A stylish standing bar called Kuchibue located on the Old Pine Tree Street in Meishindo. When my companion passed by before, it was full, so we visited on a flexible day to coincide with the 4:00 pm opening. The spacious interior features a unique U-shaped counter. The menu is written on small strips of paper on the wall. I started with a Cardamom Shochu Soda, which I've been into lately. The menu has a wide variety of options. We tried Renkon Kinpira and Mabo Daikon from the counter dishes, both slightly spicy and perfect with alcohol. I spotted Norezore, so I ordered it with hot sake. There are various types of alcohol available, showing their dedication. We also tried the Spring Cabbage and Squid stir-fry, which definitely goes well with white rice. I was curious about the Penteco Tempura on the menu, so I ordered it. It was fried hanpen with mentaiko mayo, delicious. Although we didn't have it that day, the freshly made Firefly Squid and Snap Pea rice ball in front of us looked incredibly delicious. The Egg Sandwich is also a specialty. The counter-made side dishes were excellent, with generous portions like Macaroni Salad. It's a great find, being close to my workplace.

I finally made it! I had been aiming to visit this place, but it has irregular holidays and the announcement of the monthly days off on Instagram is usually around the 10th of the month. As someone from Osaka, it's a bit risky to visit this place without knowing if it's open or closed that day. If I lived in Osaka, I could just think, "Oh, they're closed today? I'll come back tomorrow." But if I have to travel 3 hours to get there and find out it's closed, it's really disappointing. I wanted to go at the beginning of the month, and I had mentioned it in a message on Instagram. The owner is so kind for posting the holiday schedule early, and on the day I planned to go, they were open. Yay! I finally made it! The place seems to have many regular customers. The owner was facing the other way for a while, which was a bit disappointing, but then she joined our conversation. She used to work at Hirayama, the shop in front of Kenken, and the current Hirokawa Taylor. No wonder I felt a connection! She turned around and started chatting with us. The owner is friendly, and the food was all delicious! The portions were just right for pairing with drinks, and you could easily order without any pressure. It had a great stand-up bar atmosphere. It's located in Honmachi, near Crocodile, Kirindou, and Hirokawa Taylor, so it's a good addition to my routine of four places including Kuchibue-chan. Thank you, owner! I'll definitely visit again.

I met a friend from work as soon as I left the office and felt like having a drink, so we came to this stylish standing bar located on Old Pine Street. It is a renovated old folk house and filled with young people, probably making us the oldest there. The drink and food menus are extensive, with dishes that are a bit more elaborate than typical standing bar fare, more like what you would find at a small izakaya. I ordered a draft beer as it was a hot day. The beer was poured into the glass with care, creating the perfect ratio of foam to beer. We toasted and the beer was delicious, quenching our thirst. For food, I ordered the spicy cod roe potato salad, and my friend ordered grilled shiitake mushrooms. The potato salad arrived promptly, and we also received a gift of boiled eggs with Kishu jidori chicken as it was a staff member's birthday. The potato salad was flavorful and had a good amount for two people to share. It had a smooth texture with a hint of spiciness from the cod roe, very tasty. It would go well not only with beer but also with sake. I decided to try the Sen no Rikyu Shimada Special Junmai Ginjo sake made by a sake brewery in Sakai. It had a fragrant aroma, was slightly sweet, easy to drink, and delicious. Next, my friend's grilled shiitake mushrooms arrived. The mushrooms were grilled with the stem and cap separated, with the stem left as is and the cap grilled on the underside to collect the juices. We were instructed to dip the stem in the juices before eating it. My friend tried it first, and then I did. The mushroom broth was rich and flavorful, very delicious. The cap was juicy and tasty as well. Sake went well with the food. I then ordered one of my favorite brands, Toyo Bijin Junmai Ginjo sake. It was rich in flavor and delicious. The boiled egg we received was simple but had a strong taste of the yolk, very tasty. It tasted even better when eaten with the potato salad. We had various conversations and enjoyed a pleasant time. After finishing the sake and food, I wanted to have another drink, but there was someone waiting outside the restaurant, so we asked for the bill. The interior was very clean, the variety of food and sake was extensive, and the service was good, so I recommend it to young people. Of course, even an older guy like me had a great time. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

