Today was unnecessarily busy. I had to go to the morning at the BM coffee shop, and also stop by the Aeon in Teppō-cho to cancel my mobile contract. After finishing the cancellation, I headed towards Abikoshibadō Station (Anritsu) on the Hankai Electric Railway. On the way, I passed by a soba restaurant where they were serving a daily special, so I decided to have some okonomiyaki there. I chose the pork and egg okonomiyaki and a cold sweet drink for a total of 350 yen. The place was bustling with customers coming and going, and my order was served in about a minute due to the fast-paced cooking. The taste was ordinary but satisfying. It felt like a snack. I haven't had a cold sweet drink since elementary school, but it was a nice change. My stomach was full, so I took a detour on my way back. It was a good meal.

This shop mainly focuses on takeout, but eating in is also possible. The okonomiyaki (with squid) is ¥300, and the cold amazake is ¥50. The okonomiyaki has a light texture and is easy to eat, definitely worth more than ¥300! I felt like I could have eaten two pieces if I really tried, but I decided to stop at one today. Even while eating, there was a constant stream of takeout customers. The husband, wife, and their son worked together seamlessly, and I was impressed by their efficiency. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went to a okonomiyaki restaurant called "Ei-chan" in the "Anritsu Shopping Street". Recently, it was featured on TV and I saw it on YouTube. The okonomiyaki is only 300 yen each! It's for takeout, but there are 8 counter seats with hot plates and 2 tables for 4 people each for dining in. I tried the chilled ame (50 yen tax included), Butatama (300 yen tax included), which was fluffy and delicious with a hint of sweetness! Ikatama (300 yen tax included) is also very tasty with plenty of squid! I consider myself a light eater, but I ended up eating two whole pieces (oops). I almost went for a third one haha.

I am "Noronori," who mainly walks around eating lunch, mainly in Sakai. I've always been interested in this shop. It's a shop in the shopping street, but they are grilling okonomiyaki vigorously in a visible place in front of the store! They grill and grill almost with three people! I took a quick look inside the shop and found out that you can eat in, so I decided to eat there. It was delicious and satisfying. They offer two types of okonomiyaki, one with squid and pork, and both are priced at 250 yen! Maybe the secret to their popularity is the ease of buying for 250 yen! If you buy three, you'll get change, so why not buy four and pay with a 1000 yen bill! It's refreshing. I hope they continue to be healthy and grill a lot every day! Thank you for the meal.

I had been curious about this place for a while. While many shops have their shutters closed, this place seemed to have a steady stream of customers. So, I decided to go in. They offer takeout, but I decided to dine in. I ordered the basic pork dumplings. They are always cooking, so the order comes out quickly. They even serve water as soon as you sit down. The portion size isn't large, but it's enough to satisfy a small hunger. It might be good to order two for lunch. [Lunch] - Pork dumplings ¥250

As I walked along the Musashi-dori shopping street in Myoko City, I noticed many people waiting in line at a restaurant during lunchtime. It was a okonomiyaki restaurant where you could get a piece for only 250 yen! It was surprisingly cheap with tax included. My son was surprised by the cold ame (candy). It's candy, but it's like juice? The staff at the restaurant even mentioned how unusual it was to have juice-flavored candy. At first, my son was nervous to try it, but after taking a sip, he was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. He happily enjoyed it.

This is the downtown shopping street "Anritsu Suminoe Shopping Street" located at the origin of Sumiyoshi Taisha. Although it is now a quiet shuttered shopping street and quite lonely, it is actually famous for being a town with a long history of thriving businesses since the Edo period. On this day, only this shop and the neighboring delicatessen were bustling with many customers. Customers were lining up one after another to take out food, and the line never seemed to end. The menu consists of only "okonomiyaki" and "cold amazake". And the surprise is that the okonomiyaki (with squid or pork) is only 250 yen! You can enjoy it as a snack for children. As I waited in line for takeout, I eagerly entered the shop... Inside the shop, there are two 4-person tables and a teppan counter. While waiting quietly in front of the teppan for the okonomiyaki to cook... Okonomiyaki (with squid) 250 yen, Cold amazake 50 yen. Before eating the okonomiyaki, I took a sip of the cold amazake... The perfect sweetness and the nostalgic flavor of ginger made me feel cool, and it was really delicious. Since childhood, whenever I ordered okonomiyaki, I always chose "with squid". Even though "with pork" is delicious as an adult, I still prefer "with squid". On top of the okonomiyaki, the bonito flakes seem to be dancing. In Osaka, it is common to eat okonomiyaki with a spatula while blowing on it. The texture of the squid is good, and it harmonizes well with the batter, making it delicious. With plenty of cabbage and pickled ginger, it is a satisfying dish. Eating it together with the cold amazake gives it a snack-like feeling. I quickly finished eating and paid at the exit. The surprisingly low price that can also be a snack substitute is wallet-friendly, and the okonomiyaki full of the atmosphere of the downtown shopping street was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

In December of Heisei 30, the price of Butatama is 250 yen including tax. I always have the image of a shop that cooks a large amount of okonomiyaki at the storefront. The menu consists of two types, Butatama and Ikatama, both priced at 250 yen, which is a great cost performance. Considering the price, the taste is satisfying and delicious.

