We used the venue for a private party. Depending on the plan, I think it would be better to have a little more food. The drink selection was relatively good with a variety of options. It is perfect for situations where you want to enjoy conversation while drinking.

There are a few foreigners here and there, giving it an exotic atmosphere, but since it's still a popular chain store, there are quite a few Japanese people as well. If you're looking to enjoy the vibe or good value for money, it's not a bad choice. I wonder if each HUB has a different atmosphere. It might be fun to try out other restaurants too.

I used the HUB in Shibuya Dogenzaka around 5 pm. Unlike Starbucks, which had long lines, the HUB was empty, making it a safer option in terms of avoiding crowds. It had been a while since I last visited the HUB, which used to be quite busy before the pandemic. Despite the fact that they had recently revamped their point card system, the transition period has been dragging on for almost two years due to the pandemic. I ordered a 3/4 pint beer, and it was delicious.

This is a chain pub located a little up from Shibuya Station on Do-genzaka. Although it is commonly seen in Shinjuku, I didn't realize there was one in Shibuya as well. It's been over 30 minutes since kickoff and the place is packed with no room to spare. Today's menu is limited, making it impossible to order food. I manage to squeeze in and secure a spot with a view of the TV. I can't even move to go to the order counter. I catch the staff's eye to make sure no one is watching, then raise my credit card and shout "Heineken!" I'm finally able to enjoy a drink without paying upfront. I reposition myself during halftime and get ready for the second half. The game slowly starts to show a clear winner, and it ends with no overtime. The team that defeated Japan wins the World Cup, and it was a satisfying feeling to witness. I left the pub, watching the jubilant supporters with a smile.

Sliding into the last table seat around 9 p.m. on Sunday! During the rugby season, the menu is different from usual! I tried the HUB Lemon for 560 yen! It was fizzy~ I had some expectations, but being in Shibuya, this place is not for meeting new people for women in their thirties. It might be good for young people though! The restaurant has a rating of 3.03 on Tabelog as of October 2019!

About 20 years ago, when HUB was still part of the Daiei Group, I used to frequent it often! Back then, they only accepted cash payments, but fast forward to 2018, credit card payments were now possible. As someone who doesn't carry much cash, this was a welcome advancement. We toasted with a Pale Ale, and from the second drink onwards, I kept ordering something like a "Lemon Sour" that didn't exist 20 years ago (laughs). In reality, it was just vodka with lemon. We enjoyed the classic snacks as we drank, and the night grew late on a weekday. Thank you as always, HUB!

I have been to HUB several times before, but this was my first time at the HUB in Tokyo! Usually, I eat popcorn and such, but on this day, I only had alcohol. I started with a Jägerbomb, then had the Stairway to Heaven. The Jägerbomb was easy to drink and delicious because I like both Jäger and Red Bull. However, the Stairway to Heaven had a high alcohol content, so I was hesitant to try it, but I finally did. It didn't really suit my taste though. I think I'll go for tequila next time. I'm looking forward to visiting HUB again soon!

Hello!! I went to HUB because I wanted to drink again (^ ^) It was my first time going to the HUB in Shibuya! I haven't been going to HUB much lately, but I've been wanting to drink at the stairway to HUB heaven for a long time, and I finally got to drink there (≧∇≦) The taste might be divisive! It was a flavor that I'm not particularly fond of (^_^;) To cleanse my palate, I ordered a Jägerbomb and enjoyed watching soccer \(^ω^)/ Everyone, please visit HUB too!

We went to the second party after drinking!! It was quite crowded, probably because it was the weekend. What stood out the most was the large number of foreigners. It was a very lively sports bar. There were plenty of drink options, so it's highly recommended for those who enjoy drinking!!

I had some errands in Shibuya and went to HUB on Dogenzaka with my friends. Before going to HUB, we had a light meal, so we decided to have some drinks. The place was lively and we managed to secure a table. I ordered a beer at the counter and we toasted at our table. Beer tastes great on a hot day. We had some vegetable sticks and spicy potatoes as snacks. The spicy potatoes had a nice kick to them and were delicious. We had a fun time eating.

When I went to Tokyo and Kansai, I often saw "HUB" bars. I had never visited one before, so I decided to check it out. After a live show of my favorite band, I went to the HUB as my first stop. It was a Sunday night, past 8 pm, and the place was quite crowded. They operate on a pay-as-you-go "cash on delivery" system. You order at the counter, pay in cash, receive your drinks directly, and the staff brings your food to your table. If you want to order more, you have to go back to the counter, which can be a bit inconvenient. The items I ordered were HUB Ale (1/2 pint for 490 yen), homemade pickles (310 yen), and garlic toast (310 yen). I was torn between Guinness and HUB Ale, but since I was at HUB, I went for their unique ale. It was fresh and had a good turnover rate. The pickles and garlic toast were okay, but nothing exceptional - they tasted like typical chain restaurant food. It may not be the best place for those looking to chat with staff, but you won't feel rushed to order more, so it's a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your drinks (even with the noisy atmosphere). Thank you for the meal.

Shibuya, HUB Shibuya Dōgenzaka store located on the basement floor of a mixed-use building on the left side of Dōgenzaka. This was my first visit to HUB Shibuya Dōgenzaka store. It was a little past 5 o'clock in the evening... I was drawn in by the sign advertising 'HAPPY HOUR 50% OFF ¥190~' and 'HUB Free Wi-Fi' as I needed to kill some time before a meeting. HUB, a pioneer in cash-on-delivery in Japan, it had been a while since I last visited. So, I didn't quite understand the 'HAPPY HOUR 50% OFF ¥190~' menu, and ended up choosing a watered-down Four Roses for 390 yen. The atmosphere inside the store was pretty much the same as before, and I was able to connect to the 'HUB Free Wi-Fi'. If you can take advantage of the Happy Hour deals, it's a good option for passing time while waiting for a meeting.

On October 2017, I went to Shibuya. After dinner, I moved to a place where I could watch the Central League Climax Series baseball game between Hiroshima Toyo Carp and Yokohama DeNA Baystars, which was not being broadcast on regular TV at home. I went to a place called "HUB" in Dogenzaka, where they were showing the game. I sat in the non-smoking section and ordered a refreshing cocktail called "Mojito" made with fresh oranges, and another cocktail called "HUB Grapefruit" made with vodka, ginger liqueur, and pink grapefruit. The game ended with a surprising victory for Yokohama DeNA Baystars, advancing to the Japan Series despite being ranked 3rd in the season. Congratulations to Baystars fans, but I also sympathize with Carp fans who must be feeling frustrated.

I visited HUB in Shibuya Dogenzaka. After shopping in Shibuya with my friends, we secured a table at HUB. It was still early, so we ordered a gin and tonic during Happy Hour along with some fried potatoes. The gin and tonic was refreshing and delicious. The freshly fried potatoes were also tasty and went well with the drink. Since Happy Hour was until 7 pm, we had time and went back to the counter to order a salty dog. It had just the right amount of saltiness and was also refreshing and tasty. We had a great time. Thank you for the meal.
