The day of Ugly is approaching and last time I had eel rice bowl, so this time I had eel and beef. Of course, I ordered the sukiyaki set. I felt like there was a little less beef this time. The Kachikachi Theater was the same as last time, showing "Robo Dad." I was disappointed that it was the same as before.

I went to Sukiya a little early for Ushi no Hi and had an una-don. It may not be the same as a specialty store, but I thought it was good to be able to eat una-don at a low price. The toy from the Suki Suki Set, Crayon Shin-chan's Kachikachi Theater, was the popular "Gachinko! Gyakushuu no Robo to-chan" among Crayon Shin-chan fans.

I heard that Sukiya started offering shaved ice, so I came to try it out. I ordered the Uji Kanjimilk shaved ice (330 yen). The matcha syrup was served separately with a plastic spoon. It seems like they mainly do takeout orders. The shaved ice probably isn't made in the store but delivered in this state. The texture is similar to shaved ice sold in supermarkets. The redeeming quality is the strong matcha flavor in the syrup. I can only hope for the return of Sunmark's shaved ice.

I ate taco rice twice at Sukiya, so this time I tried something different - Beef Ai Garlic Taco Rice (Suki Suki Set). Beef and taco rice go well together. It was a bit more expensive than regular taco rice (because it was part of the Suki Suki Set), but it was delicious. The Crayon Shin-chan Ka-Ching Theater in this Suki Suki Set was "Mystery Meiki! Flower of Tenkasu Academy"!

Asakusa has many gourmet spots, so when I go there for lunch, I always have trouble deciding what to eat. I've used this shop a few times before! I wanted to eat curry that day, but when I searched on Tabelog, I couldn't find any standout curry places, so I thought about just getting curry from Sukiya. However, when I walked past the shop, I saw a sign for taco rice and immediately went in. I love taco rice so much that I even buy the ingredients and make it myself (lol), but I hadn't made it in a while, so I was excited to eat it again. It turns out that the day I went was the first day they started serving taco rice, so it was a lucky coincidence. Later, I found out that the toy in the Suki Suki Set had changed this month to a new Crayon Shin-chan toy. I love Crayon Shin-chan, and whenever the Suki Suki Set toy is Crayon Shin-chan, I always order it, so I was disappointed to find out later (cry). Next time I come, I'm definitely ordering the Suki Suki Set!!

Today, I suddenly felt like eating gyudon, so I stopped by "Sukiya Asakusa Rokku Store". I haven't been eating much fish lately, so I ordered the salmon set with meat topping, but it turns out the meat was already included, haha. I'm not a fan of salty food, so I made a mistake by putting a little soy sauce on the salmon. I learned how to eat it properly, so I think I'll be fine next time. The staff seemed a bit grumpy from the morning, which was a bit off-putting. Thank you for the meal.

Located in the heart of Asakusa, this restaurant is situated in a popular area filled with many dining options. As it was New Year's Day, most places were crowded, but this chain restaurant came to the rescue. I arrived just before 7 am for breakfast and found the place quite busy. I sat at the counter and placed my order using the touch panel. I opted for the Salmon Deluxe set meal and a beer. The set meal included salmon, beef side dish, miso soup, simmered hijiki seaweed, nori seaweed, and egg – truly deluxe. I mixed the beef side dish with rice, sprinkled some shichimi spice, and topped it with a raw egg. It was delicious, just like a beef bowl. I decided to savor it slowly while enjoying my beer. I ate the salmon, drank my beer, ate the beef bowl, then drank more beer. The hijiki and nori added a nice touch. After finishing the side dishes, I realized I had eaten too much for breakfast.

Looking for dinner, I wandered over to the sixth district. Lately, I've been relying on chain restaurants. Today, I went to Sukiya, a branch of Yoshinoya. I ordered a regular beef bowl, salad, and miso soup for 630 yen. I personally like the French dressing here as it has a hint of lemon flavor. I'm starting to notice the unique characteristics of each beef bowl chain. Thanks for the meal again today.

Yesterday's lunch was at "Sukiya" (Asakusa branch). Asakusa is known for having a variety of delicious foods, but I chose to go to a chain restaurant because there was something specific I wanted to eat. That was this (photo). It's a combination of gyudon (beef bowl) and una-don (eel bowl)!! The price is ¥890 for just the dish. Well, the taste was as expected, pretty average, but it was my first time trying it, and I was satisfied with the content and richness. Especially when you're hungry, it's a very satisfying meal. I think it's a menu item at Sukiya that you should try at least once.

I was wandering around trying to decide what to have for dinner and ended up in Asakusa Rokku. I decided to have a beef bowl after a long time. It seems they have touch panel ordering now. I ordered a regular beef bowl for 350 yen and miso soup for 190 yen. The restaurant was filled with Vietnamese chatter, no Japanese customers in sight. When the food arrived, I added plenty of natural red pickled ginger and extra shichimi pepper. I quickly finished my meal and left. I happened to run into Hayashiya Pei at the Asakusa Engei Hall, not sure if it was good luck or bad luck. I can't wait to go home, take a bath, and go to bed.

I ordered takeout during this time. There are no customers inside the restaurant. I was recommended to use alcohol spray before ordering. Whether eating in or taking out, the food is consistently delicious. This time, I ordered a regular beef bowl, highball mayo, and miso soup. I also bought a 50 yen coffee.

I had una-don at Sukiya in Asakusa again. Lately, there are many foreign tourists visiting, so there is a lot of turnover. The spinning top game was won by Bo-chan.

Cheese gyudon! It was delicious with lots of Tabasco added! The takana mentaiko was also delicious! So fun to have lots of toppings!

Order: Beef and egg breakfast set for 350 yen with a mini rice substitution (-30 yen) and miso soup substitution for 100 yen. Food and drink review: Beef side dish: Sweet flavor, surprisingly enjoyable. Seasoned seaweed, raw egg: Nothing particularly noteworthy, just delicious. Miso soup: Not a lot of ingredients, but the taste is decent. The daikon has a slightly frozen texture, which is a downside. Rice: Not particularly tasty, but the cost performance is high. Ambiance and service evaluation: A typical Yoshinoya. Likelihood of revisiting: Considering the high cost performance, I would like to revisit.

Today's lunch was the Fire Charcoal Grilled Chicken Curry from Sukiya. The meat was tender and easily fell apart with a spoon because it was cooked thoroughly. The red color indicated that it was quite spicy, but it was delicious.

I use it late at night. I look forward to Sukiya because new menu items come out one after another.