I went to a okonomiyaki restaurant called "Eichan" in Suminoe Ward, Osaka City. The weather was nice, so I decided to go cycling around the city without any particular destination. I had only toast and salad for breakfast, so I was feeling a bit hungry. While wandering around, I happened to pass by a popular okonomiyaki restaurant in Antate Shotengai. Most customers here order for takeout, and the prices are very reasonable at 250 yen per piece. I went inside and ordered the "Butatama" for 250 yen. The restaurant operates on thin profit margins, so customers keep coming in and the okonomiyaki are constantly being cooked on the hot plate. In about 30 seconds, my okonomiyaki was ready. Let's dig in! The okonomiyaki was small in size due to the low price, but it was generously topped with sauce and mayonnaise. It had a nostalgic snack-like taste and was quite delicious. Considering the price of 250 yen, I think they are doing a great job. It's impressive that they are managing to keep the prices low even during this period of high cabbage prices. Thank you for the meal.

The senior at the elementary school diligently prepares homemade dishes every day with a heartfelt touch. The taste exudes the traditional flavor of Naniwa. The restaurant competes with its a la carte menu. Located in the historic shopping street of Osaka downtown. Even the lord of Kishu would approve, it's the best taste on the highway.

I don't know of any okonomiyaki restaurant that offers better value for money than this place. It's a local favorite that I've been going to since I was in elementary school. They only have Butatama (pork) and Ikata (squid) okonomiyaki, but at 250 yen per piece, it's not only cheap but also really delicious.

I went to a okonomiyaki restaurant called "Ei-chan" in Suminoe Ward, Osaka City. It is located in the Anritsu Shotengai shopping street, stretching from Sakai-Abiko Road Station to Nankai Suminoe Station. Among the many closed shuttered stores in the shopping street, Ei-chan stands out with its lively atmosphere. The reason why so many people gather there is because they sell okonomiyaki for only 250 yen each, which is unbelievably cheap. The fact that customers keep coming one after another indicates that the okonomiyaki must not only be cheap but also delicious. I parked my bicycle and entered the shop. There is a seating area inside, so I sat down and ordered the "Buta-tama" for 250 yen. The okonomiyaki was cooked quickly as they were grilling them continuously at the storefront. The okonomiyaki arrived promptly, topped with sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes. It looked too good for just 250 yen. Alright, let's dig in! The chewy texture combined with the crunchy cabbage was delightful. The sweet sauce was evenly spread, making it satisfying and delicious. I mean, 250 yen is way too cheap for this quality. No wonder customers flock here. I also ordered one for my wife to take out, and when I told her it was 250 yen, she was so surprised, saying, "250 yen is too cheap." Thank you for the meal. At the popular okonomiyaki restaurant in Anritsuhon Street, the customers never stop coming. The mother and son who run the restaurant are very friendly and provide excellent service. On top of that, the okonomiyaki is very cheap, priced at only 250 yen per piece. However, due to budget constraints this time, I opted for another popular item, the chilled amazake for 50 yen. They poured it with a smile, and I thanked them as I received it. With just one sip, the chilled amazake was refreshingly cold with a hint of ginger flavor, leaving a clean feeling in the throat. It was clear and beautiful in color, and the quantity was quite generous for the price. Even on this day, many people came to buy okonomiyaki, and the refreshing smiles of the two serving them were delightful. Watching them, I vowed to come back for okonomiyaki again without fail. P.S. I revisited to buy the Butatama. Priced at 250 yen, it doesn't have seaweed flakes, but it is thick with crispy cabbage. The sauce is sweet and savory, providing a satisfying meal.

I visited Ei-chan, a popular okonomiyaki restaurant in Anritsu Hontori Shopping Street in Suminoe Ward, Osaka City. The small mother at the shop skillfully cooked okonomiyaki on a large iron plate as customers kept coming in. I bought the Butatama (pork and egg) okonomiyaki for 300 yen. It was delicious with a perfect balance of tender cabbage, flavorful pork, and sweet sauce. The pickled ginger was a nice touch. The cost performance was great for the quality. I also noticed a refreshing cold drink for 50 yen, which I'll try next time. Overall, it was a tasty experience and I look forward to visiting again.
