I wonder when this cafe was established. I rarely come to the 4th floor, so I didn't know there was a cafe in such a place. I ordered a Mont Blanc and a cappuccino set. It might be the first time in a while that I've encountered a proper cappuccino. There are not many places that still serve it with a cinnamon stick. Even in hotel cafes, it's hard to find. It was a very casual cafe, so I didn't have high expectations, but I was happy to find a delicious cappuccino. The Mont Blanc tart was crispy and tasty. I'll definitely go back!

On this day, I had some business in Shibuya and decided to stop by here to kill some time. It's a cafe located in a department store, with art exhibitions and a stylish atmosphere. I chose the Neapolitan pasta and iced coffee. The Neapolitan pasta was a classic dish with a sweet ketchup flavor. You can add some powdered cheese to adjust the saltiness while eating. The portion was a bit small, so it might not be satisfying for men. The iced coffee was a bit pricey but very delicious. It had a rounded taste with a mild bitterness that lingers on the palate and slowly fades away. Thank you for the meal.

The firm pudding was delicious. The interior of the shop was spacious and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly, providing baskets for our belongings. I ordered a fruit milk crepe and a blend coffee, which were served within 5 minutes. The milk crepe had just the right amount of sweetness in the cream, but the fruits were a bit small and lacked flavor. I wished for a richer taste like Doutor's crepes. However, the coffee was mild and delicious. It was a hidden gem as it was not crowded.

2022 8/16 ※It's for 2 people. We wanted to have some coffee, even though it's a bit late, so we came to this cafe in Seibu Shibuya. It's probably trendy, right? But it turns out they are having a collaboration with some unknown character... We were seated at a Hagi-kun table. They have specialty coffees and fruit drinks, but we ended up ordering from the collaboration menu out of curiosity. We got a blueberry tart and a strawberry yogurt drink (we were supposed to have coffee... where did it go?). Unfortunately, you can't get the drink set with the collaboration items. We were told that if you order from the collaboration menu, you can enter a lottery, so we tried twice!... But we got the same thing both times... Oh well, at least change it to something different next time... stingy... The blueberry tart had a nice fruitiness and a good biscuit texture. Strawberry and yogurt go well together. The slightly thicker straw was easy to drink from. Well, it was delicious. It's a nice cafe in Seibu, so why did they do a collaboration? I don't understand, but it just doesn't seem to fit. This is a café located inside Shibuya Seibu. It seems like it had a different name before. The spacious interior offers a wide variety of desserts. The air conditioning works well, providing a brief escape from the scorching heat outside. On this day, I had the following: 1. Mont Blanc with tart crust instead of meringue, and a rich chestnut cream. 2. Cappuccino with Italian roast espresso and finely textured milk foam, with a hint of cinnamon. The café is large, but the staff are attentive and efficient, making sure everything runs smoothly. They also frequently refill your water, making the experience comfortable.

After a meeting, I decided to find a café for a wrap-up. Tokyo cafés were all crowded, but I thought I could find a seat on the upper floor of Seibu. As expected, there was only one group of customers. Perhaps the pricing, about double that of café chains, was one reason. I ordered the limited-time iced brewed coffee. There were various flavors to choose from, but I went with straight. It was like a coffee mousse, no ice, just a strong taste of iced coffee. Maybe a vanilla flavor would have been nice. It reminded me of VANDAL's coffee. They gave me a straw, which I used unconsciously, but I should have added syrup and drank without the straw.

On the 4th floor of the A Building in the west side of Shibuya, there is a café located at the end of the women's section. The most popular item is the 365 Blend coffee, priced at a whopping 880 yen including tax. The café seems to attract loud fake ladies, with no young people in sight. Despite the elegant atmosphere, the customers seem to disrupt the vibe. As for the blend coffee, it is delicious. The aroma is delightful, instantly entering the nostrils with sophistication. The first sip reveals a crisp bitterness with a pleasant acidity. The color is also nice, and the slightly higher price is understandable. But...that's how it is.

The atmosphere was very elegant. The opera was not overly sweet and was good.

A hidden oasis in Seibu Shibuya. The food is satisfying and the drinks are delicious. Great place!
