is rare for a food and beverage establishment. Maybe they are stricter here in Kabukicho than in other areas. Inside, there were a fair amount of people. The atmosphere was bright and comfortable. I like shops that are on the second floor rather than on the first floor because they are often less crowded. There was a sign that clearly indicated they take pride in their coffee. However, I wasn't in the mood for coffee, so I ended up ordering a dessert instead. The most intriguing item was the hojicha latte, which was a bit on the pricier side. The taste was okay, like hojicha with a hint of red beans. I couldn't help but think that 700 yen was a bit expensive for this drink.

I saw a campaign at an APA Hotel for a single room for 2,500 yen (including tax) and couldn't resist booking a room at the APA Hotel next to the Godzilla head of the TOHO Shinjuku Building in Kabukicho that I had been wanting to stay at. The 28th floor rooftop public bath was very relaxing. During check-in, I was offered the Morning Buffet service for 1,800 yen. It seemed a bit expensive, but since I didn't have any other plans, I decided to try it out. The next morning, after enjoying a bath on the 28th floor rooftop, I headed over. The location was on the 2nd floor of the APA Hotel. Although the staircase next to the entrance of the hotel was available for non-guests to use, the Morning Buffet might be for guests only. What I ordered: Morning Buffet @ 1,800 yen. The interior of the restaurant was clean. However, there weren't many people there yet, maybe because it was still early. There were about 3 or 4 other groups of guests. A young woman seemed to be in charge of the floor and gave a brief explanation of the service. She mentioned that they could bake bread upon request, so I asked for croissants to be baked. The buffet had a good balance of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. I tried a little bit of everything, and overall, it was decent. When staying at a hotel for work, having a leisurely breakfast always makes you feel like you got a little extra something, right? This breakfast seemed to offer that kind of experience.

The cafes in Shinjuku are often crowded and it can be difficult to find a seat, but I discovered a hidden gem of a cafe near TOHO Cinemas in Kabukicho! This cafe's theme is based on the concept of "food as medicine," offering a variety of menu items that are mindful of the body's needs. I hadn't had lunch yet, so I opted for a one-plate meal with decaf coffee. You can watch the staff hand-dripping coffee near the entrance. The decaf coffee had a rich flavor with minimal acidity and a slightly strong bitterness, similar to the caramel bitterness in flan. If you're not a fan of bitterness, adding the brown sugar provided is recommended. The meal consisted of a main dish with salad and soup on a one-plate, and I chose to switch the regular rice to brown rice cooked with coconut oil. The use of coconut oil in cooking helps reduce calories by about half, which is a thoughtful touch for women. However, I didn't particularly taste the coconut oil flavor in the rice. Since the decaf coffee was quite strong, it would pair well with a sweet dessert if you prefer black coffee, or with sugar in it for a post-meal drink with the meal.
