I really like the food here, but when I went with my mother before, we were seated next to other customers even though there were empty tables. When my mother politely asked if we could sit somewhere else, the staff gave us a nasty look and told us to move if it gets busy. However, when two young women came in later, they were told they could sit anywhere they liked. My mother was furious. Despite this, I still recommend trying the food here because it's delicious.

I think that 33 yen for one negima (green onion and meat skewer) is cheap. I end up ordering a lot! The portion sizes for side dishes like chicken skin chips and potato fries were generous, and overall it felt like a good deal. However, it was a bit disappointing that the recommended dish for today was already sold out by 7 pm.

Yakitori is of course recommended as a speedy menu! Especially, this Hiroshima vegetable is delicious. It has a good texture and can also be a great side dish. Rice, Hiroshima vegetable, famous yakitori, and clam soup make a complete meal. Pickled radish is also recommended!

The yakitori restaurant in the neighborhood is very popular with locals on weekends. Their specialty is the 33 yen Negima skewers, which are a must-try! We ordered: Draft beer 499 yen, sake "Sakura" 439 yen x 2, Negima skewers 33 yen x 5, Liver oil yukke 469 yen, Chicken liver 143 yen, Soft bone cartilage 143 yen, Grated yam noodles 269 yen, Chicken breast with plum and shiso 143 yen, Chicken tail 143 yen, Chicken gizzard 143 yen, Grilled rice ball 369 yen, Taro cheese balls 439 yen. The 33 yen Negima skewers are small but delicious, with crispy Awaji onions. Everyone can easily eat 20 skewers each! The liver oil yukke is also a favorite, with a tender and moist texture. The skewers are all perfectly grilled and you can order them individually, which is great. The staff, mostly students working part-time, provide excellent service. Despite the rising prices, they still offer the Negima skewers at 33 yen, which is impressive. I hope they continue to thrive in the neighborhood. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I visited Yakitori Sakura Shin-Fukae store! It had been about 2 years since I last went, and although the atmosphere of the restaurant remained the same, I felt like the menu had changed a bit. When you think of Sakura, you think of negima, right? At 30 yen per skewer, it's incredibly cheap. I ended up ordering a lot! There were also other delicious menu items, and the alcohol selection, including the refreshing lemon sour, was great too! The food was delicious and affordable, so I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area!

The front of the store was full of bicycles, which had been bothering me for a while (^o^) A single Negima (green onion with chicken) costs ¥30 (・_・;) That's a bit ridiculous nowadays... It's bite-sized, but delicious! It's definitely not worth only ¥30 (゚д゚)ウマー The green onion used in the Negima is from Awaji Island, and I applaud the company's efforts (>ω<) The Awaji onion sweet vinegar pickle was also delicious! A family-friendly yakitori restaurant near my home that I find very convenient. They use domestically sourced ingredients, which gives me a sense of security. Their specialty is the Negima skewers for only 30 yen each! Isn't that incredibly cheap?! I was craving some 30 yen Negima, so I went there with my family. Here's what we ordered: Negima (green onion and chicken skewers) x10 - 30 yen each Tsunagi (chicken and leek skewers) x2 - 130 yen each Sasami Ume Shiso (chicken tenderloin with plum and shiso) x2 Chicken liver in oil yukke - 398 yen Squid and grated yam yaki - 368 yen Mochi (rice cake) x2 - 130 yen each Ume-dare cucumber - 230 yen Squid kimchi - 230 yen Basic vegetable salad - 360 yen Homemade cheese tofu - 360 yen Chicken and burdock rice in pot - 290 yen The 30 yen Negima was delicious as always! The combination of Awaji onions and tender chicken is perfect! Considering the effort to skewer and grill each one, 30 yen is unbelievably cheap. They are small enough to eat quickly and easily. The Chicken liver in oil yukke was a new dish for me. It was cooked at a low temperature, making it moist and smooth. When eaten with raw egg, sauce, sesame oil, it was a perfect yukke experience. Highly recommended! They are still operating with shortened hours even during the state of emergency. I hope they continue to do well! They also offer takeout, so I might try that next time. I had been curious about this yakitori restaurant even before it opened. I didn't have a chance to go alone, but this time I went with friends and it was my first time entering. The restaurant has large tables with partitions coming down from above, dividing the groups. It's not quite a private room, but being separated like that gives a sense of privacy. The yakitori skewers are small, but there are many different types to try. The onigiri (rice balls) are quite large, about twice the size of a convenience store onigiri, wrapped in a large sheet of seaweed. The ramen portion is small, meant for finishing off the meal or as a light option to fill you up a bit. It's a yakitori restaurant, so the ramen is made with delicious chicken broth.

