Romesspa has finally landed in Fukuoka!! Known as "Romen Spa," this spaghetti is a popular dish with a rich sauce and thick noodles that can be customized in various ways. I first tried it about 10 years ago during a business trip to Tokyo, where I had it in Akihabara. Unlike the traditional cafe-style spaghetti, this one with its rich sauce, thick noodles, and customizable options quickly became a favorite among busy office workers. It seems that there are three essential conditions for Romen Spa: stir-frying pre-cooked noodles, using extra thick noodles as a base, and offering the option for extra servings. From the famous Ginza Yurakucho's Japone to the two major players like Little Koiwai and grilled spaghetti Mister Hungry, as well as the cozy Elm and the chain store Romesubarumoa, there is Puncho's Neapolitan. It's nostalgic to think back to when I went to eat in Jimbocho (*´∀`)
Now, while Kanto and Kansai have embraced this dish, will it be accepted in Fukuoka, a city known for its udon and ramen? How will people who have grown up with udon and ramen since childhood react to it? The answer will likely be revealed in a few years.

Of course, those with small appetites don't need to push themselves, but it's inevitable that delicious food tends to be high in calories. As the concept suggests, there's no need to think too much in order to feel the deliciousness. I chose grated cheese, Tabasco, and mayonnaise as additional condiments, among several others. Spaghetti beyond spaghetti!! The precooked but chewy spaghetti is fried in a hot pan! Grilled spaghetti!! This noodle is delicious!! Also, the key to Neapolitan is the rich sauce made with Kagome's whole tomato can. The nostalgia and richness are irresistible. There's no need for fancy seasoning. Neapolitan is not meant to be light and refreshing. Yes, it's okay for it to be rich and gooey lol
