On the evening of September 23, 2023, I made a last-minute reservation in the morning and visited the restaurant. We had a table for two at a couple's seat. I'm not a fan of too much marbling in my meat, so the premium cut wasn't the best choice for me, but Tamura-san's meat is always delicious! We also ordered the stone pot bibimbap, which was also delicious.

Today, I attended a social gathering after the first board meeting of the new corporate structure. It was my first time at this restaurant, and the course menu was unbelievable! The all-you-can-drink option paired with an overwhelming amount and quality of meat! There were also brand pork and kimchi included at this price. I was surprised by the value for money!

During a break from work, I treated myself to a solo lunch. For some reason, I always end up indulging a little during solo lunches...haha. After work, I couldn't decide between sushi or meat, but ended up choosing meat. I was seated at a cozy counter for two. I ordered the steak bowl that looked so appealing in the photo. I hoped it would come out just like the picture! And it did! The meat was tender and cooked to my liking, rare. The sauce was delicious, and there were plenty of vegetables. The glazed carrots were sweet and tasty. Wow, it was delicious! I left feeling completely satisfied and returned to work feeling energized. I definitely want to eat here again! Thank you for the wonderful meal. In August, I went back with my colleagues and had another satisfying meal. The cut of meat was probably different from last time, but it was still tender and very delicious.

After meeting up with friends for the first time in a few years, we had a reservation at this place and enjoyed chatting and laughing together. We started with a toast with beer and then continued with drinks served in pitchers. The beef, pork, and offal were all delicious, especially the beef shabu-shabu which we enjoyed with raw egg like sukiyaki. There was also lettuce wraps and onigiri available. We finished off with cold noodles and dessert, leaving us completely satisfied. The restaurant was packed and it's easy to see why it's so popular. In the second half, we focused more on drinking, enjoying highballs and red wine poured generously from a decanter. We ended up quite drunk (*´ω`*). Thanks for the great meal!

After starting work today at the beginning of the new year, I listened to the president's address in the morning and visited Hokkaido Shrine with my team members. Then we moved to Odori Bisse and had lunch at "Niku Kappo Tamura". There were many tempting lunch options, but I decided to try the limited-time Hokkaido-produced Wagyu beef lunch, the "Hokkaido Wagyu Premium 5-Cut Yakiniku Lunch" for 3,800 yen! Along with the meat, the set included soup, rice, salad, and kimchi. When the beautifully arranged plate of meat arrived, my excitement level went through the roof! The plate included Wagyu beef cuts with beautiful marbling: belly, skirt, sirloin, ribs, and tongue. Each cut was delicious with just the right amount of fat! The portion was generous, and for this quality and quantity, the price was really worth it! Being able to enjoy all five cuts of meat at such a good price was a great deal! When it comes to girls' gatherings, it's all about meat!!! That's what I think. I feel great when I come here for lunch. I ordered a set of three items: beef tongue, wagyu beef kalbi, and sliced chicken thigh. It comes with rice, soup, and salad. The rice can be upgraded to a large portion for free. The beef tongue is sliced to a manageable thickness. The wagyu beef kalbi has a sweet fat that melts in your mouth. The chicken thigh is quickly grilled. There are three types of sauces: salt, lemon juice, and the restaurant's special sauce, making it difficult to decide which sauce to use. The vegetables included onions, pumpkin, and sweet potatoes. We were seated at a spacious table, so we could eat comfortably. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I ordered the Beef Tongue Kalbi Set. It was 1700 yen and came with plenty of meat, soup, rice, salad, cold noodles, and kimchi, which is amazing value for money. The tongue was thick and delicious. They also had a menu where you could add 3-4 extra pieces of meat, which was clever. I ordered an additional beef tongue. There were many semi-private rooms, so you couldn't see other people's faces at other tables, which I think is a good table arrangement. I would like to go again!

