黒毛和牛太
I started a bakery at Ginza 3-chome called "Senhikoya"! I'm not sure what they sell, but I decided to check it out aiming for the grand opening. Unfortunately, I didn't make it in time for the opening, and when I arrived, there was a line of a few people in front of the store. When I got to the end of the line, a staff member approached me and said, "We don't have any melon bread, is that okay?" Apparently, there are two types of melon bread that are the popular items, and they bake them a few times a day, handing out tickets each time. The first ticket had already been distributed before the 10:30 opening. The next one would be around 11:30, but I didn't feel like waiting over 30 minutes, and I wasn't specifically there for the melon bread, so I got the information and decided to come back another day. I lined up and decided to buy some of the other breads they had in store. When it was my turn and I entered the store, many of the other breads were already sold out. I bought the following items and took them home to try them out! Now, how did they taste... Croissant Sandwich: There were several types of croissant sandwiches available, but this time I chose the aged roast ham and cheese. Usually, the cheese tends to dominate the flavors in this type of bread, but the thick ham had a strong impact. It was delicious. Danish Cornet: There were also several types available, but only chestnut was left, so I didn't really have a choice. Inside the crispy pastry was a chestnut cream made with custard cream and chestnuts. It wasn't particularly unique, so I wouldn't come to the shop specifically for this, but it was quite tasty. Anpan: They use the famous "Hanazono Manju" sweet bean paste from Shinjuku. The sweet bean paste was smooth, with mustard seeds on top, giving it a traditional taste. It was elegant and delicious. All of the breads focused on the ingredients, so I didn't feel a strong impact from the bread itself, which was disappointing. Anyway, I think I'll try the melon bread at least once. They accept PayPay as payment.
