The tart looked delicious with a nice brown crust. The cheese was rich yet had a refreshing aftertaste. The tart had a good balance of cheese acidity. It was a delightful meal.

Soft serve ice cream for 350 yen. I bought a cone separately for 20 yen and they ended up giving us vanilla for two people. So, we were able to enjoy it together for only 370 yen. What a wonderful service. It seems like many people don't get cones. The mini soft serve was just the right size. It was a very rich and delicious soft serve. I usually don't like vanilla soft serve, but I tried it because my companion wanted some, and it turned out to be milk soft serve which was really tasty. The "Milk Factory" is operated by Takahashi Ranch near Niseko Village, with the main store being the "Niseko Nupuri Holsteins Milk Factory." I have tried Takahashi Ranch's soft serve ice cream before and I know how delicious it is. It's great to be able to enjoy their tasty soft serve ice cream at a convenient rest area. The vanilla soft serve ice cream costs 320 yen and is made with fresh milk from Takahashi Ranch, resulting in a rich milk flavor with a surprisingly refreshing aftertaste. In August 2019, I visited a roadside station in Niseko after staying in Happo village. The soft serve ice cream at "Milk Factory View Plaza" was delicious and refreshing, with a strong milk flavor but easy to eat. It cost 290 yen and was definitely worth it.

(laughs) It's about View Plaza.. the Michi-no-Eki (roadside station) in Niseko. As expected, they have a great selection of vegetables in the vegetable market. In my opinion, it's a Michi-no-Eki where you can buy vegetables at a "pretty cheap" price. There are several shops inside the Michi-no-Eki, and one of them is Milk Kobo. Milk Kobo is a shop run by Takahashi Farm. Since it's directly managed by the farm, it's naturally delicious (laughs). This time, I chose vanilla, or rather, vanilla was the only option available (^_^;) The taste is rich but not heavy.. it's intense but refreshing, if that makes sense? Thanks for the delicious treat today! I'll definitely use it again♪

Both are perfectly sweet with simple and clean flavors. I love it. And being able to eat while gazing at Mt. Yotei is the best.

On the third day of my trip to Aomori and Hokkaido, I arrived in Niseko from Onuma Park via the highway. The weather started to worsen as I got closer, and Mt. Yotei, which was visible at first, gradually disappeared behind the clouds. I stopped at the Niseko View Plaza roadside station for a restroom break. There, I found this milk factory from Takahashi Farm. I didn't know this milk factory was located at this roadside station, so originally I had planned to visit Takahashi Farm's main store after leaving the station. I decided to change my plans and tried their soft serve ice cream here. I wanted to take a nice photo with Mt. Yotei in the background, but the weather didn't cooperate. The soft serve ice cream was delicious, just as expected.
