The restaurant has a spacious and well-lit interior with a nice view outside. I visited before going to the Pure athletic course in Niseko Village. I arrived around 12:30 on a weekday and was seated right away, but there was a line forming 15 minutes later. I had the Niseko Keema Farm Tomato Keema Curry lunch set. It included a seasonal appetizer, main dish with colorful vegetable toppings that looked healthy and delicious. I was particularly happy to see yogurt at the drink bar and ended up having two cups (laughs). They also had coffee, milk pudding, and dessert, so I left feeling very satisfied. It's not cheap, but the lunch was very satisfying and worth it.

On Saturdays at 1:45 PM, I waited for 2 minutes before ordering the Tomato Pasta with Mozzarella from Takahashi Farm, priced at 1800 yen. The restaurant is located inside Niseko Takahashi Farm and has a total of 70 table seats. The clientele mainly consists of families and couples. Credit card payment is accepted. The restaurant currently only operates for lunch. The spacious interior is family-friendly, with a view of Mount Yotei from the window seats, providing a stunning dining experience. The lunch menu includes a seasonal vegetable appetizer and a choice of 5 main dishes: Tomato Pasta, Keema Curry, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, Chicken Confit, and Roasted Pork. The freshness of the vegetables stands out, especially in the Tomato Pasta where the fresh tomatoes were delicious. The lunch also includes a drink bar with options like yogurt, coffee, green tea, and black tea, with the yogurt being rich and delicious.

I had lunch at a restaurant inside Takahashi Farm in Niseko. I had the Keema Curry (1,800 yen) with free drinks included. The vegetables in Hokkaido are very colorful. The fresh and vibrant summer vegetables left a strong impression. The view of Mt. Yotei and the surrounding scenery from the window is very lovely and refreshing. I mentioned being alone, but in reality, I enjoyed it with a few business associates.

[Niseko Takahashi Ranch Restaurant PRATIVO]
Located in the eastern area of Niseko, near Mount Yotei, Takahashi Ranch offers a lunch buffet.
- Name: Niseko Takahashi Ranch Restaurant PRATIVO
- Address: 888-1 Soga, Niseko-cho, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido
- Business Hours:
[Lunch] Sat/Sun/Holidays: 10:30- (April to October only)
Weekdays: 11:00-16:00 (L.O. 15:00)
[Dinner] By reservation only: 17:30-19:30 (L.O.)
Located within the famous tourist spot Takahashi Ranch in Niseko! The lunch buffet is vegetable-focused and reasonably priced at 1,800 yen. It tends to be quite crowded, with a system of taking a numbered ticket and waiting. Around 13:30, there were about 7 groups waiting. We were seated in about 20 minutes. Although the view of Mount Yotei is said to be visible from the window, unfortunately, it was completely obscured by rain. However, the view of the grassland was open and refreshing.
The buffet mainly consists of Hokkaido vegetables, pasta, chicken rice, pork steak, and more. The vegetables are incredibly fresh and sweet. Personally, I enjoyed the tomato sauce with penne and the chicken rice. The onion soup was rich and flavorful. The juice and drinkable yogurt, representing Takahashi Ranch, were also unlimited and delicious.
It was a delightful buffet where you can eat delicious vegetables to your heart's content! Thank you for the meal.

From Hakodate to Niseko, we drove to have lunch at a restaurant buffet at Takahashi Farm for 1800 yen! The lunch buffet had a variety of side dishes made with vegetables. The main dish was only one type of roast pork, and the main course options were chicken rice, peperoncino, and short pasta, so there were fewer rice dishes. However, each dish was delicious. Personally, I really enjoyed the drinkable yogurt served as the main dish. If the weather is good, you can apparently see Mt. Yotei from your seat, but we couldn't see it on this rainy day. I bet the location would be amazing on a sunny day!

I visited the restaurant on a regular day when it opened. It was not crowded as it was after Golden Week, so there was no line. The majestic Mount Yotei was clearly visible in front of me, making it a great location with good value for money. The main dish was roast pork, with chicken rice, short pasta with tomato sauce, and peperoncino as the main courses. The side dishes included a salad, marinated vegetables, french fries, potato gratin, and more than 10 types of vegetables. For dessert, there was milk jelly, milk cookies for sale, and what seemed to be apple syrup-soaked apples. They also offered coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, and their famous drinkable yogurt. The roast pork was the most delicious, so I had seconds. The sauces included mustard-based and apple-carrot sauces. It was a healthy buffet with no heavy junk food. I thought it would be even more enjoyable if there were more options for the main, main course, and dessert, but each dish was very delicious.

The scenery is beautiful. The seating is designed with steps so that you can have a good view from any spot, which I appreciate. They offer plenty of vegetables, but they also have pasta to make you full. It's satisfying to enjoy the nature view while having a full stomach.

