Overall: When you want to get plenty of vegetables, this place is really convenient. You can enjoy a buffet course with all-you-can-drink alcohol at a reasonable price. Be sure to check out the special seasonal menus. Likelihood of revisiting: I will definitely go back! Reason for choosing this restaurant: For Friday night dinner. Location: About a 3-minute walk from Kinshicho Station North Exit. What I ate: Stamina Lamb Shabu-Shabu Buffet (3,280 yen) All-you-can-drink alcohol (980 yen) *Used a coupon. Normal price is 1,500 yen. Date and time of visit: Around 7:30 pm on Friday. The restaurant was about 70% full. *It is recommended to make a reservation as it gets crowded on weekends. Service: [Cleanliness of the restaurant] It is always clean whenever I visit. Although the equipment such as tables show signs of wear and tear due to the age of the restaurant, they are properly maintained. [Seating] Except for some tatami seating, the rest is like a semi-private room. [Chopsticks] They provide disposable chopsticks, and the staff will bring them to you. [Staff] Most of the staff are part-timers, but they are generally cheerful and energetic. They usually respond quickly to orders. However, on the day I visited, after 8 pm when it started to get crowded, the time it took for drinks and food to arrive suddenly became slow, indicating that there was clearly a shortage of staff. [Condiments on the table] Previously, there were condiments like black shichimi pepper, ground sesame, grated garlic, chili oil, salt, and pepper on the table, but now it has changed to a request-based system. Taste: [Drinks] This time, I chose the all-you-can-drink alcohol option. It is normally 1,500 yen, but with a coupon from the official app, it becomes 980 yen (until September 9, 2020). If you drink 3 or more drinks, the all-you-can-drink option is more cost-effective. I had 2 beers and 6 black oolong highballs, so... you get the idea (laughs). [Soup] I chose the stamina dashi for lamb shabu-shabu and the deliciously spicy hot pot dashi. [Meat] The lamb meat is thickly sliced and has a satisfying texture. On that day, I enjoyed it rolled with garlic chives and bean sprouts. It goes well with cilantro. I was expecting the thin frozen lamb meat you find in supermarkets or meat specialty stores, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pork loin meat has a good amount of fat and tastes delicious when eaten with vegetables. It is recommended to eat it with lettuce and mizuna with ponzu sauce. The classic chicken meatballs go well with the hot pot dashi. The fluffy texture is always enjoyable. [Vegetables] There are over 20 types of vegetable dishes available in the buffet. While the standard hot pot vegetables are good, the lettuce is a must-try. It's refreshing and goes perfectly with cooked meat. [Side dishes] You can also enjoy over 10 types of side dishes as much as you like. It serves as a good snack while waiting for the shabu-shabu to be ready, making it great for drinkers. I recommend the spicy negitoro with romaine lettuce and the freshly picked lettuce chorogi salad. They are perfect for beer snacks.

**Visit on February 4, 2019** - Select beef and Andes highland pork all-you-can-eat course for 3,218 yen - Third-generation dashi (2-color hot pot) for 216 yen - All-you-can-drink for 1,620 yen Established in June 1987 by Kokudo Shinpan Co., Ltd. In 1996, "Yakiniku Ichiba Shichirin" (now: Gyu-Kaku) opened. In 1998, the company changed its name to Rains International Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture), and developed brands such as Gyu-Kaku, Kamadoka, and Domadoma. In March 2000, the first store of "Onyasai" opened in Kyodo. The course "Select beef and Andes highland pork" includes Andes highland pork kalbi and loin, bamboo chicken meatballs, chicken thigh, select beef kalbi, chuck loin, beef tripe, and umami beef all-you-can-eat. The broth is made from "Wagyu dashi" made from beef tail and aromatic vegetables, and "Third-generation dashi (extra charge)" made with premium white soy sauce and hand-fired bonito flakes. Beer, wine, and shochu all go well with shabu-shabu, so the drinks are flowing. The last order was a special noodle supervised by "Ippudo" to finish the meal. With the additional flavors from the beef, pork, and vegetables, the ramen is delicious. Even if you are dining alone, why not enjoy a hot pot for one person?!

