特盛ヒロシ
I visited "Asakusa Imahan Kiraku-tei" on the 7th floor of the main building of Shinjuku Isetan, which offers dishes such as sukiyaki using black-haired Japanese beef female cows, on December 8th. The location is right near Shinjuku-sanchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, Fukutoshin Line, and Toei Shinjuku Line. The restaurant is located in the restaurant area on the 7th floor of Shinjuku Isetan's main building (^-^). The opening hours are from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order at 21:00) for continuous operation. I visited alone around 2 pm on the opening day. There were flowers at the entrance! With the name Imahan, the interior had a luxurious feel (^o^;). There are about 40 seats, including counter and table seats. It was not crowded at this time, as I was seated at a large table for 4 people. The menu includes lunch options until 4 pm. The lunch options are as follows: - Ceramic plate sukiyaki lunch (3850 yen including tax) - Lean steak lunch (3520 yen including tax) - Limited to 10 servings Hamburg lunch (2750 yen including tax) - Roast beef lunch without rice (3960 yen including tax) The dinner menu also includes the above options but at slightly higher prices. On this day, the Hamburg lunch was already sold out, so I debated between the lean steak lunch and the sukiyaki lunch. Ultimately, since Imahan is known for sukiyaki, I ordered the Ceramic plate sukiyaki lunch (3850 yen including tax). The sukiyaki courses range from 6600 yen to 11000 yen. To briefly explain the sukiyaki course, the "Sukiyaki Course [Shirasagi]" for 8800 yen including tax includes appetizer, side dish, top lean sukiyaki, rice, red miso soup, pickles, and dessert, featuring carefully selected black-haired Japanese beef female cows for the sukiyaki. I had to wait for about 10 minutes. The Ceramic plate sukiyaki lunch arrived! It looked quite luxurious! The meal included small dishes, shoulder loin sukiyaki, rice, red miso soup with nameko mushrooms, and pickles. The taste was delicious! I was surprised by the salmon roe in the small dish. I really like salmon roe, so I was happy! It was delicious. The taste was quite rich, unexpected, but rich and mild with eggs, which matched well with the fatty shoulder loin. The vegetables and fluffy fu-fu wheat gluten were also very delicious. The vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, onions, carrots, spring onions, shungiku (edible chrysanthemum), and shiitake mushrooms were delicious with the broth. The white konjac was a personal favorite, matching well with the broth and making the rice very tasty. The service was excellent, as expected from Imahan, and I even had tea three times (^o^;). I'm sorry, thank you very much. Next time, I want to try the Hamburg or lean steak. Thank you for the meal.
