As of my visit on March 28, it was a small gathering of crab lovers. The venue was a newly opened restaurant located in a building right next to Shinjuku Station, with a view of the night scenery from a private space. We opted for the 10,000 yen crab course, which started with sake as an aperitif, followed by crab chawanmushi and crab salad. The highlight was the sashimi platter with fresh crab and uni in the center, which got everyone excited. We then enjoyed crab hot pot and crab shabu-shabu, with the crab in the hot pot being a bit tough after cooking but the shabu-shabu being soft and easy to eat. The tempura and grilled taraba crab were also delicious, with the grilled crab being the standout dish. We ended the meal with crab rice porridge and dessert, feeling satisfied and happy with the delicious crab dishes. Overall, it was a great dining experience for crab lovers like us.

I visited this restaurant after the annual international jewelry exhibition. I was craving crab, so I searched around and decided on this place. I booked the Special Crab Course Plan - featuring Zuwai Crab Hot Pot, 3 kinds of fresh sashimi, and a total of 8 crab dishes for 6600 yen (originally 7100 yen). The course included: Appetizer: Steamed Crab Custard, Salad: Crab Miso and Flaked Meat Salad, Sashimi: 3 kinds of fresh fish, Hot Pot: Zuwai Crab Hot Pot, Fried Dish: Tempura (Crab Claw, Shrimp, Seasonal Vegetables), Specialty Dish: Creative Grilled Crab, Meal: Crab Zosui, Dessert: Today's Sweet. I didn't notice when booking, but there was a note saying that on Fridays, Saturdays, and the day before holidays, the price is an additional 550 yen due to fluctuating discount rates. So, the total came to 7865 yen. The seating was separated by curtains, giving a slightly private feel. However, the service was lacking, and it was difficult to get the attention of the staff. The portion size of the steamed crab custard was small, more like a sake cup. The crab itself was okay, similar to the cheaper Zuwai Crab you can find at supermarkets. I had to order extra hot pot twice, but the broth was too strong in flavor, masking the taste of the crab. The prices displayed are before tax, and despite the poor service, a 10% service charge is added, making it more expensive than expected. Be cautious of this when dining here.

Cost performance was good! The crab course for less than 4000 yen is cheap. It wasn't packed to the brim, but it was just enough to make you feel full. It was nice to have a private room, but you could hear the conversation from the next room. It would be even better if they could leave one room empty if possible on days when they have availability. It was a bit tough that all seats were smoking. It would be appreciated if they could have some non-smoking sections. If I feel like eating crab at a reasonable price again, I might consider coming back.

I went to have dinner in Shinjuku and used the restaurant called "Kani Ryori Shika". It is located on the 4th floor of a building right in front of Shinjuku Station East Exit. It is very easy to find, making it a good choice for gatherings like drinking parties. We started with a toast with Asahi Extra Cold beer. The calm atmosphere inside the restaurant was impressive. We ordered a colorful seafood and crab salad, a sashimi platter with 5 types of fish, grilled crab, and crab hot pot. As expected from a crab cuisine specialty restaurant, everything was delicious. The hot pot was so filling with plenty of crab meat packed inside. Every dish was of high quality and we couldn't stop eating. I highly recommend the grilled crab, it could be their specialty. Besides the crab, the other seafood was also amazing, making it worth a visit. We ordered a la carte, but it seems like booking a course menu would also be a good idea. Most of the seats were probably private rooms, allowing us to enjoy our meal quietly. I am very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

I am a hard-working salesperson who fights every day, and for me, the night is a precious moment that connects to tomorrow. This time, I was taken to an entertaining dinner with clients in Shinjuku. The restaurant we went to was "Kani Ryori Shikasu Shinjuku Honten." It's all about crab - which gets me excited! First, I started with an extra cold beer, perfectly chilled and refreshing. It helps me relax after a long day. But the second beer is even better! Then the dishes started coming out - starting with crab miso, with plenty of crab meat. Eating crab miso while sipping on sake is something I enjoy. The sake is rich and goes well with the crab. Next, a sashimi platter with Kanpachi, Akami, Aji, Tai, and live Zuwai crab. The live Zuwai crab is soft, tender, and sweet - perfect for pairing with sake. I switched from beer to chilled sake - Dassai Junmai Daiginjo. It's fruity, refreshing, and goes down smoothly. Perfect with sashimi! Then came the crab hot pot. Even when it's warm outside, a crab hot pot is a whole different experience. The large Zuwai crab is a luxurious treat. The grilled Taraba crab is incredibly thick and delicious. The thick crab meat on top of the grilled egg is a refined and elegant dish. I thoroughly enjoyed the crab dishes and had a truly satisfying experience. Thank you for the luxurious moment. Thank you for the feast!

