The staff, elegantly dressed in kimonos, warmly welcome guests. The restaurant offers several private rooms, creating a serene atmosphere that is especially recommended for business meetings and entertaining guests. All dishes are course meals only, with options such as the Blowfish Omakase Course for 25,000 yen (tax included) and the Blowfish Special Course 5-S Class (Seinawa evaluation) using large natural blowfish for 43,000 yen (tax included). The menu for the day included dishes such as Blowfish Milt Grated Soup, Blowfish Skin Boiled, Blowfish Sashimi, Grilled Blowfish Milt, Blowfish Caviar Pizza, Grilled Blowfish, etc. The meal ended with dessert, beer, sake, and other drinks.