- Island tofu Goya champuru - Shirasu with grated daikon - Waka-sagi nanban-zuke - Zeppolini - Fresh shirasu - Today's mapo (with zucchini and eggplant) I also had onigiri and more. Last time I visited, it was unexpectedly closed. This time, I made sure to check the calendar and arrived at the opening time, only to find out that they were opening at 5 pm that day. It seemed like they were short-staffed, with just a woman and two assistants managing the place while teaching them. There were regular customers chatting casually, and I felt like I wanted to be like them. When you order Akahoshi, you get a scratch card for Akahoshi fortune. You can also scratch Corona beer for a chance to win. The variety of alcohol was impressive, with some unique choices not found in other places. For example, one regular customer seemed to be enjoying Cardamom soda. I heard of Cardamom alcohol for the first time, but I didn't dare to try it... I had grape wine with soda instead. The standing style counter seating was enjoyable, watching the obanzai being prepared in front of you. Leftover ingredients are remade into "Today's onigiri." On this day, the onigiri was made with "Hamachi yukari ae" and "Eggplant and minced meat stir-fry." Both were so delicious! I don't often make unique onigiri at home, so I had a lot of fun. The prices are reasonable, and I would like to go back, but the service seemed a bit disorganized that day, so I give it 3 stars.

I had been curious about this standing bar for a while, and finally went there shortly after it opened. The seating was in a horseshoe shape, with the menu posted on the wall. After ordering, it didn't take long for the place to fill up with regulars. The food started arriving shortly after we ordered. It was delicious! The dishes paired perfectly with the drinks. Since it was crowded, we didn't stay long this time. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance. Thank you for the meal! ^_^

You can tell a good restaurant by its appearance, and this place exudes an aura of deliciousness. It's a standing-style bar with four friendly female staff members. They serve delicious food, like fresh Manjushage peppers simmered in soy sauce and refreshing plum-flavored stewed chicken and Japanese yam. A popular restaurant located about 402 meters from Oehashi Station, around the third building. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice, with a standing counter. The cost performance of the dishes is good, and the taste is delicious. There are many original menu items, making it a place where you want to try various dishes. However, one person's customer service made an acquaintance angry and they left. While the restaurant seems friendly to regular customers and acquaintances, based on reviews, it seems to give off a negative vibe to first-time visitors for some reason. It's a shame that many people are feeling uncomfortable due to the actions of one person. Even if the food is delicious and the atmosphere is nice, if you end up feeling bad, you probably won't go back.

【Situation】Solo Date/Drinks Recently, the hot spot in Nishi-Temma, which can be considered the spark of it all. With its enticing exterior renovated from an old folk house and a cozy interior, this place attracts a lot of customers. I visited late in the day, so I could only have a few drinks, but I was overwhelmed by the huge number of menu items. Just looking at the menus posted all over the walls was enjoyable. Next time, I'll come early and try to conquer all the items on the menu with great enthusiasm. Despite not being in the best location, the reason why customers keep coming is something you won't understand until you experience it yourself. Just the right food and just the right atmosphere. It seems like a new restaurant that opened before or after the crane and turtle. The menu has a Japanese taste but it is creative cuisine, so it includes various cooking methods and ingredients from different genres. Since two men went, it was mainly meat-focused, but it is affiliated with a sushi restaurant, so seafood must be delicious too. I would like to go again!

