It's nice to change things up and try a store I don't usually go to. The freshness and variety of the sushi are still consistent and good. The awabi sushi with 3 pieces available until the 27th was disappointing as the pieces were smaller than expected (much smaller than in the photo, almost like baby awabi). The cuttlefish sushi didn't have the usual incisions like in the photo, but it's still delicious. It's great that I can always rely on the quality of the sushi here. Thank you for another delicious meal today.

I saw some news about Hakodate Salt Ramen recently, so I decided to check out the Hakodate Salt Ramen fair at Sushiro. To my surprise, they also had Wakayama Ramen available! Additionally, they had sushi with salmon roe on the menu, which was a pleasant surprise as not many places serve it. I ordered it and found it to be crunchy and delicious, without any fishy taste. It was a great experience!

#Sushiro Shinjuku Nishiguchi branch #Rich tuna soy sauce ramen #This year's 238th bowl of ramen activity I visited Sushiro Shinjuku Nishiguchi branch for the first time, located in the building of UNIQLO in Shinjuku. I arrived in Shinjuku and suddenly felt like eating at Sushiro after a recommendation from Shinwa soba, so I ordered the rich tuna soy sauce ramen for 410 yen. I also tried some 150 yen plates of my choice.

Surprisingly, the Shinjuku Nishiguchi branch I visited for the first time had narrow table seats. However, the taste and cost performance were impressive as always. Once a year, they offer a tuna festival sourced from Hassui Suisan. The 'Comparison of Natural Bluefin Tuna & Natural Yellowfin Tuna' included 2 pieces of Otoro, 2 pieces of Chutoro, and 2 pieces of Akami. All of this for 1170 yen, which is really amazing. And the rice was red. It's always top-notch! I personally preferred the Bluefin Tuna from Ireland. Compared to Kura Sushi, I've been thinking lately that the temperature and atmosphere of the rice are superior here. That's probably why it tastes so good. The "Master's Seafood Roll Stack," "Master's Flavored Nigiri Seared Spanish Mackerel," and "Master's Pressed Sushi Eel Wrap" were all very delicious. And surprisingly, the noodle dish "Shirasu Mazesoba" was also a hit (usually noodle dishes are not that tasty haha). There are many options, but I'm a fan of Sushiro.

I knew that the ordering and takeout process at this place was high-tech, but I was surprised to find out that even the way you pay for your meal inside the restaurant is also high-tech! They no longer have the sushi conveyor belt due to some issues, so you order using a touch panel and then pay for exactly what you ordered. I visited this time to try their ramen, and they also had mini shari available. I couldn't really taste the clam flavor in the ramen, but that's probably because I have an unsophisticated palate, sorry!

Lunch during a business trip. I had never tried the seared mackerel with grated daikon at Sushiro before, so I decided to order it. The flavor of the seared skin was really good. The mackerel was not too fatty, but it was quite delicious. It was refreshing with the grated daikon and green onions. The marinated tuna was a bit disappointing. I think I would have preferred regular tuna instead. It's better to top it with plenty of wasabi and dip it lightly in soy sauce.

Visited Sushiro with a friend. I was amazed by the number of people there, to the point where I think it's a must to make a reservation in advance. The quality of all the menu items was high, but personally, I particularly enjoyed the eel, conger eel, and yellowtail. The assorted bluefin tuna was also delicious, but those three stood out for me. It was a satisfying dinner, even though the bill ended up being quite high since we ate to our heart's content. I recommend Sushiro, but make sure to make a reservation before heading there!

Today, we started at Tengu on the 7th floor for drinks before heading to Sushiro on the 6th floor. Just a heads up - even if you take the stairs down from the 7th floor, the door to the 6th floor will be closed so you can't enter. The elevator was really crowded, so it's best to resist the urge to take the stairs. Thanks to a reservation, we were called to our seats within 5 minutes, despite around 30 people waiting in the waiting room. When it comes to Sushiro, the menu is so extensive that it's hard to decide, but the Tuna Salad is always a winner! Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture... It was delicious as always. I tried the Squid Nigiri for the first time and the balance was off... I accidentally poured sweet soy sauce (the thick sauce you put on eel or tempura) on the Yellowtail, and when I tried it, it just didn't go well together. So, make sure to check if what's in front of you is actually soy sauce! We were a group of 6 men and enjoyed our meal in a booth, but it would have been even better if there were wider seats available. It would have been nice if they had anticipated that! The announcements in the restaurant about the last order at 10:30 pm were helpful in keeping track of time. The self-checkout made paying quick and easy, and we were on our way home. Sushiro, with its reservation system, I'll definitely be back! Thank you for the meal.

I like going out alone casually. I enjoy not only sushi but also udon and fried dishes. I like that my favorite items are all on 150 yen plates, so it's cheap. The kake udon for 220 yen is also recommended. The squid tempura is freshly fried! Thank you for the meal.