Today was a rare luxurious lunch day - Special Steak Lunch (by reservation only). You can choose between Filet or Sirloin, but lately I've been getting indigestion easily, so I selected Filet. The course includes appetizers, salad, soup, grilled vegetables, garlic rice, and dessert for 5500 yen. The steak was tender and surprisingly easy to eat, so I briefly thought maybe Sirloin would have been okay? But I felt the full flavor of the meat, so I'm glad I chose Filet ^_^ Overall, the other courses were delicious, but didn't have much of a distinctive feature. Thank you for the feast!

I went to a yakiniku restaurant inside Daimon's Bisse and they had a hamburger lunch special. I thought it was a bit much to have yakiniku for lunch, but a hamburger seemed more manageable. I had been to their main store in Bihoro Town a while ago, but this was my first time at this branch. The seats had grills because it's a yakiniku restaurant. The hamburger came with a side salad in a separate dish. The salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious. The hamburger was a bit small, but it was packed with flavor. You can choose between a Japanese-style sauce and demi-glace sauce. This time, I chose the Japanese-style sauce. It was light and refreshing, perfect for lunch. The meat itself was tasty and not too strong in flavor. The lunch cost around 1400 yen, so it's not cheap, but considering its prime location in Daimon, it's reasonable. I would like to try it for dinner next time.

Sapporo Gourmet: Part 1 I was curious about this restaurant that was selected for the Yakiniku Hyakumeiten EAST 2021, so I headed there for lunch on the first day of my trip after getting off at JR Sapporo Station (FYI, it wasn't selected for Yakiniku Hyakumeiten 2022). I tried the Hokkaido Wagyu 100% hamburger lunch set. The dressing for the salad was delicious, as is often the case with meat restaurants. Does anyone else agree with me on this? Of course, the main hamburger was also delicious. You can choose between a soy sauce and onion sauce or a demi-glace sauce, and I chose the former, but I think the latter would have been just as tasty. The restaurant has table seating near the entrance and a slightly more elegant sunken kotatsu seating area in the back. Even if it were located in Tokyo instead of Sapporo, I believe it would still be a popular restaurant.

I visited a clean commercial building. The interior of the store is clean and not smoky. I had lunch, which tasted normal and delicious. I felt like there was a small amount of meat. The dipping sauce was rich in flavor and sweet. It seems like a place where you can have a fulfilling meal.

I made a reservation around noon on the same day. I parked my car in the building's parking lot, but there was no parking service. I was able to eat delicious meat at a reasonable price. The wine selection at the shop was also good. The interior of the restaurant was clean and my clothes didn't smell. The soup served at the table was also delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I used it for lunch. The meat was tender and really delicious. The prices are reasonable, so the customers are mostly older. Everything was delicious, but the amount of rice is small, so adult men may find it unsatisfying.

I visited this restaurant after several years. When it first opened, I used to take my subordinates for lunch to show appreciation. I would usually order something cheap when dining alone, like a hamburger. With 43 Steakhouse closing down, I will have more opportunities to visit again. While expensive cuts of meat are delicious, this time I tried the steak bowl and cold noodles set with an additional 300 yen for a regular size cold noodles (2,080 yen). I also got the yuzu sherbet as a special offer for app users. Since I had work afterwards, I refrained from alcohol. The steak bowl tasted familiar, almost like I had it before. The sauce was light, allowing the meat's flavor to shine through. When I focused, I could taste the deliciousness of the lean meat. It was good, although the meat portion was a bit small. The cold noodles had a refreshing soup, perfect for preventing summer fatigue with plenty of vinegar. The default condiment, gochujang, was not included. The noodles were quite good, and the toppings were simple and average. The yuzu sherbet was slightly small in size, but I have never had a bad yuzu sherbet, and Tamura's was particularly delicious with its intense yuzu flavor. Overall, the staff was friendly, the clean semi-private interior was well-maintained with good infection control measures, making it a welcoming and accessible restaurant without being overly upscale. The meat quality has always been consistent, with no disappointments. The best meal I had here was the reward lunch from the past. Thank you for the meal!

