After exiting the south exit of JR Shinjuku Station, head to Lumine 1 and you will find a shop on the 7th floor. Upon entering the store, you will undergo temperature checks and hand sanitization before being seated. I had the lunch set with all-you-can-eat homemade fresh cheese. For the main dish, I had the rich Cheese Carbonara with a dragon's egg on top. The thick-cut bacon, pasta, and rich cheese in the Carbonara matched well with the dragon's egg, making it a recommended dish for cheese lovers. You can first enjoy the rich cheese pasta as it is, and then crack open the dragon's egg to savor the flavors in two different ways. The dragon's egg is known for its rich taste and abundant minerals. Other main dishes include the creamy egg Cheese Omelette Rice, Cheese Fondue Plate Lunch, and King's Bolognese, among others. The pizza options include the King's Burrata Cheese Pizza and Queen's Margherita Pizza. After enjoying the Cheese Carbonara with the dragon's egg, I had some red wine while indulging in the homemade fresh cheese. I ordered 8 crackers to accompany the cheese. The cheese buffet upon arrival included Mozzarella, Stracciatella, Gorgonzola, Cream Cheese, and Berry Cheese. You can enjoy the natural flavors of the cheese first, and then try it with crackers to enhance the taste. They were all delicious, but my personal favorite was probably the Berry Cheese. I paired the cheese with a glass of French La Chasse Cote du Rhone red wine, which offers a sweet aroma and smooth taste. The lunch set includes the Cheese Buffet & Soup Bar plus a choice of main dish or pizza. For dessert, I had the 4 Cheese Mont Blanc, made with Gorgonzola, Mascarpone, Cream Cheese, and topped with Parmesan Cheese. It's a must-try for cheese lovers. Other dessert options include Classic Cheese Pudding, Basque Cheesecake, Cup Tiramisu, and more. The self-order QR code system at the table allows you to place orders using your smartphone. It was a day of savoring cheese. Highly recommended for cheese lovers.
