I went with my partner on a Saturday night. We arrived a little early for our reservation, but we were kindly shown to our table. We had booked a course and were told that the service started when we ordered our drinks on the touch panel. Disappointingly, the first drink took a long time to arrive. When we ordered two types of sake for our first drink, the server didn't know the brand of one of them, so we had to figure it out ourselves. The dishes took a while to come after the appetizer. Suddenly, four dishes arrived at once, overwhelming our small table for two. Some ingredients were missing from the salad as well. The "semi-private" seating had no walls, so the noise from a nearby loud group made it hard for us to have a conversation. They also tried to bring the bill without giving us the check. On the bright side, the food was delicious, the premium all-you-can-drink option had a great variety and tasted good, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were trying their best. I'm not sure if I would go back again.

I visited for dinner with an important person. I was happy to be able to have a quiet conversation in a private room since my voice doesn't carry well. I had a hard time choosing what to eat as everything on the menu looked delicious. The dishes that came out were all very tasty.
