Kumatai Seinikudou in Hakoza is a great place for takeout, located near Hakoza Station along a main street. You can create your own original bento by choosing your favorite meat from the menu board outside. They have a variety of meats available, including Chateaubriand in block form. I tried the daily special, a Japanese beef fillet steak bento for only 1000 yen, and it was delicious! The pink, tender meat was amazing. The price of 1000 yen is surprisingly reasonable. Due to the state of emergency, I couldn't drink alcohol at restaurants, so I treated myself to this little luxury.
