▪️Shop Name: [202 Curry Do]▪️Rating: 3.50 on Tabelog (as of September 2023)This restaurant, known for its delicious soup curry and gluten-free desserts, is run by the owner who commutes from Sapporo, the birthplace of soup curry. I had been wanting to try their pudding for a while, but timing never seemed to work out. However, this time there was a new item on the menu that caught my eye, so I made a forced visit. I arrived just before 11 am on a weekday, and the restaurant was more than half empty, so I was able to get a seat right away!・What I ordered◯ Whole Pumpkin Pudding 1500 yen◯ Gold Blue Coffee 580 yenThe modern casual interior of the restaurant, with a clean feel, has 26 seats including counter and tables. The pumpkin pudding arrived in about 5 minutes. It was really a whole pumpkin! A Hokkaido boy pumpkin the size of a palm, filled with pumpkin pudding and cream, topped with pumpkin Mont Blanc, and on the plate there was cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews, walnuts, and maple syrup on the side. The pudding was creamy and smooth! The Mont Blanc on top had a smooth texture with a natural sweetness. It was also delicious with added sweetness from the maple syrup, and you could add flavor accents with the nuts and cinnamon on the plate! The pumpkin was baked in the oven, and the staff also explained, "You can eat everything except the lid!" It was easier to eat, rich in nutrients, and said to have a beautifying effect (I looked it up on the internet), so they recommend eating everything except the lid. I realized later on, but I think it's a well-balanced way to eat this pumpkin pudding by cutting it with a knife and eating it including the outer part together. ...At first, I was so focused on just the inside. I laughed and thought, if I just leave the outer part, it looks like I don't like pumpkin! So, in the end, I ended up eating only the outer part, and I really, really, ate the pumpkin as it is. I finished it all, okay? I don't recommend this way of eating to everyone, so please refer to other people's posts for how to eat it! Also, other desserts and curries look delicious too! I will visit again! Thank you for the meal!✂︎┈┈┈┈┈Shop Information┈┈┈┈┈▪️Location2F Highland, 5-34-21 Daeda, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo▪️Nearest StationAbout 2 minutes walk from Shimo-Kitazawa Station▪️Business Hours[Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun] 9:00-20:00 (L.O. 19:30)▪️Closed on Wednesdays✂︎┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ===========