Visited the Onyasai restaurant in Kinshicho in October 2012. Opted for the all-you-can-eat course featuring three types of branded pork and all-you-can-drink option. With a discount coupon, the cost came to around 3,500 yen per person. The hot pot soup was tomato and kelp flavored. Started with a variety of vegetables, meat, and tsukune (chicken meatballs). Went for seconds on the pork meat and finished with Chinese noodles. Dessert was mango almond tofu. We were kicked out of the restaurant after 2 hours (^^;) It's nice to have shabu-shabu once in a while. Current rating at the time of posting: 3.04

Just a 2-3 minute walk from Kinshicho Station North Exit, a little off Yotsume Street, you'll find a restaurant on the second floor of a building. While there were no customers near the storefront, the inside was crowded, indicating its popularity. I chose the all-you-can-eat pork and domestic brand chicken course. The meat options included pork loin, pork kalbi, and Sakurahime chicken shabu-shabu, with a choice of 2 out of 5 types of broth (additional options available for a fee). There were also about 60 other items like vegetables and meatballs. The Sakurahime chicken shabu-shabu was good, but be careful not to overcook it as it can become tough. The presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious. The vegetables were fresh, with plenty of lettuce and green onions. The six types of meatballs in bamboo tubes were a nice touch, and the plum and shiso flavored one paired well with the Japanese broth. While the service at the previous Hata-ya location was polite and good, this one seemed a bit lacking, possibly due to being too busy. The cleanliness of the condiments and such made it a bit difficult to use. Hopefully, the chain can maintain consistent service quality across all locations.

When it comes to shabu-shabu for the Chinese, it seems to be beef shabu-shabu. There was a time when I took a customer who wanted to eat shabu-shabu to a delicious pork shabu-shabu restaurant, which led to a difficult situation. There are those who want to eat a small amount of delicious beef shabu-shabu at a luxurious place, and those who want to eat beef shabu-shabu to their heart's content, so I take the latter customers to this restaurant. The cost performance of all-you-can-eat high-quality meat and the fun of eating rare seasonal vegetables seem to be well received. The quail eggs as a snack are also popular. I think 5480 yen for all-you-can-eat marbled black beef is quite cheap. However, the seats are narrow, making it difficult for people with a large build to sit comfortably. I hope that a high-end restaurant with a spacious and pleasant atmosphere will be established even if the price is slightly higher. Thank you for the meal!

I was surprised by how much you can eat at this restaurant - vegetables, meat, one-plate dishes, rice or udon for the finishing touch, even dessert! The one-plate dishes were surprisingly delicious and varied, with items like avocado salad, natto salad, and quail eggs that I don't usually make at home. There were so many different vegetables and tsukune (chicken meatballs) to put in the hot pot, I got pretty full before reaching the finish. Be careful with the "soy milk" soup as it can be tricky to get the right heat. The restaurant is conveniently located near the station, but it's best to make a reservation on Fridays and weekends, as it can get quite crowded.