I visited the Sushiro Shinjuku Nishiguchi branch, a revolving sushi restaurant. It had been a while since my last visit, but each piece of sushi was very fresh, with a great balance of sweetness and umami, making it very delicious. The amount and taste of the rice was perfect, complementing the toppings well. Being a chain restaurant, they provided a consistently delicious sushi experience, which was comforting. I especially enjoyed the sea urchin, tuna, and salmon, eating to my heart's content and indulging in a luxurious treat. Of course, everything was reasonably priced, making it a great value for money.

I'm hungry! What should I eat? I want something quick and then head back. Let's go to Sushiro! The Sushiro Shinjuku Nishiguchi branch is located in the building where Uniqlo is at the West Exit. The restaurant is spacious and you can easily get a seat. There are individual partitions, so you can enjoy your meal to the fullest. First, I tried the Salmon Basil Mozzarella. Delicious! What soup should I get? I ended up ordering the udon. The udon at Sushiro is cheap and tasty! Then, I had marinated eel, beef kalbi, live-drawn sea bream x2, and two types of tempura. The tempura was freshly fried! Today's number one dish was the live-drawn sea bream. I enjoyed it with salt. I'm full now. Thank you for the meal. *You can order pickled ginger for free!

It's been a while since I went to Sushiro. I used to like it before, but I feel like the rice has gotten smaller since that incident. Also, this time the shrimp was small. The size of the fish is also small. Since the portions are smaller, I end up ordering more rolls, so even though the prices haven't gone up, the total bill is higher. Additionally, when I paid at the self-checkout, I didn't receive the 50 yen change, which was a bit disappointing.

During lunch break at work, I decided to stop by this place for some sushi. As soon as the elevator doors opened, I found myself inside the restaurant. I sat at the counter and started with some tuna sushi. The presentation was good, but the taste was a bit lacking. On the other hand, the tuna roll was decently tasty. It seems like they are trying to move away from the cheap all-you-can-eat route, so the overall pricing is not as budget-friendly as before. Being a large chain conveyor belt sushi restaurant, the quality is average, but there is a somewhat careless feeling to it.

I thought I would skip lunchtime and peeked into Sushiro, but there were about 40 people waiting in line! Everyone was really enthusiastic. Maybe it's because they feel the hygiene measures are the strongest now? I got an automatic ticket and waited for 25 minutes, then quickly ate in 15 minutes! The store has dedicated lanes to each table. The conveyor belt only had small packets of condiments going around. You have to order pickled ginger separately. It's amazing that I could eat so much for only ¥2300. The food was really delicious and the prices were low. About 70-80% of the customers were young people. There were no middle-aged men dining alone, haha.

The other day, I stopped by here while wandering around Shinjuku. It is located on the 6th floor of a building next to Shinjuku Station West Exit, and when I went around 7 pm, it was very crowded. Making a reservation online was the right decision! The food was delicious. I will visit again!

I didn't feel like cooking, so I decided to go to Sushiro. It was really crowded here, haha. I had made a reservation online, so I was able to get in relatively quickly. The wait time was long, so I passed the time by browsing at UNIQLO downstairs and watching Job Chutune? I ordered the dishes that had passed the test, and they were all delicious. The chawanmushi was the best, haha. The salmon was also delicious.

Sushiro is widely used by families and student groups. It gets very busy during peak times, so if you go without a reservation, you may have to wait for over 30 minutes. It is recommended to make a LINE reservation before going. This Sushiro does not have rotating sushi, everything is ordered.

Rotation sushi plate ranges from 120 yen to 360 yen, with fresh and tasty toppings. The automation in the restaurant, from entry to payment, was impressive. The touch panel system for ordering and the minimal human interaction may feel odd, but it seems to be the norm for the future. I pondered this while enjoying a nostalgic and delicious "kotecchan roll" with miso-flavored ingredients.

I went shopping in a crowded Odakyu Department Store basement before it undergoes renovation. Feeling tired, I decided to visit the nearby Sushiro in the adjacent building. Upon arriving on the 6th floor via elevator, I was puzzled as there were no tea bowls on the table, but I saw a young person at a neighboring table with one. I learned that customers are supposed to pick up their own tea bowls on the way to their table. Despite my initial confusion, the sushi was decent. I took a chance and ordered fried octopus, which turned out to be delicious. Lastly, I ordered tempura udon, and the tempura was crispy and tasty. Sushiro offers a variety of enjoyable dishes beyond just sushi. I will definitely visit again.

I happened to see an app and saw that they had squid ears, so I immediately ordered them because I love squid ears! They looked big and delicious, but I felt like they lacked the unique crunchy texture of squid ears. It wasn't bad, but maybe it was just regular squid after all...
