It was a weekday night, but the place was full of customers and lively. The negima (chicken and leek skewers) were delicious with tender chicken and just the right amount of salt. The shiitake mushrooms were thick and juicy. The taste of the menu items was perfect. The only downside was that you had to order skewers in sets of two, and since they use good ingredients, the price per skewer felt a bit high. We spent around 7000 yen for two people including dishes and drinks. The restaurant seemed popular among colleagues and couples, making it a great place for a post-work meal.

The specialty Chicken Tataki is a must-try, with a strong flavor of sweet soy sauce making it delicious. The Yagen Cartilage Ume Oroshi Nanban was a unique and tasty dish that stood out. The Tsukune Japanese-style Soup, which we thought to share between two people, turned out to be smaller than expected and was more suitable for one person. The taste of the broth was incredibly delicious and perfect as a finishing touch. Overall, it is a recommended, stylish yakitori restaurant for dates or girls' night out.

Porc, a yakitori restaurant located in Namba, Osaka. It's right in front of Namba OCAT, a place I've been curious about for a while. They used to be closed on Sundays, but now they're open, so I finally got to go! The attention to detail is evident from the entrance. Inside, you can see the grilling area right away, with a spacious counter and table seating creating a nice atmosphere. I ordered the grilled thigh meat, and the fried chicken. The fried chicken had a strong garlic flavor and was really tasty. The grilled chicken had a nice charcoal aroma and was delicious. I also got a mixed yakitori platter. I recommend the salt-based flavors! I also ordered the chicken rice soup, which was like a rice bowl with egg. It was so creamy and delicious. The chicken rice bowl had a rich flavor, but the egg balanced it out nicely. The chicken soup was smaller than expected, but the broth was really flavorful. I used it for the first time. It was located right near JR Namba Station and the atmosphere of the shop was calm, which was nice. The yakitori came out quickly after ordering and tasted delicious. I ordered a Ginger Highball this time, but I was a little concerned that the whiskey was too strong and there was no ginger taste at all (maybe a mistake in the order?). The staff is called in, so it might be a bit difficult from the blind spot seats, but this time they responded with just eye contact and gestures (I was impressed by their consideration for the surroundings). I like quiet places where I can relax, so if I feel like eating yakitori again, I will use this place.

A beautiful yakitori restaurant opened near Namba Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line. The main branch is in Shinsaibashi. I visited without any prior information. Although the state of emergency has been lifted, the restaurant operates with shortened hours, with last orders at 7:00 PM, instead of the usual closing time of 1:00 AM. The interior is clean and neat, not typical of a yakitori restaurant. The prices listed on the menu are reasonable for the atmosphere of the place. As it was my first visit, I ordered the "Chef's Choice of Five Chicken Skewers" along with the "Cream Cheese Potato Salad" and started with a draft beer. The chef's choice included neck, heart, breast, liver, and tail, served one by one at the right timing like a course meal. They were all of high quality, comparable to those of a high-end restaurant. The potato salad didn't have a strong cream cheese flavor, but the addition of walnuts provided a nice texture contrast. The other items we ordered, such as chicken cartilage, cheese-stuffed meatballs, spicy hormone, and shiitake mushrooms, were also good. After the beer, I switched to sake for the first time in a while, trying Himezen from Harima, Kokuryu, and Kyuheiji, served in wine glasses. Despite the absence of condiments on the table, the restaurant maintained an elegant and high-quality atmosphere.
