Gyoza Kobo Chibisuke in Minami Shinsaibashi, Osaka, offers a variety of menu items like a gyoza izakaya, including rice dishes and noodles. They are open from evening until the next day's morning, catering to people in the nightlife industry. An interesting feature is that you can order using your smartphone. What about those who don't have a smartphone?

I visited at around 29:20~〆. The operating hours are until 18:00~35:00 (next day 11:00). It's nice that they are open until late or rather until midday. Even in the early morning, there are customers coming in as usual. Orders are placed through a smartphone. I ordered avocado carpaccio x1, grilled dumplings with garlic x8 x1, and grilled dumplings with mentaiko mayo cheese x8 x1.

I made a reservation for a private room online to have an important conversation. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I was led to a regular table as the private rooms were already occupied by other customers. The atmosphere was very noisy due to the young clientele, making it the worst. The customers were not at fault, but I do not appreciate restaurants that do not keep their promises. It is a chain restaurant, so the food was average. The extensive menu was greatly appreciated, and we tried six different types of dumplings. The food was good, but I will not be returning.

Chibisuke Gyoza Kobo Minamishinsaibashi Store [Shinsaibashi Area] Chibisuke Gyoza Kobo is an izakaya located on Shinsaibashi-suji. While their specialty is gyoza, they also offer a variety of other dishes. The interior of the restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. Orders are placed by scanning a QR code, which made me wonder how people without a mobile phone would order. I started with a highball and negi gyoza. The negi gyoza was quite small and priced at 470 yen, while the Jim Beam highball was 600 yen. According to Tabelog, the dinner budget is listed as ¥1,000 to ¥1,990, but after having three Jim Beam highballs, I had already reached the upper limit of the budget.
