There is a small shop located a little down on the left side after the intersection of Imoizaka and Udonzaka. I ordered the combo set of harami and hamburger for 1980 yen, with the option to refill rice for 450 yen, including miso soup and salad. The set comes with steak sauce, hamburger sauce, soy sauce, wasabi, and garlic salt for you to customize the flavor. The meat is made from Kagoshima Wagyu beef, which is sweet and flavorful due to its marbling. Despite not using any fillers, the hamburger had a tender texture. The harami meat was also tender and delicious. You can refill rice, and at the end, you can ask the staff to add solid fuel to make garlic rice on the plate. Mixing the remaining hamburger and meat with the garlic rice creates a tasty dish. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch where you can enjoy various flavors.

The restaurant has counter seats and table seats. As the name suggests, the Hamburg steak was filled with plenty of juices. The 100% domestic beef Hamburg steak was seasoned perfectly with table condiments. I recommend trying it with wasabi. You can also get free refills of rice! Up to this point, it's not much different from other Hamburg steak restaurants, but the important part comes at the end! At the end, you can make garlic rice with the leftover meat and juices. Don't forget the garlic chips and salt. Being able to enjoy a flavor change until the end is unique to this restaurant among the many Hamburg steak places, isn't it? I love meat, but I have never had a hamburger that melts in your mouth like this before. The delicious craft beer and friendly staff make me want to come back again. The harami steak was incredibly tender, and the more I chewed, the more delicious it became. I couldn't stop chewing because it was so good. Everything I eat here is always delicious.

I went down Roppongi and Imosaka to "Fukuyoshi". I opened the door on the second floor of the building, and entered a chic interior that I liked. I was seated at the counter and placed my order. ✔︎ Hamburger & Steak Combo (1,958 yen) ✔︎ Rice (220 yen) The food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The hamburger and steak were cooked rare, and I could cook them to my liking on the solid fuel iron plate. First, I tried the signature hamburger. It was soft and easy to cut with chopsticks. Made from 100% beef, it had a mild and delicious taste that anyone would enjoy. It paired well with the hamburger sauce. Next, I tried the harami steak. It was quite rare, but I decided to go for it. The flavor, tenderness, and thickness of the meat were excellent. It paired perfectly with the soy sauce-based steak sauce. While it was still good when cooked a bit more, I think it's best enjoyed at a medium-rare level. Lastly, I had the garlic rice. I cooked the rice on the iron plate and seasoned it with garlic salt. Adding extra garlic salt was no problem, and finishing it off with hamburger sauce made for a delicious garlic rice. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, so when the owner (or master?) told me that many customers say it's tastier than they expected, I was pleasantly surprised. Did it show on my face? Enjoy a melty hamburger at "Torokeru Hamburger Fukuyoshi Roppongi Branch" in Minato-ku, Roppongi, Tokyo. The nearest station is Roppongi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. It's about a 5-minute walk from exit 3. I visited during lunchtime. After ordering, it took about 12 minutes for the melty hamburger (L) set with rice, salad, and miso soup to arrive. On the hot plate, there's a 250g 100% domestic beef hamburger. The side dishes include green beans and mashed potatoes. Additionally, there's rice, miso soup, and salad. Let's dig in! The 100% domestic beef mince meat, without any fillers, has a smooth and moist texture, though not exactly "melty." It's enjoyable on its own, but also pairs well with soy sauce or wasabi salt! So, I activated the ultimate white rice marriage! I finished it all in one go. Despite recommending to eat it with rice, there's no menu item that includes both, which is a bit disappointing. I went to the restaurant that won first place in the King's Brunch 2016 Gourmet Awards Tokyo Metro Gourmet Ranking and the Sagamihara Specialty Dish Championship S-1 Grand Prix. They are known for their melting hamburg steak. The salad seemed a bit cheap, but the hamburg steak was delicious and melting in your mouth. The taste was just right, and you can enjoy it with various sauces on the table. I ordered the cheese topping, but they forgot it. However, the hamburg steak was still delicious even without the cheese. I will come back next time to try it with the cheese topping.

I was looking for a place to have lunch near Roppongi Station when I saw a delicious-looking sign and decided to go in. I sat at the counter and ordered a combo of a 150g hamburger and a 100g harami steak. The food arrived in about 5 minutes, and the teppan grill was still heating up. Gradually, I could hear the sizzling sound. The hamburger was made with 100% beef, no fillers, and was roughly ground, giving it a wild taste with plenty of meat juice and fat bursting out. The harami steak was served rare and was very tender with a lot of flavor. Although it was a bit pricey, I enjoyed a satisfying lunch with plenty of delicious meat.

My son's hamburg steak was cooked well-done for kids, but it was still juicy and delicious with the cheese on top. I look forward to trying the original rare hamburg steak next time.

I tried the 150g melting hamburger (1,320 yen). It is made without any fillers, and served rare after being cooked for just 1 minute, allowing you to finish cooking it on the hot plate yourself. You can also make garlic rice by frying rice on the hot plate and adding garlic powder at the end. The meat is tender and delicious, but as warned by the staff, it does splatter oil, so they provide paper aprons. It was a bit scary when the oil splattered on my eyelids, so I think I would prefer having it cooked for me. In the latter half of January on a weekday at 11:40, I went to a restaurant by myself and paid with a credit card. I was craving hamburger, so I went during my lunch break at work. It was not crowded, with only two other customers who came later. I was able to enjoy my meal leisurely. I ordered the 150g juicy hamburger that you cook on a hot iron plate yourself. The texture was unique, somewhere between "soft" and "chewy." It was delicious! The meat was so juicy that you could eat it without sauce. The sauce options were hamburger sauce, garlic salt, and wasabi. I also enjoyed mixing the leftover meat with garlic rice at the end. It was a great meal for just around 1,200 yen. I definitely want to go back again.