Occasionally, Warm Vegetable distributes flyers. Although we don't usually go, a colleague suggested, "Why don't we try the all-you-can-eat option for a change?" So, four of us visited Warm Vegetable at 20:30, but it was full and we couldn't get in. It seems quite crowded, even on a weekday. Maybe reservations are necessary? We were told that we could get a table around 21:15, so we decided to come back at that time. Looking at the menu, they offered all-you-can-eat pork for 2780 yen, pork and beef for 2980 yen, and wagyu beef for 4980 yen. Since it was our first time there, we opted for the cheapest option at 2780 yen. I thought about adding beef for an extra 200 yen, but decided to save it for next time. In general, all-you-can-eat meat places haven't left me with a good impression, but the meat here wasn't that bad. The pork loin and kalbi we ordered first seemed to be the most delicious. As we requested more meat, the quality seemed to change, but maybe it was just my imagination? Be careful not to overcook the pork loin, as it can become tough and less tasty. The kalbi is quite fatty. If you plan on eating a lot of meat, you might want to skip the alcohol and go for the soft drink option for the all-you-can-drink. We were all focused on the meat and only had about two drinks each before switching to tea. At 2780 yen for all-you-can-eat, it feels reasonable, but once you add the all-you-can-drink and go over 4000 yen, it might feel a bit pricey, especially if you can't drink much. (After finishing our meal, we all agreed that soft drinks were a good choice.) The staff quickly brought out the replacement meat and drinks as soon as we ordered. They were efficient and didn't keep us waiting. I was impressed by their quick service. I imagine they must get complaints if they are slow with all-you-can-eat. Overall, I recommend going for the all-you-can-eat with unlimited soft drinks if you want to eat plenty of meat.

0224 Onyasai Kinshicho Kita-guchi branch @ Long-awaited shabu-shabu. I was invited by A-san to Onyasai. Some people say it's not delicious, but I like it (I'm a commoner). This time we had soy milk and hot pot. However, the hot pot wasn't spicy at all and the flavor was weak, so we should have chosen a different flavor. Thank you for the treat, A-san! A vegetable set full of dietary fiber. Slices of yam, enoki mushrooms, and more. I received a handkerchief with the same pattern as the one Sumi-chan gave me from Asako-san. I received a super delicious-looking dango from Sumi-chan. The skating was amazing!!! Kim Yuna's performance was impressive as always. But I hope Mao-chan wins the gold medal. Fighting!!!

I always come here when I feel like eating shabu-shabu! The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, and even on Friday nights, it's relatively uncrowded. The staff's customer service is also good. One of the highlights here is that you can choose the flavor of the hot pot broth. You can choose up to two flavors, including spicy, soy milk, and sukiyaki-style broth. The meat is delicious, and there are plenty of vegetable options to enjoy!

Exit from the north exit of Kinshicho Station and head left on Yotsu-me Street. Turn at the third corner and you will find the restaurant straight ahead. Chanko Koto Gume, which is also mentioned here, is located on the first floor. It is recommended to make a reservation as it gets crowded after 6 PM. If you are a couple, it is best to contact them in advance as there are limited couple seats. The shabu-shabu menu offers a choice of 3 types of broth, with 2 broths served in separate sections of the pot. There is also a course menu priced around 3000 yen, which includes all-you-can-eat options. The broths include kombu, curry, and another one that I can't remember. I apologize for forgetting. The food is delicious and the 2-hour time limit for all-you-can-eat is sufficient. Additionally, you will receive a 500 yen discount voucher for your next visit when paying the bill. This is a great deal. If you ever visit Kinshicho, be sure to check out this restaurant. Make a reservation for a date night!

Located in a little side street in Kinshicho, this restaurant offers shabu-shabu in a casual setting, but it's not exactly cheap. The prices are a bit high, but you get decent quality for what you pay. They occasionally make minor changes, like switching up the dipping sauces with the seasons, which keeps things interesting. I recommend the all-you-can-eat option with pork and beef. You can enjoy pork belly, pork loin, and beef to your heart's content.

All-you-can-eat pork shabu-shabu. The broth is made with kombu dashi and sukiyaki. Sukiyaki comes with an egg. The sauces are ponzu and sesame sauce. The sesame sauce is not good, and the ponzu is too sour. I added grated daikon to the ponzu and managed to eat it somehow. The pork was delicious. The rice was a bit dry. I recommend having it as porridge or tamagokake gohan. In the end, we didn't order any side dishes, just kept eating meat and mushrooms. The good points are that the order comes quickly and the service is pleasant. I hope they improve the sauce.