The place we arrived at had a cozy izakaya-like atmosphere, slightly different from the images on the website. It took a while for a staff member to come after ringing the bell. I was surprised by the dessert plate (although the spelling was different).

We used this restaurant for a family birthday party. The staff was slow to greet us when we entered, and when they finally did, they hurriedly showed us to our table without confirming our reservation details or explaining the course. The dishes were brought out one after another in a disorganized manner. It was clear that they were short-staffed. It may be more suited for those who want a lively and noisy atmosphere rather than a leisurely meal. The food was delicious, and our family enjoyed it. They accommodated our request for a window seat, providing us with a table by the corner window, which was nice. When it came time to pay, we were charged for items that were not listed on our reservation details, and we had to confirm with the staff multiple times.

Tonight, I visited a crab cuisine restaurant in Shinjuku. It was the Crab Cuisine Ran Shinjuku Honten, located right by the east exit of Shinjuku Station, just across the signal from the east exit. I've been really into crab dishes lately, so I decided to order a nice course menu. We started with a toast with beer. The dishes were all about crab, from the appetizers to the main course. The menu included crab chawanmushi, crab miso with cucumber, crab and sashimi platter, snow crab hot pot, assorted vegetables, tempura (crab claw, shrimp, seasonal vegetables), creative grilled crab, crab rice porridge, and dessert. It was a delightful experience from start to finish, thoroughly enjoying crab in every dish. The location is great, and the cost performance is not bad at around 6,000 yen per person. I would recommend it to those who enjoy drinking. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the mood for crab. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The start was delayed by 40 minutes, and then it was said to be a 2-hour limit, but not receiving dessert even after 2 hours is too much. The quality of sashimi is also terrible, it's not even worth talking about! If you have the patience, please enjoy this quality.

Christmas Eve reservation, cramped space, no hot towels upon arrival, extremely slow service, constantly had to remind them! Female staff had a bad attitude. I reserved a $60 special crab course, but they served a $50 course without asking. Even though they said $50, it felt more like a $30 course. They didn't provide crab legs or scissors, how are we supposed to eat the crab? Everything had to be requested and reminded by the customers. It was supposed to be a special Christmas Eve, but it was the worst experience!

I decided I wanted to eat crab, so I made a reservation and went to the restaurant. However, I was quite surprised to find that the restaurant was quite strict. My friend and I had the Seasonal Snow Crab Course with Premium All-You-Can-Drink (Gold or Silver) for 8,000 yen per person. The courses included: - Appetizer: Steamed crab in a tea cup (average) - First course: Crab miso and shredded meat salad (average) - Sashimi: Assorted crab and fresh fish sashimi (average, not very fresh) - Fried dish: Tempura with crab claws, shrimp, and seasonal vegetables (average) - Specialty dish: Creative grilled crab (average) - Hot pot: Snow crab hot pot (average) - Main dish: Crab rice porridge (average) - Dessert: Today's dessert (average) It was quite shocking that when the sashimi was served, we had to specifically ask the staff for soy sauce, as they didn't bring it automatically.

Two years ago, I attended a year-end party with three of my work colleagues. Crab dishes always make me quiet as I focus on eating. We had sashimi, crab hot pot, tempura, chawanmushi, salad, and they were all delicious. I ended up drinking too much alcohol as well.

