I usually get takeout, but this was my first time eating in. I was surprised by how delicious the coffee was. It paired well with the cheesecake. There were counter seats and a few tables, which were popular with women and couples. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable.

About two years ago, a cheesecake specialty shop opened with a unique concept, so I tried all the cheesecakes except for Gorgonzola. After achieving that, I hadn't visited for a while. I tried various flavors, but I think the Kaka Cheesecake, which is the shop's namesake, is the best. The pistachio flavor was also good. When I visited after a long time, I saw that they had cheese cream puffs, which had cheese-filled cream inside. The taste was a bit strong, but it wasn't really surprising. It was just delicious. Overall, they are all delicious, but none of them really have that surprising deliciousness.

This is the "KAKA cheesecake store" in Roppongi, offering peach sweets only for dine-in:
- Whole peach mille-feuille: 1650 yen
- Peach and Earl Grey cassata: 700 yen
The peach mille-feuille had a peach that was plump and juicy like a bottom, filled with plenty of cheese custard. The crispy mille-feuille at the bottom was also delicious. Eating them together was the best. The cassata was like an ice cake dessert, with a perfect combination of cheese and Earl Grey flavors. It was so delicious. It was great that there were plenty of peaches in it too!

The cookies were crispy and delicious! There were three flavors: chocolate, matcha, and plain. They were big in size. The chocolate muffin was classic and the donuts were baked, moist, and not too cheesy in flavor.

This is a review of the "KAKA Cheesecake Store" located in Roppongi. This time, I went to try the limited edition sweets at the Sakurazaka store. I tried the following items: Strawberry Cheese Mont Blanc (720 yen), Cheese Chiffon Cake (460 yen), and Rare Cheesecake (397 yen). The Strawberry Cheese Mont Blanc and Cheese Chiffon Cake are exclusive to the Sakurazaka store. The Mont Blanc uses strawberries instead of chestnuts and looks like a beautiful dress. Inside, it has sponge cake, cheese custard, whipped cream, and cheese cream - all of which tasted delicious. The Cheese Chiffon Cake has a fluffy texture with cheese cream and is a perfect size for those who want a small treat. Lastly, the Rare Cheesecake is one of my favorites and the taste is amazing for the price. I wonder what new menu item they will come up with next? I'm looking forward to it. Thank you for the meal!

It was a holiday, but the restaurant was empty so I decided to get takeout. They had a wide variety of options, making it hard to choose. The food was very rich and delicious! There were parking spaces for about 2 cars in front of the shop, but I didn't realize and parked in a coin parking lot... There is also a popular bakery nearby, so the coin parking lot was quite full and I had to walk a bit.

I visited "KAKA cheesecake store SAKURAZAKA" located about a 5-minute walk from Exit 2 of Sakurazaka Station on Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line. The exterior of the store has a simple door with a stylish KAKA logo. The interior is spacious and bright, with a cafe space that exudes a luxurious atmosphere. Various cheesecakes are displayed in the showcase, all looking elegant and stylish despite their simple colors. There are also many muffins available, all in small sizes that you could probably enjoy two of. I tried the following items this time:
- Basque Cheesecake: Made with only cheese, cream, and eggs, baked at high temperature to create a purposely burnt surface. It has a smooth texture with a gentle sweetness and pairs well with the bitterness of the burnt crust. It was very delicious.
- Rare Cheese Cheesecake: A rich cake with plenty of cheese flavor and a perfect amount of acidity, making it very easy to eat and delicious. It's best enjoyed with coffee. I had a very delicious experience. Thank you for the meal.

I went to the newly opened KAKA on Sakurazaka. The shop is very nice and they have a wide variety of cakes, including cute seasonal tarts that instantly boost your mood just by walking in. I was looking forward to trying the pistachio cheesecake, and it exceeded my expectations! I bought the Basque, Chocolat, and Pistachio cheesecakes to compare, but they were all so good that it's hard to choose a favorite. I already want to go back soon. The eat-in space also looked very cozy. I want to try eating in next time.

Just made it in time for takeout as the store was about to close. Was this place originally where the Chinese restaurant Rindan was located? Surprisingly, it was quite spacious inside with dining areas as well. I noticed a rare cheesecake and decided to get it for takeout. It was delicious with just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of acidity. I might like the rare cheesecake the best at this cafe (*´꒳`*) They accept various electronic payments.

I haven't actually visited the store yet, but there is a very popular shop in Fukuoka called KAKA that specializes in cheese cakes and delicious cakes and baked goods. Some stores even offer eat-in options. I have never been to the actual store, but I recently tried their Cheese Butter Sand, which not only looks cute but is also delicious with a moderate sweetness and a thick texture. I bought the frozen Cheese Butter Sand with Pistachio, Chocolate Chip, and Chestnut flavors, all with an expiration date of March 27, 2022. The Cheese Cream in these sandwiches has a slightly salty taste, which I personally think could use a bit less salt. You can also order online, but I would love to visit the store and try it in person. If you ever visit Fukuoka, this is a shop you should definitely visit on your first day. How about giving their Cheese Butter Sand as a gift for White Day? Oh, wait, White Day has already passed, hasn't it? This is a rare post for me, as I wrote it a while ago and just decided to hit the post button now. But I completely forgot about the draft I had written... I guess I pressed the post button a little too late. Lesson learned: don't procrastinate on new things!