We ordered the following: Negima skewers with lemon, homemade cheese tofu, chicken skin senbei (curry flavor), homemade potato salad, Awaji onion pickles (with tororo kelp), and chicken nanban. The Negima skewers, priced at 30 yen each, are small but juicy and delicious with Awaji onions sandwiched in between. I really like these onions. Even women can easily eat 10 skewers. The homemade cheese tofu was also delicious, with a smooth texture and a perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness with maple syrup. It feels like you could eat it forever! Although it's a yakitori shop, this menu item is highly recommended. It's delicious, affordable, and uses domestically sourced ingredients. Since it's a local shop, I want to support it. Heading out from Yaban-san, we headed to the main restaurant of the day. It's a place where you can eat yakitori starting from 30 yen. The place was bustling with customers. We sat at a table and ordered our food. We had: - Negima (30 yen each) x 5 - Chicken Nanban (360 yen) - Chicken skin senbei (curry flavor) (360 yen) - Homemade potato salad (230 yen) - Homemade cheese tofu (360 yen) - Awaji onion sweet vinegar pickles (with grated yam and seaweed) (230 yen) The Negima, a signature dish, was only 30 yen each and was juicy with the onion sandwiched in between. The Chicken Nanban was satisfying and went well with beer. The chicken skin senbei in curry flavor was addictive and had a crispy texture. The cheese tofu was a unique blend of Japanese and Western flavors, almost like a dessert and would go well with wine. We couldn't resist ordering more Negima. So we added: - Negima (30 yen each) x 10 We added 2 more for each person. The family next to us ordered a huge pile of Negima, which made us chuckle. We were satisfied with the delicious dishes! Today, we decided to wander around the area near Shin-Fukae Station with 5 people to cause some mischief in MyRebi's hometown. The third stop was a budget-friendly spot called "Yakitori Sakura Shin-Fukae Store." Their specialty is the one-bite Negima for 30 yen each! We were curious to see if the price had changed after the tax increase in October 2019. Upon arrival, we saw a sign that read "One Negima for 30 yen," and to our surprise, the price remained the same even after the tax increase! Impressed, we entered the shop and started with a lemon highball and ordered some Negima skewers, pickled onions, homemade potato salad, cheese tofu, curry-flavored chicken skin senbei, chicken nanban, and more. The food was delicious, especially the Negima skewers and the cheese tofu with honey. We also tried chicken skin senbei with curry flavor, which reminded us of goldfish-shaped curry snacks. The chicken nanban with tartar sauce was also a hit. We ended up ordering more Negima skewers because they were so good. Overall, it was a fun and satisfying dining experience.