I visited a restaurant around a little before 1 pm on a regular day. There were about 2 people waiting. I was soon seated inside. I debated whether to have the yakiniku lunch, but I was worried about my suit smelling like smoke, so I ordered the "Hokkaido beef steak bowl and cold noodles set" for 1780 yen. Both dishes were on the smaller side. The meat on top of the steak bowl tasted like meat from a famous yakiniku restaurant, not too soft or too tough, with a satisfying texture. However, for this amount, 1780 yen seems a bit expensive. Thank you for the meal♪ #Sapporo's right choice

BISSE 4F, a high-class yakiniku restaurant called Niku no Kappo Tamura, was almost full with Madams dining there on a weekday afternoon around 1 pm. The spacious private atmosphere with only table seats made us feel exclusive. We ordered the Hokkaido Beef Lunch set for 2780 yen and also tried the Classic beer for a special price of 250 yen per glass. It was small but deliciously cold and refreshing. We also had a glass of white wine for 150 yen. The lunch set included three types of meat - Wagyu Kalbi, seared beef, and beef sagari, all high-quality and flavorful. We enjoyed dipping the meat in salt and lemon instead of the sauce provided. The meal also came with a refreshing daikon salad, spicy kimchi, grilled vegetables, a modest portion of rice, and a light wakame soup. It was a delightful dining experience.

Yesterday, after watching "Do Not Say Mystery," I felt like having yakiniku. So for lunch today, I went to "Niku no Kappo Tamura," a popular restaurant listed on Tabelog in BISSE. The lunch set included pork kalbi, medium rare beef kalbi, and beef sagari. It was delicious! Having such a luxurious lunch makes me feel guilty! The medium rare beef kalbi was new to me. It was mostly fatty. Should I skip dinner tonight? When I first had yakiniku in Sapporo, I found it strange that it came with rice. But the combination of meat protein and rice protein is excellent. They go well together!

Connected directly from Odori Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway, located on the 4th floor of the Odori Bisse building. After entering the entrance and undergoing alcohol disinfection and temperature check, I was guided to an available seat. I looked through the menu on the table. There were many lunch options available. From the yakiniku lunch menu, I ordered the "Hokkaido Marinated Sauce Lunch". I also ordered an "Iced Tea" for an additional 150 yen. Soon after, the yakiniku was brought out. A stone plate filled with yakiniku, salad, and kimchi was presented. The meat included beef sagari, pork kalbi, and medium short rib. To prevent the meat from burning, the fatty parts were placed on the grill beforehand. I started by grilling the "pork belly", which could be enjoyed as is due to being marinated. It was very tender with just the right amount of saltiness. Next, the "beef sagari" was cooked. This time, I enjoyed it with some salt. It had a very juicy sensation with a good beef flavor that made it easy to eat with rice. Lastly, the "medium short rib" was cooked. It had a different texture and chewiness. It also had a good beef flavor. There were four pieces of each type of meat. I initially thought the portion might be small, but after eating the rice, kimchi, and salad, I felt full. The "Hokkaido Marinated Sauce Lunch" costs 2,100 yen before tax. I plan to enjoy it with beer when I visit for dinner next time.٩( ᐛ )و

I was really looking forward to it, but the menu was limited. It said Hokkaido beef on the menu, with various names of beef on the top row, but I couldn't tell which beef was being served. Hokkaido beef tongue, Hokkaido beef sagari, Hokkaido beef with salt sauce, half portion of salt cold noodles, and a cheap trial set of sagari and sirloin. I also ordered chicken tenderloin. And for dessert, I downloaded the app for a complimentary mini dessert. The sirloin was tender and good, but the rest was just average. The price and quality didn't match. The mini dessert was yuzu sherbet (it was surprisingly small, so I forgot to take a picture). It was a splurge to choose this restaurant, but if I go again, I would only go for lunch. I went there for a celebration, but something felt lacking.