I initially wanted to finish with a delicious onigiri, but the sandwich was made right in front of me, so I went from being a loser to a winner! The signature dish of this place! Almost all egg. And finely, with a soft texture. The detail is like 4K quality. Just by placing the egg on the bread with your right hand, you score a perfect goal. Initially, it's like creating a flow. The creation of Amberjackemon. I want to combine it with alcohol. When you eat the thick sashimi with a firm oil coating and a sharp taste, you feel like dancing in the sky with angel wings. Oh, here, you should start with a beer first! This one is good! It's a black label though. A beer with yellow beer and black foam on top. It would probably look like Hikaru if the colors were clearly separated, but it mixes well and becomes Gotenks! You can enjoy the change in taste and appearance. West Temma. At the far west end of Ryo Matsu Street. As I approached the entrance to Kitashinchi, I noticed a curious standing bar in the shape of the letter "L," so I decided to check it out. It's called Kuchibue. The customers were not too young or too old, and it seemed like there were many regulars, similar to what I've seen at Meets recently. I chatted lightly with the pink-haired hostess while ordering from the menu of drinks and food lined up on the wall. The prices for food and drinks were not cheap for a standing bar, but the ingredients and menu were attractive and reasonably priced for an izakaya. I sipped on a natural wine from a box and ordered various dishes. Boiled peanuts, daikon and chicken karaage, spicy cod roe potato salad, shiitake mushroom steak, pork roll with spring chrysanthemum, quail egg hamburger, pork miso soup, daily rice ball, and two types of bamboo ring grilled. The pace of the dishes coming out was slow, so I leisurely enjoyed the night with red star beer, orange wine, and my companion. It was a fun night.

The restaurant in Nishinotanmachi seems to be popular lately! It's great that it's open from 4pm. They have a variety of dishes like obanzai, onigiri, and substantial side dishes. I love it. I tried the eggplant dish, yagen nankotsu arrabbiata, and onigiri. Delicious! If this restaurant were near my home, I would definitely visit regularly. The staff is friendly and the food is undeniably fantastic!

West Temma Kuchibue is a great place with a nice atmosphere and a wide selection of menu items to choose from. I tried the Nanjing and lotus root stir-fry for $290 and the grilled shumai for $290, both were delicious. I started off with a beer and then tried the lemon chu-hai for $440, which was refreshing. The homemade chashu egg for $590 and the mapo eggplant for $390 were both flavorful and satisfying. I ended the meal with a unique black foam chu-hai for $490, which had a deep and rich flavor. Overall, a great dining experience in West Temma, I will definitely be back for more. Cheers!

Today, I stopped by a standing bar called "kuchibue" in Umeda, Osaka, on the old Matsudo Street. The place has a stylish atmosphere with a wide counter inside a traditional Japanese house. The counter can accommodate about 15 people comfortably. While the menu mainly consists of seafood dishes, I noticed they also offer simmered beef tendons. I started with a glass of draft beer. Most items on the menu range from 400 to 600 yen, which is a bit pricey for a standing bar, but I guess it's expected in this area. Although I was looking forward to trying out some of the delicious-looking dishes, I couldn't help but notice the cold attitude of the staff towards non-regular customers. It seems like a great place for regulars, though.

I went to a standing bar in Nishi-Temma that I was curious about! As it was the second bar of the night, I ordered the recommended menu items below! Foam Black Beer! Fresh Shirasu! Tamago Sandwich! Foam Black Beer uses only the foam of black beer! It's quite an interesting beer where you are supposed to drink it once the black beer foam has settled at the bottom! When you try it, you can faintly taste the unique flavor and taste of black beer! The beer is easy to drink as usual! This is good! Addictive! The Tamago Sandwich is delicious with plenty of red caviar inside! The sriracha sauce was unbelievably good with it! This sauce is sneaky!! And the Fresh Shirasu with ponzu sauce is irresistible to sake drinkers with its unique bitterness and texture of fresh shirasu! The condiments are refreshing and excellent for cleansing the palate! The ponzu sauce is a light type that doesn't overpower the shirasu, making it a perfect choice for seasoning! Since it was the second bar of the night, I couldn't eat much, but I found a great restaurant! Thank you for the meal! Kuchibue! Definitely recommended!!!

On a Saturday evening, there were 9 customers already at the standing counter. It's only standing room, so if you come around 7 o'clock, it might be really crowded. I ordered broccoli peperoncino, water eggplant, and white wine. The wine was organic. The broccoli was served quickly without being heated. The water eggplant came with ginger soy sauce and olive oil with rock salt. It's convenient that they open at 4 o'clock in the evening. The menu is only posted on the wall, so if you have poor eyesight, you might have trouble reading it.
