In the past, I was deeply impressed when I found and dined at a yakiniku restaurant called "Miyachiku" in Miyazaki. At that time, it was a direct store of JA Miyazaki Economic Group company, Miyachiku, and I was very moved by the fact that it was quite reasonable. I knew there was also a branch in Ginza, Tokyo, offering not only yakiniku but also teppanyaki, but I heard from an acquaintance who is a Miyazaki local that the prices there are three times higher, so I never got around to visiting. Grilled vegetables, fried garlic, and salt are placed on the plate, followed by bread. Huh? The chef, who is from Miyazaki, is grilling for us. It seems he is the only one from Miyazaki here. Fire!! One of the reasons I love Miyazaki beef is that the fat taste is not too strong. I prefer the fillet, but this sirloin is delicious! Lastly, teppanyaki rice. It's not your typical garlic rice, but rather a combination of jac...
