Sometimes, on the train, you may feel a certain smell that makes you think, "I can't sit next to this person." Today, when I washed my face, I realized that the smell was actually coming from my own hands. Could it have been me all along? As I started working, I realized that there are many situations where "time adjustment" is necessary. And every time I need to adjust my time, I also realized that I would go bankrupt if I kept eating proper meals. That's why I ended up at McDonald's today. It's not like every new town I visit will conveniently have an eat-in space at a convenience store. About 15 years since my last visit to McDonald's. The 65 yen hamburger is gone, replaced by more expensive items. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, but I can't imagine spending 800 yen at McDonald's. I searched for a budget-friendly menu item. But what is "Eguchi" anyway? It's quite embarrassing to say "I'll have Eguchi." It's like entering a world where people speak like "Hey, give me that." I didn't even know what kind of burger it was until I searched later and found out it was an Egg Cheeseburger. I took my tray to a less crowded area on the second floor to eat. It's a taste that some people like, right? The strong acidity of the pickles, the sweetness of the ketchup, and the strong saltiness of the patty. The unique greasiness of the cheese. In a good way, or rather, in a way that shouldn't be good, it has a "cheap taste" to it, and since the price is low, it's actually quite good. It's not quite a snack, but in a good way, it's a taste that doesn't really count as a full meal. In that sense, I thought it was perfect for time adjustment eating. It doesn't even make your hands dirty. I want to use places like McDonald's, karaoke boxes, and public facilities wisely to avoid bankruptcy and heatstroke, and adjust my time effectively.

In the midst of pursuing my current obsession with "teriyaki," I was surprised to find that McDonald's introduced the Teriyaki Trio +α (breakfast) set! (I never thought I would end up reviewing McDonald's, but when they come at me with teriyaki, I have to write about it (^ω^)) Do you know about McDonald's secret trick "free extras"? You can get extra ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles, sauce, and tomatoes for free. Unfortunately, extra teriyaki sauce is not included. For the Teriyaki Trio, the extra sauces available are Seven Spice Mayo, Spicy Mayo, and Sweet Lemon. They even have a Shaka Shaka Potato flavor with teriyaki burger taste, but not offering extra teriyaki sauce seems like a missed opportunity. I suggest they release a dip for teriyaki sauce, or even better, a personal teriyaki sauce bottle. Imagine dipping your teriyaki burger in teriyaki sauce while enjoying it. It would be amazing. (I was so focused on the black pepper teriyaki sauce that I didn't realize until I finished eating that there was no bacon in it...) The Teriyaki Chicken Burger has a strong egg flavor that overpowers the teriyaki sauce. The Teriyaki Muffin is deliciously teriyaki-flavored from morning to night. The muffin's chewy texture, the feeling of biting through it in two stages, is a texture I really enjoy. McDonald's, please come up with more innovative menu items!

I went to the McDonald's in Nishi-Hachioji. I have used McDonald's at various locations before, but this time I was curious about the rice burgers that came out, so I went to buy them. This time, I ordered the Rice Lettuce Burger, the Tonkatsu Tsukimi Burger, and 5 pieces of Chicken Nuggets with barbecue sauce, cola, and fries. The rice burger is quite delicious, and although it is available at other stores, rice instead of bread works well. It's one of my favorites. I will definitely go back to buy it again. Thank you for the meal.

There is a McDonald's located on the north side of Nishi-Hachioji Station. Although there are many restaurants in the area around the station, the options are not that plentiful. However, McDonald's can be found in any area, providing a sense of security and consistency. I purchased the limited-time triangle chocolate pie cookie & cream. Originally priced at 150 yen including tax, I used a coupon from the official app to get a 10 yen discount. The pie was not too hot as it seemed to be pre-made, making it easy to eat. The surface of the dough was crispy, with a slightly chewy texture as well. Inside, there was cookie & cream filling, but not too much cream so the sweetness did not linger. There was a slight oily residue from the dough in the mouth. Occasionally, there was a crunchy texture from the cookie. Overall, it was pretty tasty.

I missed the bus while waiting for it. The service is slow because there are only two people working. It took a long time, even for a regular McDonald's. I do not recommend waiting for the bus.

In Hachioji, there is no McDonald's near the station (although there is one in Keio Hachioji Station building), so many people use the McDonald's near Nishi-Hachioji Station North Exit. It's a pretty close walk from the ticket gate to the store. During the premium coffee sampling period, I bought a sausage muffin and got the coffee for free. It's great that the receipt mentions the sampling coffee. Many people use McDonald's during breakfast hours, and it seems like everyone is eating sausage muffins haha. It's cost-effective at 100 yen, cheaper than convenience store bread, and it's nice to have something warm to eat (it's different from warming something in the microwave).

No matter where you go, the taste can be different. Even at McDonald's, there are places with delicious food and places with not-so-tasty food. Some places serve food that is cold even though it's supposed to be freshly made. However, this place had muffins that were nicely baked and cheese that was melted perfectly, it was very delicious. It was much better than getting a random dish. Thank you to the hardworking staff and thank you for the meal.