On the way back from Amamudakotan, I happened to see a sign and remembered that someone had mentioned a cheesecake. I made a U-turn and found a cheesecake shop recommended by a local. I ended up buying four different kinds of cheesecakes and some bread. I planned to just try a little before going to stock up on bread at the bakery, but ended up buying four, haha. I bought KAKA (plain), KAKA premium (chocolate), Camembert, and blue cheese. I brought them back to the hotel to taste and compare. Each cheesecake had a different level of cheese intensity, as indicated on the shop's sign. The plain one had a good balance, Camembert was rich, premium was delicious but had a strong chocolate flavor, and the blue cheese was intense, almost like eating Gorgonzola cheese. Each cheesecake had its own unique character and was delicious in its own way. The shop itself was incredibly stylish. Fukuoka's bakeries and dessert shops have such a unique and beautiful atmosphere.

I took out the KAKA cheesecake for 410 yen! The interior of the shop is very stylish and has a luxurious feel, and not only the cheesecake but also the wide range of products available is impressive. I thought it was wonderful that you can see the manufacturing process inside the shop. The cheesecake was very soft with an amazing texture, and the acidity of the cheese was excellent. Personally, I would have liked it even more if there were sweeter elements. If asked whether I would recommend it to others, I would strongly recommend it. You can imagine the impression I received by looking at the scores for each item. Please check out my Instagram for more gourmet information! Fukuoka Gourmet Walker ( @fukuokagourmet_walker ). I travel to Fukuoka mainly and search for really delicious and carefully selected restaurants that I want to visit regularly. The number is not important, but I visit about 500 restaurants a year. *Prices include tax.

On this day, before attending a meeting in Fukuoka, I visited KAKA in Sakurazaka before it opened. I ordered 10 cheesecakes to go at the counter! Then, I ordered a Mont Blanc and Manhattan to eat in the cafe. Since it was right after opening, I was the only one in the cafe, so even an old man like me could relax. 😂 #KAKA #Cheesecake #Sakurazaka

The Cheesecake Caramel Tiramisu (850 yen) that opened on Sakurazaka can only be eaten in-store. There is a limited number available, but when I visited around 2 pm on Saturday, I was still able to order it. When dining in, ordering a drink is required. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the Melty Tiramisu arrived. When the staff removed the film, the cheese cream started to melt, which was exciting. Then, I was asked to sprinkle cocoa on top myself. I thought it would be soft from the appearance, but when I cut into it, it was surprisingly firm with layers of cookie dough, cheesecake, coffee jelly, cheesecake, and cheese cream from the bottom up. When I tasted it, I experienced various flavors in my mouth. The cheesecake had a slightly pudding-like taste, the coffee jelly was a bit bitter, and the cheese cream was sweet, creating a well-balanced combination. The flavors complemented each other nicely. The interior has a stylish atmosphere with a tree in the center, making it a pleasant place to dine in.

This time, I visited the shop right after it opened because it's popular and last time it was sold out. I first tried the "Basque Cheese" cheesecake, which I bought to take home. I purchased three flavors: "Pistachio," "Mont Blanc," and "Plain." They were all delicious! When it comes to cheesecake in Fukuoka, KAKA is the place to go. #FukuokaSweets #FukuokaGourmet #CheesecakeKAKA

In search of delicious cheesecake... Many people told me, "Isn't KAKA the best in Fukuoka?" so I looked it up and decided to visit. I bought one boxed cheesecake and another pistachio cheesecake. I love pistachios, so I was very happy. It was so delicious. Next time, I want to enjoy it in the store. \(^^)/

I went to KAKA in Akasaka. It opened in Imizaka and quickly expanded to Hakata Station, and now they have a splendid store in Akasaka! I wonder if you can also buy their cakes in Nishijin? The atmosphere is completely different from the store in Imizaka, with a luxurious feel. The store is spacious and cute. The cake I wanted to try was sold out, so I got the Earl Grey cheesecake instead. It was delicious with a great flavor! I really love KAKA's cheesecakes.

"KAKA" is a popular cheesecake shop with several locations in the city, including a new one that opened in Sakurazaka, Fukuoka on 4/19. I was intrigued by the many posts on social media, and after seeing a positive review from MyRebi, I decided to visit. It's a short walk from Sakurazaka Station, about 5 minutes from exit 1 of the Nanakuma Line. The cafe has a stylish exterior and a spacious seating area. I originally planned to just get a takeout, but the hot weather made me thirsty, so I decided to try their "Melty Tiramisu" only available in-store. It comes with a drink (850 yen including tax), and I chose iced coffee. Although I was told it would take some time, it was ready in about 5 minutes. The staff skillfully removed the mousse film, revealing a creamy cheese filling that flowed beautifully. It was a delightful sight. You sprinkle the included cocoa powder on top yourself. The cheesecake was sweeter than expected, but the coffee jelly layer in between balanced it out nicely. It was delicious with thoughtful details. I ended up having it as my lunch substitute due to its generous portion. The iced coffee was light. I also bought three other cakes, which were stored in the fridge while I enjoyed the cafe. All the cakes were small in size. The Basque cheesecake (330 yen) had a smooth texture and a generous amount of cream cheese. The New York cheesecake (380 yen) was a classic and delicious example of a rare cheesecake. The Kaka Premium (420 yen) had chocolate chips and cocoa powder on top. This one is popular at all their stores, but the Sakurazaka location has a spacious cafe area that is convenient to use."
