▪️Shop Name: Authentic Casual Yakiniku Iidaya
This is a high-quality yakiniku restaurant for the general public, run by former President Yuuki Iida of the company LIVER! It is a relatively new establishment that opened in April 2023. We used it for a drinking party this time, with a large group, so the content is as much as I can remember. Here are some of the items we ordered:
◯ Liver: The clean, deep crimson liver has no off-flavors and melts on the tongue with the umami of lean meat and a clean mineral-like mineral sensation.
◯ Special Fresh Tongue with Salt: Provided without ever being frozen from the distribution stage, it has a lively texture and the taste of the tongue is conveyed directly to the palate.
◯ Premium Kalbi: Juicy is the word! The lean and fatty parts melt together on the tongue.
◯ Premium Harami: Thick, tender, with a burst of sweet fatty flavor and richness that is irresistible.
◯ Kobukuro Sashimi: When there is no off-flavor in kobukuro, it is said that all ingredients are managed, but since there was no off-flavor, we can be sure of the safety! The crispy and unique texture is addictive.
◯ Seared Kalbi: The kalbi, which is quickly cooked, releases a fragrant aroma as the fat melts, and dipping it in egg is an exquisite experience.
◯ Motsu Shabu: We were served a three-type assortment. Shima-cho (beef large intestine), Kop-chan (beef small intestine), and Geara (beef fourth stomach) were each shabu-shabu for about 2 and a half minutes. Shima-cho was thought to melt in the mouth, but the umami of the part that did not melt completely came later. Kop-chan and Geara were each thick, and the flavorful taste that emerged with each bite was enjoyable.
◯ Cold Noodles: A refreshing end with cold noodles! Instead of using beef bone as usual, Iidaya serves it with a clear seafood broth soup. The dense umami of the seafood is tightly packed in the soup, and the slightly elastic, smooth noodles entwine for a refreshing throat sensation. It's delicious! The freshness of the ingredients was so wonderful that we enjoyed delicious yakiniku! Regarding the menu, they are constantly improving, and they are always trying out something new every month, which impressed me with their commitment to improvement. Despite using high-quality ingredients, costs are kept quite low, so I plan to add this yakiniku restaurant to my regular list of places to go. (It's amazing that they're open until 5 am) We had a very delicious meal! Thank you!