I visited after 1pm and there was only one group of customers, so I could relax and enjoy my time. There are big glass windows that seem to offer a nice view, but unfortunately it was snowing heavily so I couldn't see anything. The lunch buffet costs ¥1800 and it has a great variety of vegetable dishes made with local vegetables. There were dishes like simmered sweet potatoes and eggplant with ginger, all of which had a comforting and gentle deliciousness. They also had yogurt to drink from the ranch and Castella cake, which added a touch of Hokkaido's uniqueness. There were about 5 main dishes like pasta and gratin, and about 15 side dishes. The variety wasn't huge, but everything was delicious and I ended up going for seconds three times.

I used to often go to Niseko Takahashi Ranch to buy Baumkuchen and cream puffs, but I had not yet visited Prativo. On this day, it was past 1 pm, so there was no usual line and I was able to enter without much wait. The location is amazing, with Mt. Yotei right in front of you. This restaurant is buffet-style, and due to COVID-19 measures, you wear plastic gloves. There are many local vegetables lined up. I wonder which ones to choose. Buffets are fun, right? I filled my plate and returned to my seat. Mt. Yotei right in front of me! I feel great (*^-^*). First, I tried the vegetables... the dishes were strongly seasoned, but other vegetable dishes were very lightly seasoned. This may be a point where opinions differ. I thought it would be nice if they offered these vegetables in a way that you don't usually eat them. The basil pasta had a good aroma and taste, but the noodles were not to my liking, as they were like salad noodles. The best part was the roast pork! The apple and onion sauce and the ponzu and grain mustard sauce were both delicious, and the meat was moist and tasty, so I ate a lot (*^-^*). The disappointing part was the desserts... when it comes to buffets, I think the best part is the sweets after the meal. But the dry castella and milk jelly were a bit disappointing. It was a bit sad as I was looking forward to them. Since there weren't that many options in the buffet, the variety of food you can eat is limited. The roast pork was really delicious, so please try it.

Today, why oh why, is Monday a day off~♪ My wife and I are heading to Niseko for a little trip~ Feeling excited! We saw a fantastic monkey show at Nakayama Pass that got us all pumped up~♪ Had to pay a 1000 yen tip though (lol). Arrived at Nakayama Pass and the atmosphere was sparkling~♪ But oh no, Mount Yotei was completely covered in clouds (lol). It's 11:15 AM, we entered the restaurant and it was packed! Around 11:30 AM, it was full house with even the waiting area crowded. It's a popular spot! For lunch, they only offer a buffet for 1800 yen per adult or senior, tax included~♪ The visual presentation was a bit disappointing as the main dishes were quite cheap~ Roast pork, penne, doria, and pasta only~? The side dishes were a letdown~ Check out the photos for confirmation~♪ Is it normal for a 1800 yen buffet lunch to have such limited food options? After the meal, we felt like, meh~ The roast pork was tasty but the staff was using a petty knife to cut it, which was a bit off~ The balance between supply and demand was not there~ They should use a slicer instead (lol). We finished after one round of plates~ 1800 yen for a buffet lunch is cheap but with only roast pork, corn soup, and pasta options, it's not that great~ The dessert was castella, which was good though (lol). In conclusion, the food options were limited, even with the long line~ The turnover rate was fast~ That's all for now~!

Usually, this restaurant seems to always have long lines, but luckily we were able to get in without much of a wait. They offer a buffet where you can eat a variety of dishes. Since it's in Hokkaido, the vegetables were particularly delicious. For those who can eat a lot, it's great to be able to try a variety of dishes.

At a restaurant located inside the Takahashi Ranch in Niseko, they offer a buffet lunch with stunning views. During peak season, they usually offer a buffet after choosing a main dish, but this time, due to the Obon holiday, it was all buffet style. A highlight recommended by my brother-in-law was the drinking yogurt, which was so rich and delicious that I ended up having three cups. The variety of vegetable side dishes was plentiful, allowing me to eat a lot without feeling guilty. The pasta, gratin, and other carbohydrate dishes were also delicious. Personally, I was surprised by how tasty the gratin was, made with potatoes that seemed to be Kitakari. The combination of the potatoes' natural sweetness and the cheese was exquisite. Whether you want to eat a lot, get your vegetables in, or try a variety of dishes, you can enjoy the meal while taking in the beautiful scenery.

