Two celebrities have opened a shop in Shibuya Niku Yokocho, with a vibrant neon-lit interior and authentic delicious dumplings. ◆Vegetable Dumplings [Specialty] Packed with umami and seasoned gently, these dumplings are a delightful treat that you can keep eating. Outstanding. ◆Shrimp Dumplings Firm and juicy shrimp! The skin is chewy, the flavor is gentle yet robust, and the soup is perfect. Outstanding. ◆Apple Custard Gyoza Served with vanilla ice cream, this dessert dumpling with apple cinnamon and vanilla ice cream is a perfect combination of flavors. Literally tastes amazing. Outstanding. ◆Appetizer Chicken and Cabbage ◆Bottled Beer Grolsch Premium Lager (Netherlands) Priced at 1300 yen, this choice of the world's oldest beer brand shows a sense of style. ◼️The shop◼️Prices include tax. Cash only at opening. They also sell Western music online. The shop is produced by YouTubers Hikaru and Horiemon, also known as Takafumi Horie. Located in Shibuya Niku Yokocho. ◼️◼️They had a soft opening, but the grand opening was on January 6th at 3 pm. I made a web reservation and was the first customer to arrive. I was seated at a spot away from my assigned seat, where I moved with two plates of dumplings to take photos, and then returned to my seat. There was a middle-aged man who also did the same. The interior is Instagrammable, but it's difficult to take photos when the restaurant is crowded. I obtained permission from the staff to take photos inside since it was not busy. They have interesting alcohol options like Kriek, Moet & Chandon, and Armagnac. The staff were in training, and there was a noticeable difference in their customer service, but there were no issues. It was unexpected that they only accepted cash, but the dumplings were definitely authentic and delicious. A great restaurant.

Shibuya Meat Alley is a neo-gyoza izakaya supervised by YouTuber Hikaru and entrepreneur Horiemon, which opened on December 26, 2022. Located in the meat-themed park "Niku Yokocho" in Shibuya. There are about 7-8 types of gyoza available, ranging from orthodox to unique and dessert-like varieties. The thin-skinned gyoza is easy to eat. The yuzu pepper for flavor variation is a must-try! They also offer other dishes and a variety of drinks, making it suitable for both casual dining and bar hopping. The interior with neon lights is visually appealing, making it worth a visit! #KinmiraiGyozaH #ShibuyaMeatAlley #TokyoGourmet #ShibuyaDining #ShibuyaLunch #ShibuyaIzakaya #ShibuyaChinese #EbisuGourmet #EbisuLunch #EbisuIzakaya #EbisuChinese #Chinatown #Gyoza #ShibuyaMeatAlley #Hikaru #Horiemon

The interior has an atmosphere that looks like a scene from a drama or movie. The combination of neon lights on the walls and a wall full of houseplants gives off a futuristic vibe. It's nice that they have craft beer from Ise. It's also interesting that they have Russian dumplings with one super spicy dumpling!

#Shibuya #Gyoza [Gyoza at Niku Yokocho in Shibuya] I visited this place as it is produced by a popular influencer! The gyoza are small and just right for a snack, and the prices are reasonable, making it a good choice for casual dining! The location is quite deep inside, so it may be hard to find unless you have a specific reason to visit.

In the Center Gai of Shibuya, on the 2nd floor of Chitose Kaikan, there is a futuristic dumpling restaurant. When you get off the elevator, please go straight ahead to the left. This shop is supervised by YouTuber Hikaru and that Horiemon. As for dumplings, there are several types besides meat dumplings and vegetable dumplings, but they are mainly eaten with chili oil or yuzu pepper instead of soy sauce. The dumplings are small, so it is recommended to order various types and enjoy them.