I ordered a 5000 yen crab course, but it was not worth the price. The dishes were served in a random order, with sashimi coming last. The chawanmushi was lukewarm and salty. The tempura was greasy. The crab hot pot had very little vegetables for two people, with only one crab leg, and the white miso was too salty. I couldn't even eat the porridge, so I asked for a glass of water to dilute it and ate it that way. The crab miso salad had very little crab meat in the middle. The view at night was disappointing, as it only showed the LUMINE building and all the rooms were traditional Japanese style. It was a disappointing experience to invite someone to this restaurant.

I went to eat as soon as the snow crab ban was lifted! I wanted to go to Kanazawa, but the location was Shinjuku! It's a great location, just a 1-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station East Exit. It was me and my daughter, so we opted for the cheapest course where we could enjoy various dishes made with crab rather than just eating crab. It was a fun time for the young ones. - Crab Chawanmushi: Smooth and creamy. - Crab Salad: A hearty salad with plenty of crab miso on top. - Crab hot pot: Lots of vegetables and other ingredients, balanced with crab. - Tempura including crab: Crispy tempura with the option to dip in matcha salt. The tempura crab claws were delicious! - Crab porridge: A delicious porridge with crab meat, beaten egg, and garnishes. The flavor of the crab really comes through in the broth. Even though we're not big drinkers, we opted for the all-you-can-drink premium plan, which may have been a bit wasteful. We probably would have been more satisfied with a higher-level course or ordering crab dishes a la carte. But if we had gone for the higher-level course, we would have gotten dessert at the end, right? Overall, it was a good start to the crab dishes of the year, and the location just a 1-minute walk from Shinjuku Station was surprising! The cheapest course was 3000 yen, so going all out would have been a bit excessive. We left with warm bellies!

Located just a 1-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, this place is a crab specialty restaurant! Upon a friend's recommendation, I decided to check it out ❤️ I opted for the 3000 yen course, which is the lightest one they offer. The price seemed surprisingly cheap, which might make some people doubt the taste. But let me tell you, the crab dishes here were truly authentic and incredibly delicious! The course included crab chawanmushi, salad, hot pot, tempura, crab gratin, and a finishing crab rice porridge. All of this for only 3000 yen is unbelievably affordable! The seating was in a spacious private room with a great view of Shinjuku Station. This place is perfect for a date night or a girls' night out. I definitely want to come back here again ❤️ It's a crab lover's paradise!

The 3000 yen trial crab course was surprisingly good with 6 dishes included. The seating at the back offers a view of Lumine and Alta. The window is large and beautiful. It's located near Yodobashi Camera, with easy access to A7, P, and M lines from Takano. The female staff were very friendly and attentive, earning a perfect score. The crab chawanmushi had a refined sauce. The Japanese-style salad with shiso dressing was refreshing. Despite the low price, they didn't skimp on ingredients like mizuna, which was impressive. The live snow crab hot pot was delicious with large pieces of crab meat. The tempura with crab claws and vegetables like eggplant, shishito peppers, and myoga was a generous portion. It was served with matcha salt. The crab shell gratin with macaroni was a nostalgic dish and very satisfying. The crab rice porridge was a comforting end to the meal. I'm glad I found such a great place near the station. It's been a while since I've come across such a great value restaurant. It's common for expensive restaurants to be good, but finding a cheap and delicious one is the best! I definitely want to go back.

I wanted to have a light meal, so I searched for a restaurant where I could try a meal. Surprisingly, I found a place where I could enjoy a course of snow crab dishes for only 3000 yen. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite elegant, with a nice interior similar to a traditional Japanese restaurant. The lighting in the hallway added to the ambiance. I highly recommend this trial course if you want to have a light meal. It's rare to find a place where you can eat a snow crab course at such a low price. I was able to savor a fresh snow crab hot pot, followed by tempura and various other crab dishes. The course also included crab shell gratin and crab porridge, and I left feeling satisfied after enjoying all the snow crab dishes for just 3000 yen. The vegetable salad included in the course provided a good balance of nutrients. I look forward to trying the course where you can really indulge in snow crab next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Crab~!! I went to the Shinjuku main store of Kanisai for crab dishes! - Course meal only: 3000 yen (excluding tax) - Maximum 3-hour all-you-can-drink: 4500 yen (excluding tax) I tried the reasonably priced plan where you can enjoy the fresh snow crab. Appetizer: Crab chawanmushi - beautiful! First course: Japanese-style salad - good to get your vegetables in! Hot pot: Snow crab shabu-shabu - the crab claws were delicious! Fried food: Tempura 2 types (crab claws/vegetables) Original dish: Crab shell gratin Meal: Blissful crab zosui Private rooms require reservations! It was so delicious that I want to reserve the luxurious snow crab shabu-shabu course with 9 dishes for 10,000 yen next time. Thank you for the meal!

