I discovered a great plan starting at 1:30 pm on weekdays and made a reservation. The buffet closes at 3 pm, so I had plenty of time to enjoy it for an hour and a half. The drink options included orange juice, apple juice, grape juice, grapefruit juice, oolong tea, iced coffee, and a hot drink corner with black tea and coffee. As someone who doesn't drink caffeine, I was a bit disappointed that I could only choose juice, but I still managed to try three different kinds. There were about 40 food items available, and as a salad lover, I was happy with the variety of options. Not only were there different dressings, but also various toppings to choose from. I heard that the curry was popular, so I made sure to try it while also focusing on appetizers that didn't seem too oily, and reaching for arrabbiata and gratin dishes as well. The freshly made dishes were served in small plates right to our table, which was a nice touch. As you can see, I ended up taking too much food, so I ended up giving a lot to my husband. It seems like my stomach is smaller than my eyes... The dessert selection impressed me with a lot of fruits, including a boldly cut kiwi. The jelly was just okay, but the melon shortcake was delicious! I would have liked to try the non-caffeine black tea and coffee as well. Overall, it was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, beautifully presented with good flavor balance. The limited fried food options were also great, and I particularly enjoyed the cold pumpkin soup. I could have easily had two bowls of that. I struggle a bit with eating buffets elegantly, so I'd like to get better at enjoying the experience!

Today, we enjoyed a buffet at Hotel Nikko Fukuoka with Selina. We used Nikko's mileage points voucher, which had expired at the end of last year but was extended due to the new coronavirus until the end of March this year. We always use it with our family at Selina, and we were very satisfied today as well. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I used the restaurant Serena at Hotel Nikko Fukuoka. The infection control measures were perfect with acrylic panels in place. Vinyl gloves are also provided. If you are not wearing a mask, you will be reminded (^o^) I like to try various types of food in small quantities, so I was thrilled ✨ The gratin was delicious, and I enjoyed it after a long time (^ . ^) All the dishes had plenty of vegetables, which seemed to be from Itoshima. The highlight was the diced steak grilled by the main chef, but I got distracted by other dishes and it got a bit cold, so my strategy failed 😂 The pasta was also made by the chef, so it was served piping hot ✨ On that day, it was a cream pasta. It seems like they change their menu according to the season. They also have a parking lot and accept electronic payments.

Hello, it's food fighter Kyantama. I went to Selina in Hotel Nikko for the first time. It was around 2100 yen for the ladies' day lunch. It's a buffet style all-you-can-eat, with a mix of French and Chinese cuisine, as well as rice, bread, and pizza. They even wrote "Happy Birthday" for me since I made a reservation for my birthday. The service was excellent, as expected from a hotel. I would love to go again with someone.

This is a restaurant located inside Hotel Nikko Fukuoka near Hakata Station. I had breakfast here. The Western-style set meal main plate included mentaiko cheese omelette, mini sausages, bacon, ham, hash browns, and vegetables in a ratatouille style. The side dishes were salad, carrot corn soup, fruits, and yogurt. The bread selection included toast, croissant, and chocolate Danish. The drink options were chilled Yame tea and free refills of coffee. It was a hearty breakfast set. While it was a basic hotel breakfast, the fruits were a bit dry which was disappointing.

Located on the second floor of Hotel Nikko Fukuoka in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, is the buffet restaurant "Serina." I was eagerly waiting for the next fair after being impressed by the previous "Hokkaido Fair." And finally, the "Winter Hokkaido Fair" was held! The adult fee was even higher this time at 6,380 yen. However, by making a reservation with restrictions such as "weekday" and "entry time," I was able to enjoy it for only 3,900 yen! And that's including tax! The variety of dishes was just as good as last time. I was able to customize my seafood bowl with sea treasures, omitting the sea urchin and adding salmon roe and scallops, which was very satisfying. The roast beef was moist and delicious, and the Hokkaido hokke burger, which I hadn't seen last time, was interesting and quite tasty. It reminded me of the burgers I had at Lucky Pierrot during my trip to Hakodate. The main attraction, the snow crab, was just as plentiful in meat and flavor as last time. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no grilled crab this time, only boiled. Nevertheless, being able to enjoy it for 10% cheaper than last time was unbelievable! I would give it a perfect score of 5.0 for being so satisfied, but I'll hold back to 4.9 because I have high hopes that Serina will offer even more amazing deals in the future. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet at Hotel Nikko Fukuoka mainly consisted of Western dishes, but since my stomach was feeling a bit tired, I decided to focus on Japanese dishes. Being in Fukuoka, there was the obligatory mentaiko (spicy cod roe) available, and I heard they even had mentaiko-infused Eggs Benedict... which I unfortunately missed out on.

It's been a while since my last visit. Maybe 5 years? I decided to take advantage of the reasonable weekday lunch special for their 30th anniversary, but it was a bit disappointing. The variety and quality of the dishes were lacking. There wasn't a single dish that I found delicious... I had high hopes for the 30th anniversary lunch, but unfortunately it fell short! I'll keep my hopes up for next time.

As part of the 30th anniversary celebration until July 31st, they are currently hosting the "Hokkaido Fair 2019 Summer" special dinner. The adult price is a bit high at 5800 yen. However, if you make a reservation under the conditions of "weekday", "first 30 people", and "starting at 17:30", you can enjoy it for only 4030 yen. The price does not include tax. They offer about 40 dishes, including plenty of delicious crab with both boiled and grilled options. The all-you-can-eat crab alone is worth 4000 yen. They also have other Hokkaido gourmet dishes such as "Kaiho Don" with 5 types of seafood, tasty roast beef, customer-made black miso ramen, "Chan Chan Yaki Gratin", "Jagabata", "Soup Curry", "Cold Pumpkin Soup", "Genghis Khan", "Hokkaido Ham and Melon", "Ezo Deer Beer Stew", "Zangi", and more. It's a satisfying experience to enjoy the flavors of Hokkaido. Additionally, as part of the 30th anniversary celebration, they also give away Japanese sake, which is quite generous. It's a shame that this event is limited time only, but I highly recommend it.

I found a crab buffet here at Café Selina in the ANA Crowne Plaza Fukuoka. The quality of the crab was not great, as the meat was not very juicy and seemed to have shrunk compared to the crab buffet at the Prince Hakone in Shinagawa that I reviewed before. So I just had a decent amount of crab and enjoyed other dishes instead. The most delicious item was the roast beef, though it's not really related to Hokkaido. Oh well.

We were talking about how we wished there was a luxurious foie gras in Madeira sauce omelette with pancetta, and then the chef surprised us by cooking it for us. Amazing hospitality. Thank you for the delicious meal.

For breakfast at ANA Crowne Plaza Fukuoka, I had it at Serena. There were many options in the buffet, but the taste was average. The cost performance for breakfast is not great, but I guess that's to be expected at a hotel.

The prices are a bit high, but I often use this restaurant because I can use coupons exchanged with JAL miles. The food is delicious overall, but the desserts in particular are exceptional and don't seem like buffet quality. The service is also excellent. My family often uses this restaurant for special occasions.
