It's Friday. I visited Meiji Shrine and strolled around Ueno Park. There were a lot of foreign visitors everywhere. It's 1:30 PM and all the cafes are crowded. Let's take a break at Tully's Coffee Ueno Hirokoji store. It was busy too, but I managed to secure a counter seat around a pillar. I ordered New York cheesecake and straight tea S. It cost 815 yen. There is a slight discount if you order a set. The cheesecake had a smooth texture, a rich cheese flavor, and was moist and creamy with a good depth of flavor. My tired body was craving something sweet, so it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the place around 11:00 AM on a Saturday. It was less crowded compared to my previous visit, probably due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The restaurant had about half of its usual customers. There were six 6-seater tables in front of the counter, with proper acrylic partitions for social distancing. The tables also had AC outlets. There were additional seating near the return counter with AC outlets as well. I ordered the "Today's Coffee, Tall size, 390 yen (tax included)". The Tall size is 350ml, so you can enjoy a generous amount of coffee. It had a slight acidity, balanced bitterness, and a pleasant aroma that was very relaxing. The Third Place is a very comfortable space to visit. I will definitely come back again.

The TULLY'S COFFEE located in front of the A4 exit of Ueno-hirokoji Station on the Ginza Line is conveniently located, so I often use it. The window area has a high ceiling and feels open and pleasant. I don't remember what today's coffee (S/335 yen) was called, but it was a delicious cup. By the way, isn't the station signboard confusing? I always end up going down the stairs for A1.2 instead of A4, am I the only one?

It's still March, but it's so hot that I can't even wear a jacket. I'm thirsty and I want to smoke, so I decided to stop by TULLY'S. Maybe it's because of the new coronavirus, but even though it's lunchtime, the restaurant is only about 70% full. It seems like restaurants are having a hard time lately. Places without regular customers are temporarily closed, but those with regulars are still going strong. I asked the charming server at the counter for an iced coffee. When I asked for the smoking section, she directed me to the back. The smoking section was even emptier. I enjoyed my iced coffee with a mild acidity and just the right amount of bitterness, as I smoked a cigarette. I felt relaxed. I finished my coffee, cigarette, and sweat, and now I'm off to my next destination. Thank you for the meal.

It's been a while since I had Tully's Coffee. I ordered an iced cafe latte. The store was spacious and completely smoke-free. I came to Tully's Coffee after a long time, and the taste is definitely a step above places like Doutor. But Tully's Coffee gives off a cramped impression, so I don't come here often. This place is recommended because it's spacious.

Morning Set Ballpark Dog Plain 539 yen Morning @ Ueno Hirokoji I found a new Tully's that I haven't visited before, so today I had breakfast here. I entered the store at 7:40 am, and the interior is quite spacious with large personal space, making it very comfortable. There are four types of breakfast options, but I love hot dogs, so I ordered that again today. The buns look firm but are actually soft, which I like. Ketchup and mustard are added later, so you can enjoy the plain flavor. I personally use both though. (^_^) I enjoyed it again today. February 18, 2020, used for breakfast.

It was a cold day, so after lunch, I felt like having a hot coffee and decided to stop by this Tully's. They had various Christmas menu items and I was torn between choices, but since they were all reasonably priced, I ended up getting a hot café latte. Luckily, a seat opened up at the right time, which was convenient.

This time, I will give a review of a coffee shop where something unusual happened. The place is the "Tully's Coffee Ueno Hirokoji Store" located just a short walk from Ueno-Hirokoji Station in Tokyo. I ordered the Cafe Au Lait Swirl (Tall) for 480 yen. The coffee had a rich flavor with a moderate sweetness in the frozen drink. Unusual Thing 1: There is a store where the winner of the "Tully's Coffee Barista Contest Part-time Fellow Division" works. I didn't know about such contests before. I don't know who the winner is, but I imagine the coffee made by this person must be exceptional compared to the usual ones. Unusual Thing 2: There were many men and women wearing kimono, which is rare in Tokyo coffee shops. I saw a few people in kimono, and they all had good posture. I never knew that coffee cups and kimonos could surprisingly go well together. I found out later that there were many people in kimono because the building is the famous "Suzunoya" building, with the main store on the first floor. If you want to enjoy coffee in a different atmosphere in the Ueno area, this is a recommended place! I arrived around 17:30 and as usual, the restaurant was full. I ended up getting takeout. The service was good, but there was a bit of a wait for the food. The taste was great, but there were no available seats due to it being full. I will come back again!

I visited Ueno and Okachimachi for the New Year in 2019, and decided to take a break here. There are many sofa chairs, so you can relax comfortably. The atmosphere is quiet as there are no Instagram-worthy features. I ordered a sandwich, hot dog, and coffee. They were not outstandingly delicious, but I think they were sufficient.

I used it to take shelter from the rain! It was in a perfect location and was a huge help!

First, we secured a place to sit and then placed our order! It's nice that they have good smoke separation here! I ordered a hot coffee, and although it's a bit pricey, the environment is quite nice! When you want to have a leisurely chat, Dazzle might be a good choice! As for the coffee, honestly, it's not that different from my usual spot! I don't have a sophisticated palate for coffee, so for me, it doesn't make much of a difference. But I will come back when I want to relax.
