Sunday 11:36 I visited Monsieur Flypan for the first time. There are about 4 parking spaces available, but it's a bit challenging as they are parallel parking. The sign says they open at 11:45, so I wait for a bit. There were two groups of customers ahead of me. There are 2 table seats and about 6 counter seats. There are more seats in the back, but they seemed to be reserved. The restaurant quickly filled up with reservations as soon as they opened. The customers were mostly families and seniors, which was quite noticeable. At 11:48, we placed our orders: Daily special for 1,300 yen, Omelette rice for 1,300 yen, and my daughter chose Salad bread or rice with coffee, tea, or orange juice. The kitchen had one chef and two female staff members in the front. At 12:00, the salad arrived. It was a refreshing salad with plenty of vegetables and a tangy vinaigrette dressing. At 12:16, the omelette rice arrived. It had a unique sauce with a fragrant aroma. The acidity of the sauce paired well with the buttery rice inside, and my daughter, who loves omelette rice, enjoyed it a lot. At 12:20, the daily special arrived. It consisted of pork sauté, shrimp fry, white fish fry, quiche, and salad, a generous and visually appealing dish. They offered butter for the bread at an additional cost of 30 yen, but I decided to skip it as I had a heavy meal the night before. The crispy French bread was delicious. Personally, I think the daily special was the better choice, but my daughter was delighted to enjoy her favorite omelette rice. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.