Osaka Metro Senichimae Line, at Shin-fukae Station, after successfully completing deep excavation, we head even deeper into Shin-fukae in search of yakitori for 30 yen each! The second stop seems to be called "In Search of Yakitori for 30 Yen Each". So, we headed south on Imazatosuji towards the restaurant. "Sakura in Full Bloom" - a well-balanced sign that caught our attention. Thanks to the reservation, we were seated at a table smoothly. The restaurant was bustling, so reservations seem to be essential. We started with a toast with sweet potato shochu and soda, each with their own drink. The yakitori for 30 yen each x 5 was followed by one dish per person... Handmade potato salad for 230 yen, Awaji onion pickled in sweet vinegar for 230 yen, Curry-flavored chicken skin senbei for 360 yen, Chicken nanban for 360 yen, Handmade cheese tofu for 360 yen. The restaurant had a bright and spacious atmosphere similar to Torikizoku. The seats were spacious, and there were many families dining as well. It seems to be a well-loved local restaurant. The handmade potato salad was not that great, but the Awaji onion pickled in sweet vinegar was excellent with grated yam kelp. The curry-flavored chicken skin senbei was the type that you just can't stop eating. The texture was excellent... As for the chicken nanban, I realized I hadn't eaten it... (-.-;) The handmade cheese tofu with syrup drizzled on top? A menu item that I often see at izakayas recently. A clever menu item that makes you think, "Wow, who came up with this?" And now, for the main topic - the 30 yen yakitori. A small skewer of yakitori with Awaji onion sandwiched in between. I have an image of yakitori with onions being a guaranteed hit, and this one lived up to that image. The grilling was slightly sweet, but the meat and onions were quite well-balanced. This 30 yen yakitori might be amazing... And so, we ordered an additional 10 skewers. Two skewers per person (* ̄0 ̄)/ Ooh! Delicious! Five votes for "20 skewers would have been enough." Perhaps... if you come alone, it would turn into a feast of highballs and 20 skewers of yakitori. Now, let's dig even deeper...

Jimoti Ringo-san guided me to this shop where they have 30 yen yakitori! I imagined a small, cozy shop, but it turned out to be a pretty big chain store that's quite popular! Still, Ringo-san is amazing for making a reservation before we went. We started with a toast! Red Ball Punch for 360 yen was sweet, almost like juice, and delicious! We also had some homemade potato salad for 230 yen and Awaji onion sweet vinegar pickles (with grated kelp) for 230 yen. We tried the chicken skin senbei (curry flavor) for 360 yen and chicken nanban for 360 yen. The homemade cheese tofu (with syrup) for 360 yen was also great. When we were about to finish ordering, the staff quickly chimed in, asking if we didn't want the negima. Phew, that was a close call! That was actually our main goal this time! We added 5 more negima for 30 yen each. The negima turned out to be green onions mixed with chicken, but it was actually more like onions with a firm texture, which I preferred. We sat in a sunken kotatsu table, chatting leisurely and ordered more at the end! We added 10 more negima for 30 yen each. Yeah! No matter how many times you eat it, it's delicious. <First visit in August '19> As a memo... It has been a few years since I bookmarked this Imazato store. In the meantime, a new Fukae store has opened. I visited it by chance. I ordered the following: - Negima (green onion and chicken skewers) x 10 (¥30 each) - Oven-baked chicken thigh with bone (¥360) - Spicy garlic grilled chicken skewers (¥130 each) - Tsukune sauce - Heart sauce - Gizzard - Chicken tenderloin with plum and shiso - Quail bacon tempura - Chicken nanban (¥360) with pickled mustard greens tartar sauce - Fried chicken (¥360) marinated in sakura sauce - Chicken and burdock root rice pot (¥290) cooked in chicken broth - Osaka-style grilled squid (authentic pressed grilled) (¥360) - Oolong tea (¥190) The chicken tenderloin had a texture similar to earlobe with rich meat flavor. The cost performance of the negima skewers is excellent, but the rest is moderate.

We went out for dinner with three people on a regular night. The restaurant we visited on this day is Yakitori Sakura, located just a short walk from Shin-Fukae Subway Station. Their specialty is negima (green onion and chicken skewers) for only 30 yen each. As we entered the restaurant, we were seated at a table and looked at the drink menu, which was quite affordable. We ordered a highball to start and began drinking. Looking at the food menu, negima stood out. We started ordering food, beginning with boiled chicken skin, which was refreshing and delicious. It went well with our drinks. We ordered more negima, fried chicken, and grilled chicken skin with sauce. The negima was small but tasty for the price. We also enjoyed the fried chicken and the grilled chicken skin. For drinks, we had highballs and shochu on the rocks. We tried the julienned yam noodles, which were light and tasty. We wanted to try the chicken and burdock rice pot, but it would take about 30 minutes, so we opted for the yakitori rice bowl with negima. It was satisfying and delicious. We left full and satisfied, and I look forward to coming back to try more dishes, especially the negima.

