Today I visited Kumaru, which opened on August 28th, in Okachimachi. It was close to 10 pm when I arrived, but the restaurant was about 80% full with customers. The counter seats were all taken, so I was seated at a table by myself. I was grateful for the kind seating arrangement. I started with an Asahi Super Dry bottled beer, which was very refreshing. The appetizer was grated daikon radish, which was a nice surprise as I was looking at the menu to decide what to order. I enjoyed it with my beer. I then ordered a shochu highball, and ended up having a total of 3 drinks because the food was so delicious. The last order was at 10:30 pm, so I didn't have much time, but I still had a great time by myself. I look forward to trying the Kobukuro sashimi next time, as I heard they prioritize freshness and may run out. I will come back again. Thank you for the meal!

The taste is great, and the service is very polite. It's much better than going to a yakiniku restaurant because you can enjoy small portions of delicious meat. Although it just opened, I look forward to seeing how the restaurant will develop in the future.
