A cozy Okinawan restaurant with good cost performance where you can enjoy drinks. The counter has about 8 seats, and there are two tables with 4 seats each. It seems to be run by a husband and wife. I had a three-item assortment and a Shikuwasa Chuhai and spent about 20 minutes there.

I'm sorry for the delay in the review. It was my first time drinking in the Osaka Tenmangu area, and as we were about to leave, my junior suddenly said, "I broke up with my girlfriend today." A girl suggested, "Let's go to another place..." and we ended up at this shop. The appetizer was delicious edamame. We had a potato salad that was said to be from Tanba, and some thick fried tofu, oily but perfect with drinks. Everything was tasty, and the atmosphere created by the female staff made the drinking experience enjoyable. I hope my junior's broken heart was a little healed. Thank you for the meal~

A friend recommended this place to me, so I decided to visit. Even though it's a standing bar, there are tables and chairs available if you prefer to sit down. The menu had a variety of options, making it hard to choose. Most customers seemed to come in for a couple of drinks before leaving, but there were also interesting food options available. What stood out was the very reasonable pricing, which made me want to order multiple items. Many customers came alone, and I noticed them nodding to each other, creating a friendly atmosphere. The woman working behind the counter was attentive and always had a smile on her face, leaving a good impression. Initially, the name of the restaurant didn't mean much to me, but I later realized it was named after the location, known as Ten-ichi in Tenjinbashi-suji 1-chome. There are many charming restaurants in the vicinity of Tenjinbashi-suji.

I went to a pre-gathering before a farewell party. I had been interested in this place near the farewell party venue where you could have a light drink. They had a 500 yen set advertised outside, so I decided to check it out. I thought it was a standing bar, but only part of the counter was standing and the rest had chairs. There were also tables, and we were guided to a table. The 500 yen set allowed you to choose one drink from several options and one dish from several options. It was also required to order one additional item (either a drink or a dish). Since there were three of us, we each ordered a different dish. When the dishes arrived, there were quite a variety. One drink wasn't enough, but since the main event was next, I had to hold back. The dishes were perfect for this casual place and the drinks were enjoyable. It was a bit early so it wasn't crowded, but I wondered if the standing bar ratio would increase as it got busier. I enjoyed my time there and would like to come back.

The main feature of this place is that the drinks are cheap. Shochu starts at 210 yen, and draft beer is also 280 yen, I believe. They also have a happy hour special on weekdays from 17:00 to 19:00 where you can get 1-2 items plus a drink for 500 yen. However, it's usually very crowded during happy hour. Even during regular hours, it's not too bothersome in my opinion. It's standing room only at the counter, but there are simple chairs at the tables so female customers can also enjoy. The food is also well thought out, delicious, and offers great value for money. My recommended dishes are the Jerk Chicken, Yam Genovese, and freshly fried thick fried tofu. They also make takoyaki outside the store. While the classic way is to eat it plain, they offer unique options like salt mayo, plum mayo, and green onion soy sauce, which are all delicious. There seem to be many regular customers, but you might find yourself becoming friends with them without even realizing it, or you can also go alone for a drink.

Tenjinbashi is a place where I used to live during my student days, so it brings back nostalgic memories. I won't say how many years ago it was, but the old shops I used to frequent are no longer there. Today, I came here with my friends from my student days for a second round, and the atmosphere is really nice. Plus, it's cheap! They have super spicy menu items which are quite interesting. The "Green Bomb" menu item is a super spicy okonomiyaki with wasabi. I can handle spicy food, but the spiciness of wasabi really hit my tongue. My friend mentioned that there seems to be a street revitalization project like the "Spicy Food Street" going on at Tenjinbashi. I'm curious, but I can't eat anymore, so I'll come back to Tenjinbashi another time!

I first met the older sister here at Pizzeria Yamaneko. She is the manager of TIDE Minamimori-cho store and a very friendly and cool lady. There is a TV inside the store, and regular customers enjoy watching baseball games or other programs while relaxing after work. The prices are reasonable, and there are various appetizers available. It's a great place for standing and drinking.

From Tenma-bashi to Minami-Morimachi, the second stop on the tour (lol) is One Ten, a standing bar located in the Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street (Ten-ichi). I heard someone say that you have to go to the One Ten lady's place. I didn't really understand the reason (lol). We left TIDE and headed south through the shopping street. I later found out that it was close to her birthday (lol). There were so many people when we passed by earlier, but now there are fewer. The lady said, "As soon as the Hanshin game ended, the crowd thinned out." I ordered plum wine sour, and the food options looked delicious. It's a lively standing bar where you can have a little fun. I was still full from earlier, so I only had one drink before moving on. I'll have to go back and try more dishes next time. I realized I was already a little drunk at that point (^^ゞ).

This is the fifth bar in Tenma and Tenjin. I prefer quantity over quality. The takoyaki croquette and plum wine croquette are for two people. I'm not sure why they fry takoyaki, but it was crispy and delicious. It's a must-try. I chose two main dishes with my friend. First, the yakisoba. It had a slightly spicy aftertaste. I'm not sure what it was. It was hot and delicious. It tasted like grilled meat. The spicy jerk chicken was the second main dish. I instinctively avoided the green part, thinking it must be spicy. I usually avoid mayo, but this time I dipped it generously. It was delicious. And even dessert! The caramel was chewy and nice. The ice cream was light and good.

I used this place on my way back from the New Year's visit to Osaka Tenmangu Shrine. It was set up like a street food stall, and the menu was overall reasonably priced. There were quite a few people using it. The store was also open, so regular customers seemed to be coming and going. It has a nice atmosphere. I had the "Grilled offal udon" this time. It took a while to cook on the spot, but it was delicious and filling. I would like to use it again if I happen to be in the neighborhood.
