They use locally produced Bifuka noodles for their ramen dishes. I couldn't decide between soba, ramen with Bifuka noodles, or a set meal, so I ended up choosing the ankake yakisoba. It cost 820 yen. I was lacking vegetables, so I went for this option. The dish arrived in about 15 minutes. It took longer than expected because they boil the noodles and then fry them until they turn crispy and golden. Normally, this type of noodle dish can be greasy, but this one wasn't. It seems they used less oil. The noodles had a nice crispy texture and were not too oily. The sauce included cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, onions, carrots, pork, shrimp, and squid. It had a standard flavor and was delicious. The squid was skillfully cut and arranged nicely. The price was reasonable, and overall, it was a good meal. Thank you for the meal.

I tried Mutsuimi Shokudo for the first time, and I was impressed by the variety of noodles they offer. The noodles were delicious, and of course, the soup had a curry flavor which I really like. The noodles were chewy and I especially liked the thick noodles. They use 100% Haruyutaka wheat, which was a treat. Thank you for the meal! I even finished all the soup.

It's been a while since I went to Bifuka. I randomly chose a restaurant on Tabelog and it was bustling with customers. It seems to be a popular place! The mixed bowl had pork bowl, fried items, and the smell of sansho pepper was strong and nice. There were some menu items I had never seen before like ramen and mini pork cutlet bowl. I also had a full serving of udon noodles.

There are fewer and fewer places to eat in Bifuka, isn't it? I decided to go to the place I visited 2 years ago. I still remember the disappointment of the soba back then, but I'll give it another try! I arrived at the restaurant around 12 o'clock, and it was packed inside with customers coming in one after another! I decided to play it safe and ordered the soy sauce ramen curry set for today. It arrived in about 10 minutes, with a small portion of curry, ramen, and salad. First, I tried the curry... It had a nostalgic sweetness, like the curry my mom used to make. Next, I tasted the ramen soup... It had a rich flavor, maybe with a little help from some science, but you could feel the depth of the taste. The noodles were the homemade Bifuka noodles. They were surprisingly delicious, made with 100% Haruyutaka from Bifuka and a low water content, similar to Asahikawa noodles. Well, the image of Mutsumi Shokudo has been replaced in my mind. Thank you for the delicious lunch today.

On the way back from Otaru, I stopped by Nayoro for a bit of shopping. I was craving curry that day, but the curry restaurant I wanted to go to in Nayoro was closed. So, I decided to go to Mutsu in Bifuka instead. I arrived at 11:25 and there were only 3 customers. I sat at the counter and ordered the curry set for ¥950, with cold soba noodles. The food arrived in about 7 minutes. The soba noodles had a nice firm texture and were delicious! The curry was also tasty, with plenty of ingredients. The portion size of the curry and soba noodles was just right for me, but I wish I had a bit more curry. Next time, I'll try just the curry rice! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Due to a snowstorm, I ended up seeking shelter at this restaurant for lunch. I was unsure of what to order, but after looking at the menu, I decided to try the Chicken Nanban set meal for 780 yen. While waiting for my food, I noticed a promotion for ramen made with Haruyutaka noodles from Bibai. I made a mental note to try it next time. When my Chicken Nanban arrived, the sweet and sour aroma was appetizing. The chicken was crispy and delicious, and the portion size was satisfying. The colorful salad added to the visual appeal of the dish. I left feeling satisfied and decided that I would try the Haruyutaka ramen on my next visit.

The spicy ramen in large serving size (650 yen + 100 yen extra) is quite spicy but addictively delicious! I didn't order rice or onigiri this time, but it goes well with rice too! Other recommended menu items are chicken nanban set meal, katsu curry, and hand-made soba. The taste is great no matter what you order, and the prices are reasonable overall. Despite the crowd, the service was quick and my order arrived in about 10 minutes. The soba noodles had a strong texture and were delicious. When I asked the staff if they had curry rice only, they said it was on the menu, but it wasn't. However, they were able to make it for me. It was ready in 2 minutes. The atmosphere of the restaurant was like a typical diner, which I liked. The curry was delicious! Thank you for the meal!