@gourmet_karlos Other posts are here‼️ I stormed into the futuristic dumpling restaurant "近未来餃子H" in Shibuya, produced by Horiemon and Hikaru at the end of last year‼️ For 5000 yen, it came with all-you-can-drink and all 21 menu items all-you-can-eat, which is the top class in terms of cost performance. Regarding the dumplings, the staff recommended adding yuzu pepper or chili oil, but even without anything, the taste was enjoyable enough and went well with alcohol‼️ There is also a Russian dumpling where one out of the 6 dumplings is super delicious and spicy, which I felt had an enjoyable gaming element‼️ The apple custard dumpling, with tapioca flour mixed in the dumpling skin, had a great texture and sweetness, making it the best dessert where you can experience both at the same time. Each side menu was also enjoyable as an alcohol snack, and you could also enjoy rice dishes and noodles as a finale‼️ The interior is in a neon style, creating a stylish atmosphere, so overall, I felt that it is a shop where you can fully enjoy for 5000 yen. Shop information: 近未来餃子H Address: 13-8 Udagawacho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Chitose Kaikan 2F *Located inside Shibuya Niku Yokocho. [Hikaru x Horieemon produced Neo Gyoza Izakaya] "Near Future Gyoza H" @ Shibuya
[For those who are looking for an izakaya in Shibuya and want to try various gyoza]
[Menu]
"HEAVEN" Course (2-hour all-you-can-eat and drink) [5,000 yen]
Introducing the gyoza izakaya "Near Future Gyoza H" produced by Hikaru and Horieemon, located in Shibuya Niku Yokocho. The interior of the shop has a neon-filled neo-populist izakaya vibe. This time, we ordered the "HEAVEN" course, which includes 7 types of gyoza, snacks like Unzen ham cutlet, and a la carte items like mapo mixed noodles, all available for all-you-can-eat. The drink menu includes over 20 varieties, making it a great place to enjoy a variety of gyoza.
Among the various gyoza options, there is a hidden specialty called "Apple Custard Gyoza." This dessert gyoza allows you to enjoy a hot apple treat. Sweet tooths will love this unique combination of apple and vanilla ice cream wrapped in a chewy skin. It's seriously amazing. You also get to play with a gachapon machine on your way out, adding a fun touch to your visit.
Located inside Shibuya Niku Yokocho, be sure to check it out!

A shop produced by Horiemon and Hikaru. Located on a floor in Shibuya Niku Yokocho, you have to walk through narrow streets to reach the store. I arrived around 7 pm on Friday. I made a reservation online through Tabelog about 10 minutes before arriving. When I got there, I was really worried because there were no customers in Shibuya at 7 pm on a Friday. I ordered the 90-minute all-you-can-drink course for 3500 yen on Tabelog. The food was delicious as usual, and because there were no people, it was calm and the seats were not crowded. I wondered why there were so few people at a store run by Hikaru and Horiemon in Shibuya. If I can make a reservation at the last minute and at this price, I would like to use it again.

The yuzu edamame was delicious. Although they had draft beer, I still preferred Japanese bottled beer with the gyoza. It's a shame they only had fancy foreign beers in bottles, and at 1300 yen per bottle, it was quite pricey. The gyoza was on the smaller side, and at 450 yen, a bit expensive. We ordered a variety of gyoza including vegetable, tantan, meat, and shrimp dumplings, and they all had their own unique flavors. They recommended using yuzu pepper since the gyoza already had flavor. The taste was delicious. The restaurant was located inside Chitose Kaikan and was quite empty on a Sunday night, so it might be a bit risky. I thought it would be more casual since it's produced by Horiemon and Hikaru, but the prices were not that casual.

I visited the Meat Alley in Shibuya because I like Horiemon. It had been a while since my last visit, but the Meat Alley itself was quite empty and the staff's approach was unpleasant. In one corner of the Meat Alley, there was Near Future Gyoza, which is produced by Horiemon. I thought it would be expensive, but the prices were normal. The taste of the gyoza was delicious. However, the problem was the way it was cooked. It lacked the crispy texture typical of gyoza. The delicious taste of the gyoza was reduced by half. The interior of the restaurant is more like a futuristic gyoza place that I couldn't quite understand. It's a gyoza place that feels very Shibuya.

