I was torn between the tuna bowl and the seafood bowl, but I ordered the seafood bowl (small: 1,100 yen including tax) after confirming that it does not include mackerel. I wanted to try various seafood. It came with miso soup with seaweed and "ikura matsumae-zuke" with wasabi. Although it's a mini size, it looks delicious with various types of seafood. From the top... shrimp, squid, small cuts of tuna, mackerel, sea bream, salmon, ikura, and more. The shrimp is large, sweet, and delicious. All the seafood is fresh. I went to the Itoshima Shokudo that opened in Parco! At the main store, I had the sweet shrimp bowl, so this time I went for the crab bowl! It's truly a crab feast...!!! There's so much crab meat piled on top, along with salmon roe and sea urchin... it's like a dream♪ And it looks amazing too!!! The crab meat is fluffy, seasoned perfectly, and sweet. It's delicious even without soy sauce. The salmon roe is also tasty, but what surprised me was the sea urchin. Sea urchin at chain restaurants in the city often use additives and the taste can be lacking, but this sea urchin was incredibly sweet!!! It melts in your mouth. Underneath, there are crab claws waiting to be bitten into♪ And all this for only 1900 yen is a steal. It looks beautiful and leaves you feeling satisfied. I ordered the Special Seafood Bowl, Mini Special Tuna Bowl, and Salmon & Ikura Bowl. I noticed that there were mostly female customers around, with only one other male customer besides myself. After the dishes arrived, we took photos and enjoyed our meals. Everything was fresh and delicious. I had the Special Tuna Bowl, which had a great fatty texture that melted in my mouth. I arrived around 11:08, shortly after the opening. The interior of the restaurant is simple and all white. I sat at the counter seat alone. On the table, there were special soy sauce for the bowl, regular soy sauce, sesame dressing soy sauce, and a pitcher of water, along with pre-set paper napkins. A paper cup was provided after I sat down. I used the QR code on the table to order using my smartphone. This time, I ordered the Sweet Shrimp Bowl for 1,500 yen. The dish arrived in about 10 minutes. The bowl came with miso soup, pickles, and wasabi, all of which were free refills. The Sweet Shrimp Bowl was beautifully presented in a bucket, topped with a little bit of salmon roe. The portion was a bit small, but the quality was decent! As the name suggests, the sweet shrimps were delicious! I also had a second serving of the miso soup, and finished everything. If you're looking to try the Itoshima seafood bowl, be sure to visit this place at least once.

I ordered from my smartphone. And in less than 5 minutes, the bowl arrived! It's just cutting and arranging in a bowl! This is the speed of turnover! It's a popular place, so I appreciate it and I'm impressed. The bowl had crab meat, salmon roe, scallops, and in the middle, shiso leaf and sea urchin♪ I'll dig in right away... But as usual, I don't know how to eat it (; ´Д`) I'll just put some wasabi on the sea urchin and try it. It doesn't seem to be a local product, but there's no smell of alum＾＾I've been beaten by alum so many times... I dig in between the crab meat and salmon roe without soy sauce. What? No need for soy sauce! It's so delicious! But I want to add some wasabi^ ^I'll just put a little soy sauce on it! I chose the soy sauce specifically for the bowl out of the three options: regular, dark, and sesame sauce. The scallops are small but have a rich flavor! It's luxurious.
