From July 26, 2023, the "Hawaiian Burgers" event is being held for a limited time. I decided to try the new item, the Crunchy Potato & Beef Creamy Jalapeño Burger for 530 yen. It consists of beef patty, potato patty, Hawaiian barbecue sauce, sliced cheese, and a jalapeño mayo sauce with avocado. The buns are topped with powdered cheese. The jalapeño mayo sauce balances out the sweetness of the potato well. The spiciness of the jalapeño adds depth to the burger's flavor, making it delicious.

Soft Twist Potato There was a long line of 5-6 people, but only one register was open, so we had to wait quite a while. Even after ordering, it took nearly 5 minutes for the Soft Twist Potato to be ready. And to top it off, the corn was broken and had to be remade. As a result, the potato was soggy and overall quite disappointing.

I don't really like muffins, but in the morning there's only muffins available. I found a cheap Chicken Crisp Muffin combo with coffee for 210 yen. Surprisingly, it was delicious. Unlike burgers where the lettuce is finely chopped and falls everywhere making it hard to eat, the muffin had big lettuce leaves which made it easy to eat. The muffin itself was tasty too. I think this might be a good breakfast option for 210 yen. It was a Sunday that made me feel like I got a good deal.

I ordered a hot coffee, but couldn't decide between cola and hot coffee, so I ended up just getting an iced coffee. Lately, I've been having dinner at McDonald's once a week. This week is already my second visit. My go-to order is a single hamburger and cola. When I'm still hungry, I add a Chicken Crisp for a total of 320 yen. It's really cheap. I wonder if McDonald's could offer a set meal for 290 yen. Please consider it. I will be visiting three times a week to cover my drinking expenses.

Late night McDonald's. Doubling the patty and the Potenage series offer good value for money.

Soft Twist =========== This restaurant offers a unique twist on traditional dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes.

I had never tried anything other than the regular menu, so I wanted to try a limited-time menu item. All hamburger chains are experimenting with burgers for adults. I don't go out for burgers often, but I do enjoy them. This time, when I ordered a burger, there was a promotion where I would receive a free burger coupon on January 21-22, 2012. I ordered the Grand Canyon Burger set for 740 yen. The fries were large and the coffee came in a big cup. This is Big America! The buns were indeed large and different from the usual ones. I was happy to see a fried egg in the burger, as I missed out on the Moon-viewing Burger last year. The cheddar cheese was very yellow. As I ate, I noticed a sauce at the bottom - soy sauce? No, it was more like barbecue sauce. It took longer to eat than a regular burger. The patty that spilled out of the bun can only be eaten at this time of year. It was delicious without a doubt. Currently, I have tried the Grand Canyon Burger, and next up are the Las Vegas Burger, Broadway Burger, and Beverly Hills Burger. But I have to watch my calorie intake, so this may be my last one.

The hot coffee here is cheap, starting at 140 yen for a small size. I signed up as a member and use coupons to get an even better deal. It's convenient to grab coffee here, especially in the early morning since it's close to the station. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but for the price, it's pretty good. I find it more satisfying to pay a little over 100 yen for coffee here than for canned coffee. As I'm getting older, I find it hard to eat a full burger, so I often come here and just have a cheap coffee instead. It's nice that I can easily use this place like a cafe without feeling pressured to buy a burger.

It is the closest to the JR station, making it excellent for attracting customers. It is generally crowded, so be prepared to wait in line. The first floor has a calm layout and color scheme, suitable for solo dining. There are open-air seats available, although there is no view. The second floor is spacious but feels like a hangout spot, so I avoided it. (I remember they used to hold events with Donald Duck). I pointed out the lack of attention to detail during checkout, but it hasn't improved. Therefore, I try to use the South Exit store or the store inside Ito-Yokado as much as possible. It's disappointing that there is almost no space for parking bicycles.

At McDonald's, they are currently selling the autumn tradition Moon-Viewing Burger. Every year, they add new variations, and this year they have added the Moon-Viewing McShake. It has a taste of Japanese brown sugar and kinako (roasted soybean flour), but it looks more like custard or milkshake. It has a delicate flavor for McDonald's, but to be honest, I couldn't really taste the goodness of the Japanese brown sugar. Just wanted to share this with you...
