Youtuber familiar in the industry, Mr. Yuuki Iida (known for being close with top Youtubers like Hikaru and Re:member, often appearing in their videos) opened a restaurant in Dogenzaka. There is a private room in the back, and on this day, there was a famous Youtuber acquaintance of Iida present. First, we tried the special beef tongue. We ordered two portions thinking it might be a small amount, but a decent number of slices came out, and we immediately felt the cost performance was good. It was just the right amount for two people to share one portion. The motsu shabu, which was recommended by Iida, was incredibly delicious. It will likely become the signature dish of this restaurant. The misuji, special harami, and fillet were all so tasty. You wouldn't be able to eat these at a high-end restaurant for this price. The Hormone Mix was also affordable, allowing us to enjoy various cuts that were all delicious. The rice was also delicious. There was clay pot rice available, but even the regular rice was tasty. The cold noodles were almost the same taste as the top-rated Akasaka Raimon's cold noodles on Tabelog, so it was perfect. When it came time to pay the bill, we were pleasantly surprised by how much lower it was than expected, giving us a great deal of value for money. This makes me want to come back again; it's much better than Gyu Miyagi. As it is a smoky restaurant, be prepared for the smell to stick to your clothes.

Late at night, I was searching for delicious cold noodles and heard about a hormone restaurant near the SK Hotel in Shibuya that is open until 5 am. It was around 3:30 am, and I was the only customer besides a woman. The Tan-shio (tongue salt) and cold noodles were simply delicious, and I almost didn't want to tell anyone about it because it was so good. The staff at the restaurant were also very friendly, and I will definitely be visiting again.

Iida-ya, a genuine popular yakiniku restaurant in Shibuya, opened in April 2023. It is run by former Iida Corporation President Iida, and the restaurant is a hidden gem a little away from Shibuya station. They particularly focus on hormone dishes, sourcing fresh ingredients every morning from Shibaura. I ordered the Senmai (beef intestine) and Hatsu (beef heart) sashimi as appetizers, and they were perfectly seasoned without any unpleasant smell. Their signature dish, the special salted beef tongue, is sourced without freezing, and the seasoning was just right. My personal favorite was the motsu shabu, where you can enjoy different textures from the large intestine, small intestine, and gizzards. This dish is a must-try. Perhaps because it's a bit away from the station or not yet well-known, it was possible to make a same-day reservation. I went to Iidaya in Shibuya and had delicious yakiniku at a great cost performance! The owner is Mr. Iida, the former chairman of the famous company Liva. They have the strongest hormone, sourced fresh every morning from the Shibaura market. The thick-cut raw tongue with salt was amazing! I wanted to visit Iidaya restaurant♡ The interior is a cozy space that can accommodate around 30 people, perfect for a lively gathering!✨ This time, we visited with a large group. Personally, I thought all the dishes here were delicious!! First, the liver was thickly cut and fresh, with a fantastic combination of sesame oil and salt☺️ The kimchi was sweet with a rich umami flavor! The beef tongue was thickly sliced and paired perfectly with lemon! Also, the thinly sliced beef skirt is dipped in beaten egg and quickly seared on the hot plate. It's so fresh that it melts in your mouth and is absolutely amazing! The cold noodles at the end had a good chewiness with a soup that had a hint of vinegar and a refreshing yuzu aroma, making it very tasty! Also, dipping the hormone in the dashi for 2 minutes and then adding sauce was a new and refreshing way to eat it! I made a reservation thinking that there would be a lot of customers at the yakiniku restaurant in Shibuya, but when I arrived, there wasn't a single group. I had a bad feeling at that point. After eating, I realized it was disappointing. I don't think I will go there again. No customers came in until I left.

It's truly impressive that a charismatic business owner in Fukui is involved in the production, seasoning, meat cutting, cost performance, customer service, and atmosphere of the restaurant, making it top-notch in every aspect. I've visited most of the renowned restaurants in Tokyo, and personally, I think this restaurant can compete for the top spot in terms of cost performance and taste. Although it's currently possible to make reservations as they just opened, it's highly likely that by next year, it will be nearly impossible to secure a reservation. Whether you're a meat lover or not, this is a must-visit restaurant.

The seasoning was good. - Filet mignon: Not bad for the price, comes in 4 pieces but could use a bit more flavor. - Toro Hatsu Aburi: Toro and Hatsu. The seasoning is a bit weak, either miso or salt. - Hormone MIX: The seasoning for the hormone was good, quality was good too. Miso or salt. - Upper liver: Thinly sliced and in good condition. Goes well with sesame oil. - Sirloin: The condition is good, but a bit tough. Needs more seasoning. - Special selected Misuji: This was a disappointment. Despite being a special selection and thickly sliced, it was quite fatty and tasted more like Kalbi. Among Misuji, it ranks low. Seasoning... - Motsu shabu: Came first in order. Initially surprising, but makes sense as it monopolizes the grill with its broth. Taste was as expected. The soup is served as motsu soup later, but lacks punch. Run by the multi-talented Iida Yukki, this place offers a variety of delicious dishes. Start off with the Kimchi and Namul assortments, then move on to the sashimi dishes like heart and intestine. The specially selected salted tongue for grilling is a must-try, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. The special harami and loin cuts are also delicious. Don't miss out on the restaurant's specialty, the motsu shabu-shabu, where you cook hormone in broth and dip it in a special ponzu sauce. Lastly, try the cold noodles with flavorful broth for a satisfying finish to your meal. Enjoy!

It was delicious, the meat was thick and tender, which was great! I have a feeling that this place will become popular, so I recommend making a reservation before going. I think there is a deliciousness that exceeds the price. If you want to use a private room, there is only one available, so I think it's better to make a reservation early.