I have visited this restaurant so many times that I can't even count anymore... I will keep a memo as a reminder. It's not asparagus season yet, so they didn't have any asparagus... so sad. The lady at the roadside station told me that asparagus season starts around May 20th. It's still a long way off. And for some reason, they haven't had onsen eggs lately! I wonder if the chickens are not feeling well? I had squid and olive basil pasta two times in a row, which was delicious. Also, the curry doria I had last time was replaced with meat sauce doria this time, which reminded me of a certain brand's doria, haha. The tomatoes were a bit firm. The variety of vegetables like eggplant and komatsuna looked appealing, but I still want to go during asparagus season! The flavor of the potatoes is undeniable in the gratin and fried dishes. The roast pork was moist and I couldn't help but have multiple servings. It's a low-carb buffet, so you can feel happy and full without guilt. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well in the stomach this time, so I could only manage to drink one cup of yogurt. I went this time with the purpose of taking my grandma and mom for Mother's Day. I'll definitely go back as soon as it's asparagus season! Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at the restaurant right when it opened and was the third in line. The seating arrangement allows for a view of Mt. Yotei from any seat, as the seats are set up in a theater-style with steps. There are also barrier-free seats available. The lunch buffet (70 seats) prices are as follows: Adults (13 and older) ¥1,800, Children (6-12 years old) ¥900, Toddlers (3-5 years old) ¥500, including drinks. Alcoholic beverages and some soft drinks are charged separately. I put on gloves and took a stroll around first. I was overwhelmed by the variety of fresh seasonal vegetables at the buffet! There were pasta, meat dishes, gratin, and drinks including soft drinks and coffee, with "Takahashi Farm's Yogurt" available for unlimited refills. Desserts included pudding and castella. The dishes were simple in seasoning, emphasizing the importance of the ingredients, and each had a gentle taste that highlighted their freshness. I had more than five servings of the yogurt. On my way out, I bought many souvenirs from other shops on the premises. Everyone was delighted with the fresh and rich yogurt. I believe this yogurt makes a great gift that you can confidently give to others. I was satisfied with the vegetable buffet utilizing the blessings of Mt. Yotei. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Restaurant "PRATIVO" at Takahashi Farm in Niseko Town, Hokkaido! You can enjoy a buffet lunch with a variety of fresh vegetables according to the season. From appetizers to desserts, all-you-can-eat at this price is the best value for money! The theater-style seats with steps offer a magnificent view of Mt. Yotei, making it very satisfying. Next time, I want to try the soft serve ice cream at the milk factory next door!

On Day 13, I went to buy chocolate and decided to have lunch on the way. It was a weekday, but this place is quite popular. Locals, tourists, and people on their lunch break can all enjoy it. The ingredients are also of good quality. The desserts come with plenty of milk. You can also have a yogurt drink. It's delicious. The highlight might be the tasty roast pork. The bright interior with large windows that offer a view of the beautiful green surroundings is delightful. There is a wine cellar near the entrance, and I saw wines priced between 40,000 to 500,000 yen. I asked and was told that these were selected by the chef. At night, you can enjoy even more fantastic dishes prepared by the chef.

The ingredients are good, so there's no way it wouldn't be delicious (lol). I had a lunch buffet with plenty of Hokkaido vegetables. The presentation in the photo may not be great, but that's not the fault of the food. Everything was delicious. It was also nice to enjoy the meal while overlooking Mount Yotei.

natu and I went to lunch together at a restaurant that they had previously enjoyed with friends. The weather was decent, and because it was the Obon holiday, there were families and people with dogs around. Initially, we headed towards a pizza place on the upper floor, but it felt different, so we went to the building below. There, we found a buffet-style restaurant. Unlike before, where you chose a main dish and had a salad buffet, this time everything was buffet-style, including pasta and gratin. The vegetables were plentiful and delicious, with a seasoning that enhanced the natural flavors. The roast pork was tender, thick, and very flavorful. The dessert, especially the castella, was rich and tasty. They also had a drinkable yogurt that was easy to drink due to its mild acidity.

It's been a while since I visited Niseko! When it comes to lunch, I always come here because the vegetables are delicious. When I went on a holiday, there was a line! It was quite crowded. The system has changed recently, and now it's all-you-can-eat for 1800 yen. It's no longer the system where you order one dish and get a salad bar included. Maybe it's because of that annoying virus... Roast pork and sardine pasta. Main dishes like gratin. And the usual vegetables ♡ The roast pork was tender and delicious! It was my first time trying roast pork, and I personally thought it was tastier than roast beef! And my favorite onsen egg ♡ Before, it had a cream sauce which I didn't like. But now it's back to a simple broth, so I got excited. How many did I eat... I had 4! I wonder if the reason for putting sauce on them was to prevent people from eating too many onsen eggs. ← I don't think so. Anyway, I came here for the asparagus, onsen egg, drinking yogurt, and pudding, but now that there's roast pork, I have even more reasons to come back. Is there always roast pork available here? Pasta that's not fish-based, but tomato sauce that everyone likes is the best, right? The fishy smell of sardines was gone, but the taste didn't really stand out ^^; It was good when eaten with cabbage and anchovies. Actually, the cabbage and anchovies were delicious haha. In the end, no matter how much you eat, it's mostly vegetables, so you can feel full without feeling guilty. Vegetable kingdom Hokkaido!!! Thank you for the meal.

It's lunchtime. I came here a while ago and wanted to keep a record for when I go to the Niseko area. You can choose a main dish, and the rest is buffet style. For the main dish, you can choose from meat, seafood, or two types of pasta. I chose scallop sauté and a tomato-based pasta. The scallops were smaller than they looked in the menu photo...^^; but they had a gentle flavor. The pasta was a perfect size to finish quickly. It's just right for a buffet. The gratin, pudding, and castella (sponge cake) sold at a separate shop were delicious. If you like eating vegetables, this place is for you!