I went to a gyoza restaurant in Shibuya called Chitose Kaikan Niku Yokocho, which was produced by YouTubers Hikaru and Horiemon. The location was on the second floor of Chitose Kaikan, towards the end of Niku Yokocho. The decor was stylish.
Menu:
- Today's appetizer: Fried Gyoza Chips
- Cucumber with ginger (half size)
- Unzen Ham Cutlet (half size)
- Mapo bean sprouts (half size)
- Steamed chicken with lemon salt sauce (half size)
- Gyoza (vegetable) (3 pieces)
- Gyoza (meat) (3 pieces)
- Gyoza (chive)
- Gyoza (tantan)
- Gyoza (shrimp water)
- Dessert Gyoza
Impressions:
The interior was cold, so I recommend wearing warm clothes. The delicious items were the Gyoza Chips and the mapo bean sprouts. The gyoza was honestly disappointing, sometimes served cold. When I ordered rice, it was clearly frozen and hard. When clearing the plates, the staff dropped the chopsticks multiple times, causing a stain on my friend's clothes. I won't be coming back.

I went to Near Future Gyoza H, owned by Horiemon and YouTuber Hikaru, with a gourmet friend who invited me. The location is on the second floor of Shibuya's Chitose Kaikan. The restaurant is located in a corner of Niku Yokocho. The entrance is sparkling and has a nice vibe. Since I was there, I decided to try everything on the menu! Here are the dishes we ordered:
- Today's appetizer: Fried Gyoza Chips
- Cucumber with ginger (half size)
- Unzen Ham Cutlet (half size)
- Mapo Bean Sprouts (half size)
- Steamed Chicken with Lemon Salt Sauce (half size)
- Vegetable Gyoza (3 pieces, half size)
- Meat Gyoza (3 pieces, half size)
- Chive Gyoza
- Spicy Gyoza
- Shrimp Water Gyoza
- Dessert Gyoza
Drinks:
- Beer
- Lemon Sour
- Hot Oolong Tea
After eating all of these, my stomach was full! The small dishes were all delicious, and the flavors were well-balanced, making the alcohol go down smoothly. Although everything was tasty, my favorite was the Shrimp Water Gyoza. It was perfect for the cold winter season, with the soup and gyoza creating a comforting combination. The dessert gyoza at the end was a pleasant surprise! I found my favorite gyoza here, so I will definitely come back with friends whenever I feel like having some delicious gyoza again!

In Shibuya, a new dumpling restaurant produced by Hikaru x Horiemon has opened at the Chitose Kaikan. A gourmet friend made a reservation right away. Located on the 2nd floor of the Chitose Kaikan, at the corner of Niku Yokocho. The organizer set up a course with 3 drinks included for 5,000 yen. The course included assorted dishes such as fried dumpling chips, cucumber with ginger, Yunzen ham cutlet, mapo bean sprouts, steamed chicken with lemon salt sauce, and a variety of dumplings. The highlight was the shrimp dumplings, which were deliciously plump. The other dumplings were decent but nothing extraordinary. The dumplings were not as hot as expected when they were brought to the table. Overall, it's more about enjoying the atmosphere with friends rather than exceptional dumplings. I'm glad I had the chance to try it out and would consider visiting again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for the meal.