I enjoyed a crab feast at a Shinjuku izakaya recommended by a drinking buddy. The location is perfect, right in front of the East Exit of Lumine Est. As a first-timer, I opted for the affordable course - a simple crab course plan for 3000 yen, with an additional 1500 yen for all-you-can-drink. The dishes that came out were all filled with the rich flavor of crab, truly luxurious. The chawanmushi with its smooth egg and gentle dashi was a soothing taste. The generous amount of crab meat was flavorful and had a fantastic texture. The salad, with a generous sprinkling of bonito flakes, had a wonderful umami flavor. The fresh vegetables had a crunchy texture that was delightful. The elegant sukiyaki pot with clear broth and luxurious ingredients was high-quality. The juicy crab claws were heavenly. The tempura was exquisite, with a hint of sweetness in the crispy coating and the savory crab flavor. I was surprised by the variety of vegetables included - eggplant, shimeji mushrooms, shishito peppers, and more. With rice, it could be a full meal! The course offered a surprising amount of food that didn't feel like a bargain. The matcha salt with a hint of sweetness was a nice touch. The rich gratin stuffed in the crab shell was a delight, with plenty of crab meat. The luxurious crab porridge made with the rich broth was a blissful taste experience. It was impossible not to enjoy such a luxurious flavor. The broth was not heavy, and the aftertaste was light. Despite feeling full, I could easily enjoy it. From start to finish, it was a luxurious and filling meal. All this for 3000 yen - is that really possible? The atmosphere of the upscale restaurant added to the luxurious experience. I wish I had known about this great place in Shinjuku earlier. The seat that was recommended to me was excellent, with a window view overlooking the station - a dreamy setting for indulging in gourmet food. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was fantastic. I had a wonderful time.

Shinjuku Crab Restaurant Shinjuku Station East Exit. I didn't expect to find a place like this here! We were guided to a window seat with a view. Reservations are probably necessary for window seats. From the window, you can see the East Exit and lots of lanterns hanging during the festival season, with people in festival attire passing by. We tried the main crab course for ¥3000, which included dishes like crab chawanmushi, crab salad, live snow crab hot pot, crab claw tempura, crab shell gratin, and crab rice porridge. We also opted for the drink all-you-can for an additional ¥1500, which offered a good selection of drinks. The crab chawanmushi was beautifully presented with a maple leaf on the plate. The crab salad was fresh and abundant. The live snow crab hot pot was delicious with various vegetables. The crab claw tempura was crispy and flavorful. The crab shell gratin was rich and creamy. The crab rice porridge was a perfect ending to the meal. Overall, it was a night filled with delicious crab dishes and good drinks at a reasonable price. Crab Cuisine Ran Shinjuku Honten, 4F Caselee Building, 3-27-5 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku.

In front of Shinjuku Station, there is a restaurant where you can enjoy a crab feast at a great deal. The simple crab course starts at 3000 yen. Located on the 4th floor after exiting Shinjuku Station East Exit, the storefront displays kimonos. From your seat, you can see Shinjuku Station right in front of you, allowing you to observe the bustling crowd of people at Japan's busiest station. The appetizer consists of crab chawanmushi and Japanese-style salad, both generously portioned. The hot pot features snow crab sukiyaki with thumbs, legs, and meat for each person. We also ordered additional crab sashimi, which was conveniently cut for easy consumption. The tempura included crab claws, shishito peppers, young corn, eggplant, seasoned with matcha salt. The hot crab shell gratin was delicious. Lastly, we enjoyed a crab porridge cooked in the flavorful crab broth. Overall, we were satisfied with the crab-centric course at a reasonable price. Thank you for the feast!