On a certain Sunday morning in October 2017, I visited this McDonald's alone. This McDonald's is located right in front of the north exit of JR Chuo Line Nishi-Hachioji Station. You go down the stairs and it's just a short walk away. You order on the first floor and eat in the seating area on the second floor. The seating capacity is said to be 100 seats. My goal this time was to have breakfast at McDonald's. I decided to go for the value set, choosing the "Chicken Crisp Muffin Combo" with a side of "Hash Brown". According to the McDonald's website, the chicken in the Chicken Crisp Muffin is from Thailand. The main ingredient in the Hash Brown is potatoes from the United States, and the final processing country is also the United States. It's interesting to see how McDonald's breakfast connects us to different parts of the world.

This is the McDonald's Nishi-Hachioji store. While driving on Route 20, I happened to see this store, so I decided to stop by and try it out (through the drive-thru). Today, I had breakfast before hiking as usual. It was quick as always. I got the McGriddles Sausage and Chicken Crisps for a total of 260 yen. I'm eating while driving, but when I got near Mount Takao, I was surprised! There was a huge traffic jam from the highway exit. It's probably because it's the peak of the autumn leaves season on a Sunday, so it can't be helped (laughs). It was a good thing I stopped! Thank you for the meal.

The season for moon-viewing has come again, so I went to McDonald's to eat the Moon-Viewing Burger! The store is located near JR Nishi-Hachioji Station North Exit, along the sidewalk where bus stops line up. There is a counter on the first floor with 5 counter seats and 6 table seats, totaling 11 seats. The second floor has a large seating area with 120 seats. It used to be a smoking area, but now it is completely smoke-free, which is great for non-smokers like me. It's convenient being so close to the station, open 24 hours on the first floor, so you can stay there until the first train even if you miss the last train. Now, about the Moon-Viewing Burger. It's one of my top 3 favorite burgers at McDonald's (laughs). Eating it freshly made at the store really brings out the fluffy texture of the buns. It's a shame there's no parking in Hachioji, but for high school students around Nishi-Hachioji Station, it seems to be a great oasis.

McDonald's used to be a more decent place. Upon visiting after a long time, the store looked dirty, the equipment was old, and the staff only spoke from a script, seeming to only focus on putting customers on the conveyor belt. Above all, there were no smiles like before. I could feel the low motivation. The taste is the same nationwide so there's no comparison, but when I ordered a "cheese-less chicken burger," they surprisingly made it without any issues, which was a small plus. I hope to see a more customer-oriented sales strategy in the future.

Located just a 1-minute walk from the north exit of JR Nishi-Hachioji Station, this restaurant has seating available on the 1st and 2nd floors. On the 2nd floor, there are non-smoking and smoking sections, as well as counter seats by the window. The spacious layout allows for a relaxing dining experience, catering to a wide range of customers from children to the elderly.

After returning from Izu, my daughter had a fever of 39 degrees since the night before... We had to go to a clinic in Nishi-Hachioji as it was a holiday. The clinic was crowded, but the result was that it was just a cold, not the flu or COVID-19. For dinner, we got McDonald's takeout at the station. My daughter and I had the Tsukimi Burger with beef and a Big Mac. The Tsukimi Burger tasted different from last time, I wonder if the last time was a mistake... My daughter tried the new Puri Puri Ebi Filet-O.

In the scorching heat of Hachioji during the day, starting with parent-child futsal in the morning and then my son's soccer team in the afternoon. A full day of soccer, sweating a lot, and then replenishing with salt! The saltiness of McDonald's Tadabuchi Koichi 22, aka Dubuchi, is irresistible!

Today, I'm going to Musashi-Itsukaichi alone for some river play. But before that, I need to fill my stomach. However, lately, I've been eating too many Sausage Egg McMuffins at McDonald's, also known as Shane Mac in the fast food world, and I'm starting to get a little tired of them... Oh well...

Today's takeout battle features the famous player, Koichi Tabuchi (Dabuchi), who has teamed up with the world-renowned fermented food from my hometown, Ibaraki Prefecture - natto. When I used to play as a pitcher in Little League, if I gave up a hit, my coach would always taunt me by asking if I had eaten natto for breakfast. I was raised to believe that eating natto makes you resilient! While Tabuchi enjoys natto in a normal way, the battery of Tabuchi and Natto pitcher is simply the best!

The other day, I visited the famous McDonald's West Hachioji store, located a 2-minute walk from JR Chuo Line West Hachioji Station. This McDonald's is known as the Shane Mack 12 of the fast-food world and is highly regarded for its quality. Shane Mack 12, also known as Shane Lee Mack, is a former baseball player from Los Angeles, California. He played in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics and won a silver medal. After playing in the MLB, he joined the Yomiuri Giants in Japan in 1995. He was known for his speed, hitting ability, and solid defense. Despite his high salary, he left the team after two years. In addition to enjoying the Sausage Egg McMuffin, my family also loves the McDonald's breakfast menu. My favorite is the Sausage Egg McMuffin, and my son enjoys the Fried Potato and Chicken Nugget players.

This day's morning practice featured a takeout match! The starting lineup had no player better than the Sausage Egg McMuffin player!