I went to the newly opened restaurant "近未来餃子h" in Shibuya Niku Yokocho, run by Horiemon and YouTuber Hikaru, last month and tried all the types of dumplings except for the Russian dumplings with spicy filling. Here's what I had:
- Fried dumpling chips (complimentary)
- Cucumber with ginger
- Unzen ham cutlet
- Mapo bean sprouts
- Steamed chicken with lemon salt sauce
- Dumplings (vegetable)
- Dumplings (meat)
- Dumplings (chive)
- Dumplings (dan dan)
- Dumplings (shrimp water dumplings)
- Dessert GYOZA
I was quite full after trying all these dishes. The mapo bean sprouts were delicious and a must-try. The shrimp water dumplings were plump and had a delicious soup, while the dessert GYOZA with handmade apple custard filling wrapped in a chewy tapioca flour skin was exceptional. I wanted to have another one. The other pan-fried dumplings were not particularly memorable, but the meat dumplings and vegetable dumplings were sweet and tasted great with plenty of chili oil sauce. They were small in size, making them easy to eat!
You can also buy frozen dumplings and special chili oil as souvenirs. The restaurant is reasonably priced, and they have a good selection of champagne. The original champagne with Horiemon and Hikaru's faces on it costs between 50,000 yen and up. There was also Almand champagne available. It's a fun place to eat and drink with friends!

I visited a restaurant called "Near Future Gyoza H" that was produced by Horiemon (Takafumi Horie) and Hikaru-kun. It is located in the meat dish theme park called "Niku Yokocho" in the Shibuya Center Gai area. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of Chitose Kaikan. It was about a 5-6 minute walk from my home to get there. The atmosphere had a futuristic vibe with glittering neon lights, but the gyoza itself was quite standard. I tried the meat gyoza, which was small and easy to eat, and also the Unzen ham cutlet, which was nothing too special. The unique item was the apple custard gyoza, which was served as a dessert and surprisingly delicious. Overall, the experience was pleasant, the service was friendly, and it was a nice place to relax. I'm grateful for the effort put into opening a restaurant in Shibuya during the recovery from the pandemic. Thank you for the meal!

"I went to Horie Mon and Hikaru's dumpling shop!" It was a highly talked-about place, so I went a little before 6 pm, and since it was the New Year, I was able to enter without a reservation as there were only 2 groups inside! The interior was stylish with a neon night-like atmosphere, but the high chairs at the counter seats were a bit uncomfortable and the space was relatively narrow, so the distance between the seats was tight. You didn't get scolded for not wearing a mask (laughs). Now, I ordered a variety of dumplings and also ordered the tantan moyashi and ham cutlet that were said to be delicious on YouTube. The starter of long yam wasn't as delicious as it was hyped on YouTube. The shrimp dumplings that came first were just delicious, but I felt that the skin of the regular dumplings should be more chewy. For the meat, vegetables, and tantan dumplings, the dumplings were relatively small, and the way they were grilled was a bit off. If they are small dumplings, I would prefer them to be crispy and crunchy. For meat dumplings, I would like them to have a more meaty texture. The tantan noodles are quite spicy. The variety and quantity of drinks were a bit limited, so I think it would be better to increase the drink menu more like that of an izakaya rather than just champagne."

In Shibuya Niku Yokocho, a gyoza izakaya called "Near Future Gyoza H" opened by Horiemon and Hikaru. The size and taste are like a good balance between hearty and flavorful, making it easy to eat with chopsticks. You definitely need to order 3 or 4 plates. The a la carte menu also has a taste that everyone will enjoy!

I went to Shibuya Chitose Kaikan's Niku Yokocho, which opened in December. It was crowded, but I made a reservation online. The dumplings were small in size. I tried vegetable dumplings, meat dumplings, and apple custard dumplings. The ham cutlets were bite-sized. There is a charge of 500 yen per table. The tables are quite small, so it's better not to order too much at once.

The restaurant had just opened and was bustling with customers. The service was polite and the food was served promptly. The dumplings were a bit small, but all of them were delicious. Personally, I enjoyed the dessert dumplings with apple custard the most! We tried the Russian dumplings with four people, but couldn't tell which one was the worst. I would like to stop by again when I'm in the area next time!

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday night around 9pm during a 3-day weekend, and was surprised to find that it was not as crowded as the other places in the Meat Alley. There were only 2 other customers. The complimentary soup was delicious. I ordered a lemon sour, grilled dumplings, and shrimp dumplings. The lemon sour was too bitter due to the lemon peel. The dumplings tasted like frozen food from a supermarket. I won't be coming back.
