Things can be said differently. It's my second visit here. The ramen here is so good that it's chosen by Michelin, but ramen is a matter of taste, you know? I tried the black soy sauce ramen, but the rice was actually better. Ramen is something that can vary depending on the person's preference. With that in mind, let's read this. I parked my car diagonally in the parking lot, walked through the curtain, and ordered the black soy sauce ramen and rice. My companions ordered miso and salt ramen. The owner was confidently using his smartphone at the register. Well, it's not bad. That's the kind of place it is, right, madam? The staff is friendly. The ramen was quickly brought to us. First, I tried the soup and realized I made a mistake. Last time I had the salt ramen and it wasn't that bad, but this time it was a mistake. The menu says, "Seasoned with soy sauce only for the umami and aroma of soy sauce," and that's definitely true. Because it's true, it's not really my cup of tea. The soy sauce flavor. It might appeal to soy sauce lovers, but I came here for the ramen. It's not oily or greasy, and that's a bit disappointing. It's a soy sauce ramen that can't even be called a soy sauce flavor. I once visited a popular shop in Sapporo that boasted about its soy sauce. Their soy sauce had depth and I could feel the dedication. This soy sauce ramen feels monotonous. Oh well, this is tough. But there are some good points, like the rice, which was surprisingly delicious. It was so good that I would want to come back for it. The rice doesn't taste like the rice at a ramen shop at all. It's really tasty rice. I also ordered gyoza and rice, and I could be satisfied with the gyoza set alone. The miso ramen my companions ordered had a strong garlic flavor and a rich miso taste, with plenty of vegetables, all for 990 yen!? Wow, that's expensive. The soup and noodles were good, maybe worth around 850 yen. Maybe it's because it's a tourist area, so it can't be helped. The menu is displayed with tax excluded, which is not common in ramen shops. The taste felt like tourist area level. I also tried the salt ramen that my companions enjoyed before, and it tasted like a 3.4 to me. I remember it having more depth or deliciousness. I gave it a 3.5 because the rice was delicious! The rice here is really tasty. I felt disappointed and regretful coming all the way here. I wish I hadn't chosen the ramen option. It might suit some people, but it wasn't to my liking.