Sakura Yakitori here in Shin-Fukae has opened a second store. I finally had the chance to visit for the first time. Starting with chilled tofu, it's delicious. The season has become so tasty. The squid and grated yam yakitori is really delicious. I always get seconds. The famous negima skewer is only 30 yen per piece, and it's worth it! The yakitori is also reasonably priced, with items like cartilage, chicken neck, skin, and meatball. They are all delicious! The homemade cheese tofu with maple syrup is sweet. The oven-baked salted lemon flavored bone-in thigh is also a steal at 360 yen. Finished off with a porridge. Thank you for the meal!

We went there with two people after the New Year. We arrived right at 6:00 pm when they opened, but it was already full in about 15 minutes and they were turning away people without reservations. Maybe because of the New Year? It's so popular! This place is known for their Negima skewers priced at 30 yen each. We ordered 15 skewers for the two of us. Other items we ordered included chicken thigh skewers with sauce, chicken meatballs with cheese, chicken breast skewers with plum and shiso, chicken breast skewers with Awaji onion sweet vinegar, chicken skewers with squid and grated yam, chicken skewers with burdock rice, handmade cheese tofu, and more. It took quite a while for the skewers to come out, probably because it was so crowded. But sitting at the counter, we could see the staff working hard to grill the skewers, so we didn't mind the wait. The Negima skewers were small but delicious. You can eat them up quickly. The small size actually made them easier to eat and enjoyable. Everything else was also delicious. We finished everything in no time. The burdock rice takes about 30 minutes, but watching it being cooked in front of you is exciting. It's consistently delicious. Whenever I go to Torikizoku, I always order the burdock rice. The handmade cheese tofu was also really tasty. It's homemade! Delicious! I want to make it myself too. It's drizzled with maple syrup, so it's like a dessert, but it also has a salty taste, so it goes well with highball. We ate to our hearts' content, had some drinks, and it only cost us less than 5,000 yen for the two of us. It's a great place to eat affordably. I had been to this restaurant before and I liked the fact that they use quality ingredients and the food was delicious. So, I was happy to see that they opened a second branch in Shin-Fukae. I stopped by the new branch for a light meal. I ordered 4 Negima skewers, 2 Kawa (chicken skin) skewers, spicy cucumber, and lemon sour. The Negima skewers were only 30 yen each! They are small and can be eaten in one bite, but the price of 30 yen really stands out. The sauce was delicious, and the onions were sweet and tasty. I recommend trying the Negima skewers. They seem to use onions from Awaji Island. The Kawa skewers were 130 yen each, which was reasonable. The spicy cucumber had a consistent good flavor. The lemon sour had some diced lemon in it, making it refreshing and easy to drink. The staff was energetic and attentive, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. It has a modern izakaya feel. Although I didn't try it this time, I remember the kamameshi and oven-baked chicken thigh from the original branch were delicious, so I look forward to trying them next time on an empty stomach. #This is my 7th visit to Sakura-san, which is conveniently close to my home. They offer Negima skewers for only 33 yen each, using domestically sourced chicken. They serve premium malt beer in the same size jugs as before, which I appreciate. Although the portions have become smaller recently, I can tell they are working hard. The yakitori is average, but their kamameshi is cheap and delicious. They also offer reasonably priced side dishes and I visit twice a month. The salad is tasty and the dressing pairs well with it, becoming one of my favorites. I will continue to rely on them for delicious meals. Thank you for the meal!

Smoking is allowed. This is a deal-breaker for me. The 30 yen yakitori is a good deal. It's delicious. Besides the smoke from the yakitori, the smell of cigarette smoke is also spreading, ruining the delicious meal. If they become non-smoking, I would give them a +1 star rating. I have given them a +1 star rating! They have become non-smoking. I'm happy, happy.
